Explore National Elk Refuge and Grand Teton National Park on this guided half-day tour from Jackson Hole. Take in the mountain scenery as you learn about the area's flora and fauna from a guide. Spot local wildlife, including herds of bison, pronghorn, elk and other animals that inhabit the mountainous region, plus have the chance to snap plenty of nature-focused photos. Morning and afternoon departures available.
What to Expect
After being picked up at your centrally located Jackson Hole hotel, head along the western boundary of the National Elk Refuge to Grand Teton National Park. There, watch out for wildlife such as bison, elk, deer, moose, foxes, coyotes, bears, and possibly wolves, stopping along the way to snap photos. Plus, travel through Antelope Flats, a 640-acre (259-hectare) area of land that was established to preserve habitats and migration routes for a variety of species.

If time allows, you may stop at the Jackson Visitor Center or the Moose Visitor Center in Grand Teton National Park. Keep in mind that the tour route varies seasonally based on the group’s interest, road closures, and wildlife migration.

At the end of the tour, get dropped off at your accommodations.

We will visit this area next June, group of six. Two kids ages 4 and almost 7. Your web site says private tours only for kids. What is the cost? Thank you
