- EuropeGermany00Don’t miss this tour!I am obsessed with food tours! It always comes down to the tour guide, and Dave was absolutely great. He has a ton of knowledge and a great personality, and, of course, the food was amazing. Would highly recommend!
- H7396NLeddiek00East London Food Tour Gem!Kafe was an amazing tour guide and the tour itself took us to parts of London that we may not have visited for years - if at all. Spital Fields was a great area to discover, as were all the food stops we made. The portions are plentiful so bring your appetite!
- ameliatP4301SS00Fantastic Experience! Great Guide! Interesting Facts!Great portions of food! You do not leave hungry! Our tour guide was fantastic and had great info about the Borough Market, the Clink, and other historical sites! Rosesheen (sorry if I butchered!) was so kind and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable! Would highly recommend!
- sharonfQ7922PD00Great food tour!Lane was a fantastic tour leader really knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure we were well taken care of and informed. Highly recommend
- Freedom75244600Come hungry!Borough Market has about every food you can imagine, and then some. We wished we had a kitchen to cook the great selection of seafood available. We started with the sausage sandwich, and finished with a little pudding in a pub. Great job by Theo and the many vendors we sampled
- repire00Worthwhile experienceThis was one of the best guided tours I have ever done. Izak was a brilliant guide and we enjoyed every moment of the tour!
- LilleTrilleSille00Awsome combination of history and foodWe had a lovely Sunday morning with Kaffe on the East London Food Tour! His historical knowledge of the area makes the tour even more interesting, and the tour of the district and how the different migrants have put their mark on the area is fascinating. Sunday is probably the best day for the tour with the hustle and bustle of the Brick Lane market and the full Spitafield market set-up, but I’m quite sure the food will taste just as good any day of the week. TIP: Do NOT eat breakfast before the tour, there is PLENTY of food served, and we had to pass on one of the stops, as we were just too full!!!
- FedericoLuzzi00Wonderful tour!We had an outstanding tour courtesy of Max, who was an extremely well-informed and engaging guide. All the food was delicious (special mention for the apple crumble with marshmallow topping—to die for!) but what really made the tour special was learning from Max about the history of Spitalfields and of the East End while walking through its neighbourhoods. At several junctures, Max pointed out evidence of historical facts that we would otherwise have easily overlooked, making for a a richer, more vivid and extremely enjoyable tour of the area. Do not leave London without going on this tour!
- JaiOfChi00Highly Recommended Tour with an Excellent Tour Guide! This was our second Eating Europe tour in a week, and our second tour with Josh. He took us to some very unique eateries and gave us a thorough historical overview of the East End. We had bacon sandwiches, fruit crumble, bagel with salted beef, Bangladeshi curries and even proper tea with sticky toffee pudding. These tours are well organized and Josh makes the event memorable. Highly recommended!
- michaelkU2644HG00We had a great time. This is a great way to experience and taste some English foods, both traditional, and creative updates. When you know the story of a place, it's all the better, and that's what we got on this tour. Our guide, Lauren, gave us plenty of information, and at each tasting stop, the story of who they are. Plenty to eat. You're on your feet, and some places can be either crowded or cobblestone.
- mang31300Tour was great, Dave our guide was amazing!!!!The tour was amazing, our guide Dave, was top notch! He had a lot of knowledge about the area, made things interesting and didn't overload us with info that wasn't relevant to the tour. Food choices were perfect and Dave was the perfect guide. He also kept things light, took care of us, and we were all full by the time we were done.
- VBIce00Borough Market is the perfect place to spend the morning!Kaife did an excellent job as our tour guide. We sampled lots of great foods, loved to market and the history. We would definitely do it again!
- kellygT5853GE00Best tourLaine was a terrific tour guide. We had fabulous food and a great history lesson. We loved it. We would highly recommend it
- Scenic531893558790010/10 experience! This was fantastic! Laine was an incredible guide, funny and oh so knowledgeable. This tour wouldn’t have been as good without her. All the food was delicious - 100% recommend!

Elle was a great guide for our group of 10. We had a fun group and made 6 stops. The best food was the pork bao buns in Chinatown and the decadent chocolate dessert and cocktail at the last stop. We also had steak and kidney pie (with lousy beer) and stopped at a spanish tapas place. I only gave you 3 stars because I felt the price was way too high for the quality and quantity of the food. I know food prices are way up but we have been on several other food tours in Europe that gave you better quality and more food for less than half the price of $161 a person! We ate at Gordon Ramseys River Restaurant for LESS money than this tour costs for 2 people and the food was far superior.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you didn't feel this tour was worth the money. Our tour price is not just for the food, but for the guide, plus the historic and cultural experience and also the premium we pay to get in and out of restaurants during their busy rush. So we aren't just a sit food stop like you would get in a restaurant for cheaper - we are so much more than that- we are an immersive walking experience. I hope that now makes sense? P.s At the pub you have your own choice of beer (larger or ale) or cider, so everyone can choose what they prefer!

Ian & Tom did a terrific job of relaying information and keeping the tour entertaining and informative. But it's a food tour and the fact that we really, really disliked the Basque Tapas restaurant stop detracted from the overall experience. Pick a new eatery. My wife and I have been to Spain many times and you would NEVER find tapas made from old, stale or canned ingredients in a bar there. Thankfully, the superb steak & ale pie at a pub saved the night.

My wife and I were guests on your July 5, 2023 Twilight Soho Food Tour. Our tour guide was Katie. She was terrific! Katie took us to several restaurants that showcased a delicious variety of foods in the Soho area of London. During the course of our tour, Katie described the vibrant Soho area with in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm. We give her a five star rating and will certainly recommend Eating Europe to all of our friends.

This fantastic tour is what traveling is all about. Not only was it a great three hours where our wonderful guide Elle was leading us around (you can put those maps away!!) but it was as informative as it was delicious. Elle was a great storyteller and we learned so many fun facts about SoHo’s rich history from the amazing music scene to the people who have inhabited it through the years and yes, a bit about its sex industry (not so much that I wouldn’t bring teens) all while eating some of the most delicious food in the most interesting (very soho like) settings we have ever been to! Drinks were fantastic and we really enjoyed meeting the other 8 travelers in our group and chatting with them during the tour. This is the third food tour we have done and it was fantastic. It’s always such a relaxing and memorable way to spend your time in a big city, especially London! I know my daughter and I will be talking about it for years to come. You will be very full, so definitely come with an empty stomach!

I have done this tour 4 times since 2017 and it never disappoints! The guides are knowledgeable and entertaining, the food is fabulous and SOHO is just such a vibrant area. I learn something new every time and one or two of the restaurant experiences change but are still absolutely delicious. Indian food was not on the tour in any of my previous visits and Gunpowder really delivered. Both the food and the gin drink were tasty delights! Our guide, Josh, was great and delightful company. I have recommended this tour many times over the years and everyone who has done it has raved about it. Keep it up!!!

The guide was fantastic and the food was amazing. While the restaurants were great the history Josh, our guide, gave us during our walk through Soho was even better. See Paul McCartney's recording studio, where Mozart lived, where musical legends recorded and performed their greatest works, and why a pineapple is featured on the Soho Mural. So so good.

Ok so I've done many a food tour (lucky me!) and this tour/particularly the amazing Lauren is the best of the best. I've been living in London for a few months (a New Yorker with discerning taste ...) and Lauren opened my eyes to several new, extremely different spots that I will be taking friends and family to in the future - all places that showed what a fantastic global city London is that you might not otherwise find. She fostered a great environment for our group of vastly different tourists, and had fun/fascinating facts about Soho to offer between stops. Definitely check it out!!!

Our tour was more than about food as it meanders you through the Soho area. Katie pointed out a lot of fun things that we would have never known if we had been left to explore on our own. She made sure everyone felt comfortable, all questions were answered, and appetites were satisfied. Please make sure to tell her that Brenton’s Mom DID find her glasses, btw. ;)

This was such a good food tour! We love to do them when we go away on a city break as it’s such an amazing way to learn about the place you’re in. Josh was a fabulous tour guide - he made us all laugh, got us chatting and had some great anecdotes. The food was delicious, especially the dessert at the end 😌

The visit was incredible! One of the highlights of my visit to London. Our guide Josh was the best, very fun, with immense knowledge and always concerned about paying attention to everyone in the group. I 100% recommend it to anyone who wants a special experience in Soho, getting to know places you would never find on your own!

Hi! I was wondering if this tour worth it and possible alcohol free? This tour sounds really interesting with walking tour in that area and foods on this tour. But want to do it with alcohol free type of drinks instead.

There is a package where you don’t buy the alcoholic drinks if you don’t want to if I remember correctly. The amount of alcohol consumed on the tour is very little. It’s more about the food.

Try the tour company's website and book directly. I think it was eating London food tours. And the tour is definitely not free. But we enjoyed it immensely
