What to expect
  • Depart from central London, and follow your guide through the bustling streets thronged with pubs and theaters. Make your way to a traditional ‘boozer’ on the cusp of Trafalgar Square.  Soak up the atmosphere of the pub and listen to anecdotes surrounding nearby monuments like Nelson's Column and Trafalgar Square. Sip on some hearty ale and then head to Covent Garden’s central plaza, replete with street entertainers and inviting pubs. Escape the crowds down a quiet side street and head inside your next pub for a snack and a beer.  Continue to Soho and accustom your eyes to glittering theaters and nightclubs. Visit a pub popular for pre-drinks before a show, and hear of the city’s performing arts scene while sipping another ale. Conclude your tour at Seven Dials, a sophisticated area in the heart of the West End. Relax with your final beverage and then bid your guide and group goodbye.

Super fun tour! Pubs are such a historically integral part of London culture. This tour takes you to a few places that have history and delicious beer! Highly recommend this tour. Really fun way to spend a few hours!

We had a great tour. The other couple didn't show,so it was a private tour, with just my husband and I, and our guide. Daniel was knowledgeable about the beer and the local history and was very funny. Once he learned our taste in beer, he modified the tastings to show us beers he knew we would like. The pubs were all excellent, though not all historic. It was the best tour we had in London!

We loved this tour. It was a fun way to explore some pubs with history without roaming the city trying to find them. Each place we went was unique and had an interesting story behind it. We had a small group and got to know the others who were very nice. The tour guide was very informative and friendly and we had an awesome time. It was just long enough to visit 4 locations but short enough where we could plan other things around the tour. I would go on this tour again.

This pub tour was lots of fun and very informative. Our guide was very knowledgeable about London history and about beer. This is a pub tour not a pub crawl which was perfect for me and my 22 year old son. We were visiting London for a father/son adventure. We both really enjoyed the tour!

This was our first day in London and we were exhausted but my family and I thoroughly enjoyed this pub tour, learning the history, tasting the different types of beers, and having fun with Dan and the other folks on the tour! I would highly recommend!!!! This was definitely a highlight of our trip! Thanks Dan for hanging in there after your voice started to go!!!!

We had a great time seeing a sampling of 4 different breweries/pubs in the area. The tour guide Mike was very knowledgeable but also funny and friendly. Along the way he also gave us details about buildings we were passing, and the interesting things that happened at each pub. We had a great time!

My husband and I arrived at 7am on a Friday morning and only had one day scheduled in London before heading to Cornwall and Wales. We really wanted to plan something for our limited time when we found this pub tour. The proximity to our hotel and the area where the pub tour was going made this a great choice. The tour only had room available for one more person, and of course there was two of us. I contacted them prior to registering and they were more than gracious by allowing both of us and going over their normal numbers. Our guide was very knowledgeable, we learned so much about how pubs started and their actual importance in history and the British culture. The pubs were old and interesting, the beers great, and we had bunches of nibbles at the last pub. We also met some wonderful people from the US and Ireland, who joined us on the tour. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting London.
