This full-day tour begins in the morning. Meet your guide at Victoria Coach Station in Central London and board your climate-controlled coach. Don’t worry about booking trains or finding your own way around the British countryside—round-trip transit makes this outing stress-free. As you travel, your guide will share the history and stories about both destinations. Your first stop is Stonehenge: a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of England’s most famous landmarks. If you've upgraded to include entry to the landmark, you can head to the visitor center and grab an included audio guide, but have the freedom to explore the site and the exhibits at your own pace. Next, return to the coach and continue onward to the city of Bath, named a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to its Roman heritage, natural hot springs, and Georgian—era architecture. Wander the atmospheric streets at your leisure, or upgrade to explore the Roman Baths or Jane Austen Centre. Afterward, board your coach and return directly to Central London.

The tour was okay. It felt very rushed, but we got a fair sample of Bath, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle. Lunch at Lacock was okay, the food was average. Our guide, James, ended the tour with some recommendations for good food, but...his comments did not sit right with me. He was listing the most popular foods in London, and he basically said "Fish and Chips is not at number 1, but it's because it's too expensive. Chicken Tikka Masala is number 1, but it's not really Indian at all, its Scottish and they put a lot of red food coloring in it. Also, please haggle with those greedy Indians on Brick Lane so you get a good price." That was literally his only money saving tip for the whole trip. He made a lot of jokes about the time, which made it confusing to follow what time to be back on the bus. If English is not your first language, it can be confusing to hear jokes about time because you will be listening for a specific number in the sentence. On our tour, a couple was left behind because they were 15 mins late, so do make sure to get on the bus quickly. This tour group is serious about time. I will say that James had good historical knowledge and he did work hard, we went to several locations in one day. But he's a bit racist, and if that matters to you, then avoid.

    Great tour company
The tour was well organised and efficient. Toby James, our tour guide was excellent when our two teenagers didn’t return to the bus on time and he found them again remaining calm and professional while mum panicked a little. Thanks for all your efforts during the tour.

    A great full day
We had a full and interesting day. All places visited were excellent although we could have spent a tiny bit more time in Windsor Castle. James was very informative with information about the places but also practical info on what to see first, photo spots and how to get home. We felt in safe hands with Haydar driving. Much better than being stressed driving ourselves around. The pub lunch in Lacock catered well to allergies and was yummy.

    Great for Harry Potter fans
The bus from central London was a longer journey than we expected. Some seats you could watch a movie to pass the time. When you arrive it was easy getting through security. The queue wasn't to long either. Great exhibition for all Harry Potter/J K Rowling fans.

Must see for Harry potter fans
We didn’t realize you needed to book your single tickets for the Harry Potter Studios, three months in advance. We ended up taking one of the double-decker Harry Potter buses, which included an admission ticket to the studios. It was the only way we could see it. The tour took us about three hours and we were going through it in a fairly quick pace. It was absolutely fabulous. If you are Harry Potter fan, this is a must do. If you want to take a train there as opposed to a double-decker bus, just make sure that you buy your admission ticket at least three months in advance. We went in January and we didn’t think we had to do that.

Great tour, you should do this!
This was a fantastic tour. Everything was scheduled perfectly and we never felt rushed or hurried. The drive around the city was very informative and Anna knows her stuff!! Lunch at the Eiffel Tower was very good and we had time to walk around a DJ take photos. I was very impressed by how Anna quickly learned the names of everyone on the tour and called us by name, which made the tour feel very personal. The euro train ride was clean, relaxing and punctual.

We don't typically do guided coach tours when we travel, but this was the only way to be able to go inside the stones at Stonehenge, so we signed up a couple of months in advance. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to London! Our tour guide Martin, and bus driver, Peter, were fantastic. Martin was a great guide -- knowledgeable and funny which made the hours on the bus pretty pleasant. Peter was a wonderful driver. If you've got the $$, I highly recommend doing one of the sunrise or sunset tours!

I booked this day trip because I was spending a few days in London after a business trip to Cambridge and wanted to do something outside of the city. There happened to be a wind storm that weekend so I was nervous the trip would get cancelled but it wasn't and it ended up being my favorite day out of the four days I spent in London. Our tour guide, Gavin (NOT Kevin!) was fantastic - knowledgeable, funny, and very accommodating. As our bus made its way out of London to Stonehenge, he told us facts about London and the surrounding countryside, which built up my excitement as we got closer to our first stop. Stonehenge was unbelievable, especially because of the crazy windy weather! When we got to Bath, Gavin took us on a walking tour of the city which was unexpected but really great, as it gave me and the other members of our tour some history behind the city, aside from the Roman Baths. At days end, on our return to London, Gavin came around the bus making sure we knew where we were getting off and asking if we needed tips for best fish & chips in London and so on, which I thought was really thoughtful. All in all, I had an incredible day, and as someone whose starting to enjoy solo travel more and more, would especially recommend the trip for someone who is traveling alone and has a day to spare. I learned sooooo much, and really did have a blast. Thank you, Gavin!

I thought it was just ok. Would recommend skipping Stonehenge and just spending the day in Bath. I think you could easily get the same information by doing the audio tour at the Roman Bath Museum and a walking tour in Bath so feel like I overpaid for just transportation really. I did really enjoy Bath and the Bath Museum so do go if you’re contemplating.

My husband and I took the Stonehenge/Bath day trip on March 6, and had a fantastic time! We went with Premier Tours and guide Gavin, who was absolutely awesome. He kept us entertained with historical facts and information, fun and fascinating stories about the Royal Family, and even a few singalongs where we learned the dark medieval origins of some of our best-known nursery rhymes. During our bus ride, he went around to every single person and gave them advice about whatever they were interested in in London or beyond. Five stars for Gavin!
As for the trip itself, it was a highlight of our visit to London. Just riding through the scenic, rolling green hills and charming little villages of the English countryside was an unforgettable treat! It was awe-inspiring and incredible to see iconic Stonehenge in person! If you have the time to make this trip while visiting England, I would highly recommend it. After lunch at Stonehenge, which left plenty of time to walk the grounds, take pictures of the stones and tour the museum, we headed to the town of Bath for a walking tour with Gavin followed by a visit to the famous Roman Bath and free time in the city. The Roman Baths were interesting, but I wish I would have spent less time there and more time exploring the beautiful little town of Bath. It was gorgeous! Don’t miss a famous Sally Lunn Bun with a nice cup of tea!
The only downside to this trip was that we hit the London rush hour as we made our way back home, so we were stuck on the bus for quite a while. However, I think there might have been some kind of accident or problem that made our traffic jam even worse than usual. Still, it was all totally worth it. Don’t miss this day trip!

The tour is quite expensive but I think it’s worth it. It provides a convenient way of getting to Stonehenge and Bath in one day without having to figure out the various trains and buses you would have to take otherwise. Throughout the bus ride (which takes 2 hours to Stonehenge then 3 hours back to London from Bath), our tour guide, Frank, told us facts and stories about the various villages, buildings and landmarks we passed. He was funny as well. He also provided background information on Stonehenge and Bath, as well as giving a free walking tour of Bath in the afternoon. There’s plenty of time to explore both places, particularly in Bath when you get a couple of hours of free time. I got the tour that included the entry to the Roman Baths which I think is worth it. There’s a complete exhibit there and the history is fascinating. If I could give any advice, it would be to bring snacks and water on the bus because you don’t really have that much time to eat at the cafe at Stonehenge if you properly listen to the audio tour and you don’t get to Bath until around 1:30/2pm. We were really lucky because the weather was gorgeous and bc it’s super off-peak season, barely anyone was at Stonehenge and in the Roman Baths. All in all, I’d recommend this tour!

I couldn't visit London without seeing the Stonehenge prehistoric monument site. I chose Premium Tours after reading Trip Advisor reviews and we weren't disappointed. We purchased tickets for the Stonehenge and Bath Day Tour three weeks before our departure from the U.S. and I am glad we did. After arriving to Victoria Station there were masses of people waiting in line for all of the Premium Tours that were offered on Sunday. I forgot to call in advance to let the company know we were still coming, as it is directed on the email, but our names were on the company's list and we were relieved. Our tour guide was a male, I can't remember his name and our bus driver was Nuno. We felt comfortable on the bus and were treated well from the departure to our return to London. I wasn't sure if I would get motion sickness or not by riding on the 2nd floor of the bus, but I was fine.

I was so excited as the bus pulled into the driveway in Wiltshire. I met another American tourist (not in our group) on the shuttle ride to Stonehenge and she mentioned how excited I was. We walked around and took pictures and read the fact markers. After leaving the site we went to the gift shop so that I could purchase a souvenir. We walked back to the bus to prepare for the second leg of the trip to Bath. The English countryside on the way to Bath was scenic. Bath was the epitome of a historical English village. The tour guide explained why the same stone was used throughout the village and mentioned that one of the homes was used during the filming of "Bridgerton." Touring the Roman Baths wasn't a part of our package, so we toured Bath on our on by visiting the Bath Abbey and taking the hop on and off tour in Bath. We ate lunch at Nando's which was also on my bucket list.

On the return to London after a long day of touring, the tour guide announced to everyone that we would have to walk to Victoria Station because the bus driver needed to return the bus to the bus lot before a certain time and wouldn't be able to take us to Victoria. We were disappointed about that, considering we weren't informed of this upfront. We paid expecting a return to Victoria Station, especially since we paid for parking there and were exhausted from having a full day. We ended up taking the tube to Victoria Station.

Overall, the trip was the ultimate tourist destination dream. I couldn't believe that I actually visited historical sites that I saw pictures of in history books, magazines, and television. If I were to do anything differently again, it would be to split up the trip one day in Stonehenge and one day in Bath. Maybe the tour company should do a overnight trip to stay in Bath (tourists would stay at a hotel), and return to London the next morning. Just a suggestion. I would recommend Premium Tours for anyone who is interested in learning more about Stonehenge and Bath.

I’m been on this tour twice. Fist time like in 2015, second time like last week Feb 2020 with my mother who is from Italy. We were greeted by Frank, a charming British folk with lots of experience. He worked in the media and tv industry and he seemed knew how to come across to people from different walk of like. As a multilingual guy who I am, he managed to provide clear information and personalised recommendations as he could speak Spanish as well – no matter who was in front of him. Typically when you are able to speak more than one language you have that extra edge that enable you to cross boundaries.

He has been a top block, and for instance also if my mum didn’t speak very well English she managed to overall understand thanks to Fran clarity of words.
So well done Premium Tour for the service and obviously high five Frank. He is definitely able to make pretty much everybody at ease, so yeah I strongly recommend this tour if you’re looking for this type of experience.

Cheers,
Mirko

Due to the transit strike in London in June (referenced in other reviews), I arrived to the bus gate 15 minutes past the the recommended time, and they departed with no attempt to contact and no refund. This was surprising given the transit disruptions all week - hours of traffic, no subways, no trains - and the fact they waited for people the previous day.
The good news is that on this particular day, the strike had abated on most train lines. I was able to go to Paddington station myself and get a train ticket to Bath instantly, travel on an empty train with wifi in 90 minutes, and arrive on my own schedule. It was cheaper to travel to Bath this way and buy your own museum tickets than take the tour. The audio guide for the Roman baths is very comprehensive. I also had time to climb the abbey, have lunch, visit the Jane Austen center, etc.
For Stonehenge, similarly, you can take a train to Salisbury and the bus from there to Stonehenge. The tour gives you an audio guide for Stonehenge which you can get yourself.
I like tours because they make things effortless, but given that this one makes you go to the chaotic circus that is Victoria Coach Station, then drops you off somewhere else entirely, you're already doing work just to get there.

We went on a combination tour (Windsor Castle. Westminster Abby, Stonehenge and Bath. It was a lot to pack into one day. It was well worth the price of admission and we had a great time. The tour was efficiently run and the guide was entertaining. The only shortfall was that we felt rushed at all three locations. By the time we waited through the (expedited) line, we did not have quite enough time to fully see the attractions. Regardless, we enjoyed the day very much and would recommend it to others with the caveat it with the idea that they consider a two site, vice a three site, tour.

This was one of the best days of our trip. Our guides were amazing, Nuno and Frank. They were both in very good humor. On the drive Frank gave us interesting information and folklore along route without giving us excess information. He even set up a walking tour around Bath after visiting the Roman Baths Museum which was very fun and very informative. I've been wanting to visit both Stonehenge and Bath for quite some time and this trip did not disappoint. I would recommend this trip to anyone traveling to London.
