Torva was a fantastic, knowledgable and conscientious guide who took good care of us all the way from Edinburgh to Skye (and back again). Tour guides can sometimes be brusque and unapproachable, but Torva was the complete opposite. He was good-humoured, friendly and always approachable. Above all his colourful delivery of the history and folklore was first-rate. He is also a great driver which makes all the difference when you’re on the road for 3 days. This was by far the most relaxed and enjoyable tour we’ve been on to date. We took some fantastic photos at a variety of scenic spots, and enjoyed making our way across Skye thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I went to this to celebrate her birthday and we had a wonderful experience. I remember thinking beforehand that it was a bit stressful not actually knowing where we’d be stopping or what we’d be seeing, but the surprise element of it all really adds to the enjoyment. The views throughout were just absolutely stunning, and we found ourselves getting giddy just looking at the sights. Our tour guide for this trip was Torva and he was excellent, blending fun humour with his endless banquet of facts and knowledge that really added to the experience as a whole. He said he’d play “I will walk 500 miles” twice though and he’s only played it once. But I am writing this review on the drive back to Edinburgh so there’s still time haha. For real though, he was fantastic. Can’t recommend this experience enough. Our first time in Scotland and while we enjoyed our first couple of days exploring Edinburgh, this experience really made us fall in love with the country.

Lord Torva Farquaad did a wonderful job with his storytelling, folklore and suggestions all along the trip. Skye views are amazing got Wonderful pictures.

The view is astonishing, resembling a scene from a movie, and we truly enjoy taking pictures. The guide helped us understand more about Scottish culture and history.

Had an amazing time on this tour, and Ryan was an excellent guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the tour. Some parts felt a bit rushed, and I was bummed not to see Midhope Castle (it was closed for the season), but I did appreciate seeing everything on the tour before nightfall. Would definitely recommend this tour!

We had an amazing time on the outlander location tour, we were able to explore the Outlander locations which was truly enjoyable as we are huge fans, in addition we truly enjoyed Rich’s knowledge of history, his funny jokes, and all the helpful information he provided about Edinburgh, I would definitely recommend this tour, specially if you have Rich then your double lucky!

Nice day trip to highlands visiting the highlights of west highlands and Loch Ness lake. Our driver-guide Sophie was helpful and gave us a lot of info about the place.
