Absolutely fantastic. Pauline was a great host and expertly guided my husband and I around the beautiful Devonport. She went above and beyond and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Pauline was so friendly and fun and made sure everyone was comfortable on their Segways before we began our tour. During the tour, we rode along the coastline of Devonport, then through neighborhoods and up to the peak of Mt. Victoria. Pauline shared the history and pointed out interesting things of the area around us as we went along. Once at the top of Mt. Victoria, we had ample time to enjoy the spectacular view, including the Auckland skyline, and to take photos. Thank you, Pauline!

We had a few days in Auckland prior to joining a group tour so we booked this experience. You need to take the ferry to Devonport to join the trip. The office is located right in the ferry terminal as you arrive. The weather was very windy but the Segways were perfect for maneuvering the quaint suburb of Devonport, including the steep hills. Very fun and enjoyable way to cover a large area, and Pauline provided great background information along the way.

5 of us had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon doing the taster session with Pauline. My niece, nephew and brother in law had never been on a segway before and this was the perfect way for them to get used to it and see some of the sights with a few facts about the area thrown in! We were 50/50 on whether to do it due to weather and so glad we did! Whether you’re a pro on a segway or not I thoroughly recommend taking a tour with Pauline

Pauline was a fabulous guide . We were worried about riding a Segway but Pauline was fantastic at showing us not just how to ride but we loved it ! Pauline clearly loves Devonport and showed us what a lovely place it is . It was also a great way to see Mount Victoria . The views were stunning . There is no better way to get around than with a Segway; there is no better way to see Mt Victoria and Devonport than with Pauline and Magic Broomstick Segway Tours. The equipment is in excellent condition; the operator safety conscious but not overly restrictive. The knowledge that Pauline has is amazing and very informative. The time spent all too quickly and was totally enjoyed by us all. The scenery was breathtaking. Highly recommend the experience

Quick and easy ferry trip across from downtown Auckland to Devonport. My wife and I love Segway tours and this was another top notch one. Magnificent views across to Auckland. Blessed with perfect weather. Great way to also learn some Devonport history. Definitely recommend.

A fantastic experience. Pauline was great as a guide and instructor. Well worth doing. A bit worried about being on a Segway? Don’t be. You’ll get instruction and it is much easier than you think. I’ll be back to sample another tour!

We caught the ferry to Devonport to join the tour. Pauline was waiting and after patiently training us how to stop, go, turn and get off we were ready to start our adventure. The time went so fast and Pauline is better informative about the local history. I would definitely recommend, it was such fun

We really enjoyed our hour or so scoot around the waterfront & back streets of Devonport. Pauline was a great guide sharing history of the area as we went. As it was a lovely day, we found a couple of new spots for swimming. We thoroughly recommend this experience, alot of fun :)
