Highlights
Visit Giant’s Causeway from Belfast with round-trip transport
Guide relays interesting historical tidbits along the way
See parts of Northern Ireland you may not access otherwise
Go to Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and Old Bushmills Distillery en route
What to expect
Your Giant’s Causeway tour starts with a hotel pickup in Belfast. Board your air-conditioned coach bus, and get ready for your first stop at Giant's Causeway. At the UNESCO World Heritage Site, your guide tells you cool local legends about the site as you climb the rocks on the coast. You get enough time at the Giant’s Causeway without feeling rushed. Then visit Carrickfergus Castle, a Norman fortress, and drive the scenic Antrim Road. Next up is Old Bushmills Distillery, which is super popular for its Irish whiskeys. You can enjoy lunch here (own expense), and wander the gift shop to see if you’d like to pick up any souvenirs (own expense). Last up on the day’s agenda is Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. Once you arrive at the bridge, pay your entrance fee (own expense), and stand in a short line to get your chance to cross the 65-foot-long (20-meter-long) bridge. Your tour ends with a drop-off back in Belfast city center.

I had an excellent time on the tour! Our driver Derek was brilliant, great craic! We got to go everywhere except the rope bridge which was still closed due to restrictions. Lunch was lovely and we had more than enough time at the stops to enjoy the sights! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a day out. The Antrim coast is beautiful!

The driver and tour guide Derek was so knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic overview of Irelands history, events leading to partition etc with a few of his " coach jokes". He was really helpful nothing too much trouble. The drive along Co Anterim road is stunning a beautiful place in the world will be back.Highly reccomend to everyone great value for money.

Great day, fantastic tour guide
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Derek our driver was brilliant, was so funny but his jokes need working on haha only kidding he's a natural funny man, gave us a lot of history about Northern Ireland even though the same people were falling asleep everytime they got back on the coach, honestly he wasn't that boring 😄 think it was there culture....I really shouldn't be leaving a good review when he thought my hubby was a scoucer and myself a Geordie when we are both smoggys...and he'd never heard of it....10 points for those who know 🤣🤣🤣

First class experience
Jun. 2021 • Couples
Our driver/tour guide Derek was the perfect host from the start of the days excursion. Very helpful, friendly and informative. We were surprised at just how full of fantastic little sights there were to see as we journeyed round up to the Causeway via the scenic coastal route taking in stops for Game of Thrones related tit bits and stopping off for lunch in Ballintoy and then seeing the harbour there. The stop at the Causeway is just under 2 hours but in all truth you don’t need any longer. Just be prepared for quite a walk to get there and of course back. But it’s thoroughly worth it. Also for all the other stops for quick visits and photographic opportunities including the last stop at the Dark Hedges. I highly recommend the tour and if you’re lucky enough to have Derek as your driver you’re in for a good day!
