Wonderful customer service

So I mistakenly booked my tickets online for today instead of tomorrow! A call to customer services and the lady was happy to amend them and resend by email straight away. Very pleased. Looking forward to our trip tomorrow with no extra expense.

Fast Thames travel

Used this boat to go to Greenwich from The Shard, then from there to the Embankment, it's reasonably priced, we also used the 2 for 1 deal with our train tickets. Very efficient service. No commentary but there is an app you can download. We...More

Westminster to Greenwich.

A great way to see more of London.Hop on and off when you want, trip to Greenwich to Westminster is wonderful . We paid £16.00 return for adult ticket.

Hi, We did the hop on hop off one. Gave us the freedom to walk around Greenwich to the Observatory and do things at our own pace. There is no commentary as to the things you see as you go up and down the river. We did not... More
