Had a wonderful day. The changes to the Pumicestone Padsage actually enhance the experience. Lots of marine life, varying places to stop (beaches, sand bars, in the channel to fish or relax). Booking online was easy & secured our BBQ boat at a very busy time of the year. Staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. It's just a magical area to visit & relax. It was a great family day out on the water and Gary was excellent to deal with. Adults, teenagers and toddler all had a ball. Caught a lot of fish, had a barbecue and did some swimming. A day creating memories that we will always treasure.

Bill’s boat hire staff were friendly, good people and clearly very experienced at empowering young adults how to skipper their boats. We had a magnificent morning with our four children aged 19-24yrs. Highly recommend:)

Briefing on do's & don'ts was excellent. Pay attention as the brief cover's safety and many other things to make your boating experience better. The 11-person boat was in excellent condition and the motor was 1st time every time. Esky was properly sized, however the webber BBQ was just a little on the small size to cook up 11 breakfasts. It did the job but took quite a while. We would certainly recommend Bill's boat hire...give it a go. Almost all of us have not been on one before and it was just a treat. Thanks u Craig & Kellie.

A beautiful stretch of water. Our pleasure was greatly enhanced by the friendly and professional service from the crew at Bill's BH. Everything was clearly explained. (I once hired a boat in Ireland. The website assured me, "Full instruction will be given." When we arrived, Paddy asked me if I'd driven a boat before. Told "Yes," he handed me the key and said cheerfully, "Off you go then.") It was NOT like that at Bill's. They gave us a slightly bigger boat than we'd booked, spotlessly clean and everything in good order. Gave us thorough advice on what to do and not do, and a useful map with routes and places of interest marked. We will be back. Enjoyed by the whole family.

Took my wife, adult sons and 3 year old daughter out for a morning session with Bills Boat Hire and absolutely loved it. They do a fantastic job preparing you for the day with an instructional video and then more tips before you head out on the day. It really is a great way to explore the waterway around Caloundra and Bribie and has everything you need, including a barbie! We came prepared and anchored for a few hours and swam, explored and enjoyed our BBQ on the boat. Highly recommend this unique experience for both locals and visitors. An awesome way to spend the day with family & friends.

Stunning location! Family of 10 consisting of 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 15mths to 13yrs. Hired a 10 seater Pontoon BBQ Boat “Cruisa” . Introduction before take off included quick but comprehensive operation & safety talk. Straight up impressed with vessel, plenty of space, luxury comfortable seating. Storage/esky options very good. The on board Weber BBQ was easy to use, a convenient central table, we enjoyed a lovely gourmet sausage sizzle. Operation of the boat was straightforward & uncomplicated. We had the best day, & all aboard agreed it was the highlight of our week in Caloundra.

We had an amazing afternoon cruising, swimming, fishing & enjoying the beauty of Bribie Island & the passage thanks to Bills Boat Hire. Kerrie was awesome giving us all the info we needed for our 1st time skipper. The boat is well set up, clean with plenty of room to move around & the BBQ was a bonus. An amazing way to see such a beautiful part of the world! We took out the half cabin boat for 2 hours but needed longer! Kerrie was a pleasure to deal with and we had such a fun time checking out Brunei Island North. Would highly recommend - especially to anyone with kids.

This is a very professional and friendly boat hire service - we have booked before and will again. We had to cancel our trip recently and as we were outside the 48 hour refund policy the refund was swift and straightforward - a sign of great customer service.

What an amazing day, visiting from the UK a boat trip booked to enjoy the bay. We headed over to the tip which was like our own private oasis, enjoying beautiful memories with the little and big ones. To top it off a short walk with my (now) fiancé and a proposal that will never be forgotten and then the chance to celebrate with the family. The glistening waters, the love and laughter, this will be a day I will never forget. We then circled back taking a longer route to soak in the last of the sun and check out Caloundra from the water. Amazing and just what we hoped for! A great adventure for 10 of us for my dad's 80th bday. We putted around, swimming where we pleased and feasting on prawns as the sun set. A magical afternoon. BBQ onboard was so handy as were the esky for our beverages. Loved loved loved it.
