Day 1:
Set out from Edinburgh by air-conditioned bus or coach and, after making a quick stop in Glasgow to pick up the rest of your group, continue into the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Stop at Luss Beach to enjoy views across Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond Mountain, then continue to Loch Tulla, for more magnificent photo opportunities.

Continue north to Glen Coe, where you will have chance to admire the stunning scenery and learn more about the region’s history, including the 17th-century MacDonald Clan Massacre, from your guide. Next, make a stop in nearby Fort William to see Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK, and enjoy lunch (own expense).

In the afternoon, journey east to Loch Ness, where you will be dropped at your accommodation for the evening (depending on tour option selected).

Day 2:
Begin the day by exploring Loch Ness, where you can opt to take a cruise around the lake or tour the lakeside Urquhart Castle (both optional, at own expense). Continue to the notorious Culloden Battlefield (entrance fees not included), then visit a traditional Scotch whisky distillery, where you can tour the distillery and sample a dram of whisky (own expense).

Make a final stop at a picturesque village in Perth and Kinross, before returning to Edinburgh in the early evening.
