Amazing tour. Ellie and Libby were fantastic guides. Constantly upbeat and friendly. They really brought the tour to life and we would highly recommend this tour to others. If we could rate this more than 5 star we would.

Definitely recommend this tour for Harry Potter fans! Ours consisted of 8 adults, and Tom was our guide. It was a really fun mix of Harry Potter trivia, quizzes and local historical information and ghost stories. It lasted around 2 hours and wasn’t too far to walk, with lots of historic locations to see along the way. Tom was really funny, personable, knowledgeable and articulate. He made the tour really interactive and lighthearted, even if you’re not a HP super fan! He also has really great hair!

Tom was absolutely a star. We did this tour with our 8 year granddaughter and she had a fabulous time. Going home and telling her mum all about it. Even my husband enjoyed it and he had been pulled along for the day.
Tom made it so much fun, questions about the Harry Potter books and films. Playing teams against each other but always making sure it was fun for all.
He also gave us a lot of information about York and its occupants. It's a long time since I've been to York and I now see it in a new light because of Tom. I will be coming back soon and joint something of the other walks around it.
I have mothers and grand parents of young children asking about out Harry Potter walk and tour and I have told them its brilliant and they need to book on it.

We went on the Harry potter tour with Tom aka baby Hagrid. It was absolutely brilliant, we felt very welcome and comfortable from the meeting point, which was really easy to find. From there we went on a tour through your learning about york heritage, various ghost stories, a walk through the museums gardens and even to diagon alley. Tom held a Harry potter based quiz which was really entertaining. Would highly recommend, even if your not a fan, the sights and other local history was very informative and some extremely picturesque places to be seen. Thanks Tom

Katie was an amazing guide , she was witty, funny, very knowledgeable, kept us really entertained and she gave us a quiz which was brilliant. We have done a lot of sights and tours and this tour was the best by far . We was a party of six and we all enjoyed the Katie Harry Potter tour thank you

Me and my fiancée were thoroughly pleased with the tour. We were in a smaller group, but it was kept lively by our guide, Libby, who was chatty, humorous and informative with a clear love for Harry Potter and York. The trivia questions were really enjoyable and added a fun element of competition to the tour. We would definitely recommend to anybody who likes Harry Potter and also wants to know a bit about York's history.

We had a really interesting guide of York with lots of historical facts which corresponded wonderfully with York's 'Harry Potter' points of interest. Tom was really humorous, knowledgeable and did his best to keep everyone intrigued and involved. We loved his 'Hagrid' style, he made the tour!! Would definately recommend it, Sarah & Thomas x

Absolutely brilliant tour. A great blend of Harry Potter, York history and ghost stories. We were taken around by Tom who showed all the enthusiasm and energy needed to make the whole experience very enjoyable. I booked it as a birthday present for my girlfriend and he made the tour a fantastic part of her day. Well worth the time and the money and gives you a fantastic chance to see the best bits of York even if you are not the biggest HP fan.

Libby was an engaging host who make the tour informative and fun, even for the family members less engaged in the world of Harry Potter! The facts and locations were varied, and the locations interesting. Definitely one for Harry Potter fans, but good for the whole family to go along to as well!

Ellie was absolutely amazing and we had the best two hours walking around York with her. She is so friendly and knowledgeable of the different areas and we learnt so much from her about the city with plenty of Harry Potter fun included. Would highly recommend.
