We were picked up at our hotel and given a full day of the best of London! Simon was our driver and Hamish was our guide. Both were charming. We went to Westminster Abbey and it did not disappoint. Hamish was passionate about the history and made our tour so fun. He was a wealth of information. We saw the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace, Big Bend and London Bridge. Hamish knew the schedule and where to have the best viewing. We had requested a long visit to The Tower of London and Hamish gave us a very informative tour. He took lots of pictures of us to document our visit. I highly recommend this tour company!

We absolutely loved our private tour of the British Museum with Jack!!! He was amazing! So knowledgeable, interesting, fun, and accommodating! We were able to email Jack in advance and tell him what we were especially interested in. He really used our time and energy efficiently. The depth of his knowledge is incredible. Bespoke Britain is in a class by itself of touring organizations in London. During our recent visit we booked a few tours and without question Bespoke was in a league of its own. The guides are experts in their fields with a depth of knowledge that seems at times superhuman while remaining charming, personable, and attentive to every member of our family despite different interests - not an easy task! I greatly appreciated flexibility and being able to adjust in the moment when our interests taken with something along the way and we wished to spend more time in one spot, and there was never ever a lack of information flowing no matter how long we spent at any one place. Despite being there at the height of tourist season we truly felt like we had the city to ourselves and were treated to several “insider only” experiences along the way. I would never see the city without them again, and look forward to returning and enjoying more of their unique touring experiences.

Jack was a fantastic tour guide, so knowledgeable and able to tailor the information and reroute on the fly based on my interests! I was especially fascinated by the literary aspects of the tour, and Jack took me to all the secret treasures and antique bookstores in the area. Would recommend Jack to anyone who comes to London. My hubby and I stayed in Bloomsbury on our very first visit to London. We booked this tour with Jack for the morning of our arrival, hoping he’d introduce us properly to our “neighborhood”. Well, our walk with Jack exceeded all our expectations! First, Jack is a great communicator, and he was very flexible and considerate about our timing. We got off to a great start with this polite, enthusiastic, funny, knowledgeable, and engaging young man. He walked us past all the highlights of Bloomsbury, weaving interesting, informative, and FUN details all along the way. After two delightful hours, we bid farewell to Jack outside one of his favorite pubs for a bit of lunch. And for the remainder of our time in London, Bloomsbury did indeed feel like our very own neighborhood…thanks to Jack! We can whole-heartedly give Jack our highest recommendation! And we wish him great success in the future!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour with Jack! He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and showed us the highlights of the museum while also covering more of Egypt and Greece, which we had requested. Jack really knows the museum and it’s shortcuts, secret passageways, and was able to guide us from one location to the next, enabling us to visit more artifacts and learn more about their historical significance. This was also helpful as an introduction to the museum and to orient ourselves to later explore the museum on our own.

If I could give Jack and Bespoke Britain's tours 10 stars, I would! This was my family and I's first trip to London and all 5 of us had different highlights on our lists. Jack tailored our private tours to all of our interests and then some. From London history to rock n' roll, Harry Potter, Ted Lasso, Churchill, and futbol historical sites and info, he really personalized our tours to make sure each person in our family got to see something they were interested in. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history and archeology of London and he handled all of our transportation needs, as well as booked reservations for the best afternoon tea, and even scored us amazing last minute tickets to a West Ham futbol game! He also took us to thee best spot to view the changing of the guard where our short family could view everything despite the crowds. He also took us to see the crown jewels where he waited in the longest queue for us to ensure we had time to explore the castle while we waited to see. Along with being an excellent tour guide, Jack is overall just a genuinely delightful person to be around and his passion for his homeland and history exudes in all of his conversations. He is also a great photographer! He was able to snap a photo of all 5 of us crossing Abbey Road which is a difficult shot to get with the high car and foot traffic in that area. Overall, our trip to London would not have been the same without Jack and we cannot highly recommend him and his agency enough. If you are traveling to London and would like a tour guide with in-depth knowledge about London, Jack and Bespoke Britain are the best option for an incredible experience and trip.

Jack was our guide for our tour of the British Museum. His knowledge is impressive and his enthusiasm contagious. I would also like to mention his thoughtfulness. We aren’t spring chickens and Jack was sensitive to our needs. His suggestion to use the lift instead of mounting was seemed like 500 stairs was incredibly thoughtful. We have been around most of Europe and few guides compare to Jack! What a knowledgeable and helpful guide. We had unique-specific wants and he exceeded ALL expectations. Our family is comprised of history buffs and wanted to focus our tour days on wars. Jack selected unique and interesting sights we had not been to and this was our second trip to london. Every stop was easy, Jack was prepared with everything, he gave you as much or little time as you wanted. He was also great to work on the fly with any changes we wanted or needs that arose. I can’t imagine going back to london and not booking Jack. We are planning a trip to Oxford and even though not listed as an official tour- we will be booking Jack. We have seldom had “bad” guides, but we also don’t have guides this great. Highly recommend

I contacted Jack, and it was super quick and easy to organise. My tour was bespoke as I wanted to go to the science museum, but specifically the medicine floor. Jack was so polite, friendly, knowledgable and approachable. He clearly knew his stuff as all I asked about he was able to expand on and tell me more about the history. I am most impressed and would highly reccomend to anyone.

We met Jack through our agent at Travel Theory. Together they planned a 9 day itinerary for our family. Jack took us on several private tours: Tourist sights throughout London, Borough Market, Oxford, and Windsor Castle. Jack took the time to get to know our family and our interests. From there he customized our tour, being completely flexible as needed. Jack was born and raised in London, graduated from Oxford University and well educated about the history and culture of the UK. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as he also coordinated with our driver and was available to us for any tips for the rest of our vacation. He even helped us find another flat when our initial one was we checked into was a disaster. Jack shared so much knowledge and kept us entertained throughout our week with him. He kept the tour moving throughout and pointed out things we would have otherwise missed. He was the perfect guide to have taken us to Oxford as a graduate of such a prestigious university.
