Magical day out
Really great tour. All very covid friendly and clean. Lots to see. Loads of photo opportunities. You can buy a personalised journal which is a great touch!!! The bank was stunning. The castle was superb. The dragon effect in the bank was amazing with fire and smoke. The gift shop had so many things too. Lots of little affordable gifts as well as big purchases. I loved platform 9 & 3/4 and being allowed on the train. Very well organised and all the attendants were very knowledgeable. Great day out for all.

Lovely tour and friendly staff! Avoid the green screen pictures (unless there is no que).
Absolutely loved the studio tour! We went about mid day, it was busy but not too crowded. Staff were friendly and offered extra information whenever they could. Though I wouldn’t recommend the green screen photos as there are plenty of free photo opportunities around the studio. They even have a gluten free option for food.

Loved every minute!
We absolutely loved it! We had been here before, around five years ago, but there are loads of new things to see.

The cost of the food is what you expect it to be (not cheap). It cost us £45 for four meals. The butterbeer is £7 each but you’ve got to keep the plastic tumbler which makes a nice souvenir.

The only thing I didn’t like was that you can’t go into the shop before the tour. So if you want to purchase a wand or a costume to wear you can’t do this. There is a small shop on platform 9 3/4 with a limited range, but by that time you already halfway round.

Book well ahead and take lots of money with you! We didn’t go mad but with lunch and butterbeer for four people, a couple of souvenirs and some photos we spent in excess of £200.

Despite that we will still go back!

Great place but rip off prices.
Aug. 2021
The prices of everything to to with this are massively over inflated. I can understand the high entry cost to a point, but the total rip off prices in the food outlets and shop are just disgusting.
I cannot understand how they can charge so much for everything, families on lower incomes don't stand a chance here. I'm fortunate that I could afford it, but others cannot. The gift shop is the worst I have ever seen. It must be heartbreaking for children to denied something because their parents can't afford these stupid prices.

My other complaint is with the customer services team who refused to change the visit date for my daughter after her baby became ill the night before they were due to visit. I had paid for their tickets which is another £100 wasted.

Enjoyable day out!
Aug. 2021
From the moment we arrived at the Warner Brother Studio Tour everything felt very safe. The que to get in was short and managed by pre booking your time slot. Bag searches, compulsory mask wearing and temperature checks made everyone feel safe as you entered the building.

Once inside WOW! This is the second time I have visited here and it is safe to say they keep on improving. The train, Gringotts, Forbidden Forest and the large dragon were all new since my last visit and they were incredible. I loved the entrance video and the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. Seeing the sets and props that they used in the films is amazing and it makes you feel like you are right in the action of the films. It was nice to see the touch areas like barriers were constantly sanitized by staff too. There were also ample hand sanitising stations around the attraction.

A couple of times it felt a little bit manic and busy inside and some people did keep taking their masks off for photos which was a bit frustrating when they asked for masks on. The gift shop was a very impressive size and had lots of merchandise to choose from, but was incredibly expensive. I think you need to rob Gringotts on the way around to afford things!

Overall a very enjoyable 3-4 hour trip around the studio tour. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family as a fantastic day out.

Wicked day out 🤗
Wow!!! What an exciting experience! I cannot recommend this enough..
If you are a Harry Potter fan, or even if you’re not, you should still just visit for the experience.. such a wonderful day out, and an insight to how hard all the staff behind all these films work… I could go on, but I won’t spoil it for you….. go and see for yourself.. easy to get to from Watford Junction station, a bus will take you straight to the studio at £3 per person… bout 10 mins. Expect to be on there for 2-3 hours… totally worth it.🥳🤭🤗😍😍

Magical place
The experience was amazing. My son (11) loves every minute of it. We also tried the butter beer but we didn’t like it that much. We will definitely be back.

Wizard of a day out
Wasn’t sure what to expect when we arrived however we are highly delighted with a fabulous day out with the grandkids and family. The car park welcome stats the day well and every member of the cast or team we came into contact with throughout the day were so helpful and friendly you could ask for better. For Potter fans it’s an absolute treat. The pre show and cinema set you up for a fabulous day. You’d probably need to visit several times to see and experience everything on the tour. Plenty of free onsite parking and short queues at security when you check in. The drawback is the price of food and drink inside. There are a couple of places to eat and an amazing g gift shop. Large queue at the cafe halfway through the tour. The pièce de résistance is the tour itself no spoilers here just a bit of advice. Take your time, take video and photos, keep your eyes and ears open, experience everything you can and don’t miss a thing. Fabulous day out thank team HP Studios will definitely come back again.

Wow - a magical experience
Wow! What an amazing experience. We visited with our 7yr old daughter and we loved every minute of the studio tour. If you’re a Harry Potter fan then you’ll love this experience. So many props and scenes to explore - it took us about three hours.

For those with children, it was great to have toilets at points throughout the tour and the cafe half way through. Although on the expensive side, the food and treats were great. A butter beer is a must to try - we shared one between three of us which was enough. I wasn’t too keen on the taste but glad to have tried it!

The shop at the end of the experience was hard to walk through without making purchases! The personalised robe was excellent quality. It was certainly an expensive experience but worth every penny. Staff were fantastic, helpful and full of knowledge.

An amazing evening!
