We had a pleasant experience with Airport Pickups London from start to finish. At time of booking, I inadvertently made the reservation twice and they alerted me right away and I was able to cancel with Trip Advisor to avoid double charge. They were very responsive by email with confirmations and even called a day ahead to confirm arrangements. Our flight was delayed coming into Heathrow and we had good communication with the company about this unexpected circumstance. Driver had the sign with our name, was courteous and a safe driver. Highly recommend this service, especially if arriving into London late at night, or anyone who is not comfortable taking the trains into the city.
