        Poorly organized tours
Tour was poorly organized. Lack of communication with the agency. Travel from Puerto Princessa to Buliluyan Port takes 5 hours. Very unsafe drivers. On the way back the van stopped at “gas station”, a small house where the sell gasoline in plastic bottles. Passengers in the car, engine is working, they fill gas and smoke! Boats that transport you from Buliluyan Port to the camp are seriously overloaded and unsafe. Food - rice 3 times a day. The campsite is nice. It doesn’t feel remote adventure. There are lots of tents and groups. It isn’t a backcountry adventure trip. Islands are nice. Coron and El Nido are much nicer. And provide more variety. There are no corals. Swimming with sea turtles was fun.

one of the best tours in el nido! not only were the islands incredibly breath taking, but the tour guides made the experience really enjoyable. if you’ve been considering any of the tours, definitely do this one.

        Fishing: Overpriced / Not immersive
The only good thing about the fishing trip was eating our catch. Our guide cooked lovely food. However, it’s Not worth the money at all. An over priced experience portrayed by the website as something else completely. Communication to where we would get picked up was poor internally. We ended up messaging 3 separate people about collection and still waited for 30 minutes for our guide to arrive. We had rented a bike and had told our booker we could get ourselves anywhere but had to get a tricycle from town. Our guide barely spoke to us. He didn’t tell us anything about fishing, nor the local methods. He just did it. And expected us to copy. The website sells it as immersive and it didn’t feel that way. I felt left out as the fisher man spoke only to my boyfriend and not me. This made me feel uncomfortable. Out of the activities we only fished. The guide said no to swimming and had no snorkelling gear. Nor did he supply water. This is all stated by the website. Our tour guide asked us a lot of questions about money. Made us feel uncomfortable. Would not recommend

        Beautiful!
So beautifull!! Defenitly recommend. Only 'downside' was the food: lots of rice and fish. Barely any vegetables or meat and not a lot of fruits; my only suggestion for the company would be to bring more fruits and veggies. But there is a shop on the camp to get some snacks/drinks. Tents were comfortable with a fan and power outlets. Guides were lovely. Had the best time!

First off, the places u visit is incredible! And it seems like they try to match people that would go good together. The campsite is also good. Was impressed by fans inside the tent (not everyone has it). The food is very poor.. With the amount u pay they can do better. And the tourguide is ok, but also not the best in english and should probably work a little on bringing people together and so on. And did u know, he only get paid 500php each day, he should get paid more since u pay 15000php and additional service fee when u pay.. When that said, i would go again just because of how beautiful the place is! Most beautiful place i’ve ever seen. Just don’t expect any comfort and it will be fine. Oh and it’s actually 3days tour, the 4th day is waking up at 05 and transfer to puerta princesa.

Great guide, also caught loads of fish
Best guide (Alex) you could ask for. Amazing day spent fishing. Next time we'll catch the big Lapu Lapu that got away. Cooking the caught fish for dinner was the cherry on top the cake

        Grades landscape but bad organization
The tour was magnificent and very wild. There were very few tourists. We saw fantastic landscapes! However, there was a real problem with organization and communication (the guides didn't inform us of the day's schedule, we had to ask multiple times, ahead of the trip, impossible to get a clear response from the organizers about staying a night in Onuk,...)."

        Well organised tour
The underground river is stunning! The tour was well organised in all the transfers. After the tour we requested to be taken to El Nido so there is also the possibility to be dropped off there. Very convenient.

Good tour, but a couple of issues
The UR tour and tour guide were fantastic. Because we chose the El Nido to PPS option, the trip began with a shared van transfer from El Nido to a transfer point where we joined the group coming from Puerto Princesa. That first portion of the trip was very uncomfortable, with 16 people packed into a 15 passenger van, as the driver randomly picked up folks on the highway looking for a ride. This also made us late to the transfer area to join the other group for the last leg to the underground river. The only other complaint was that when booking, the online portal allowed you to select dietary requirements, giving the impression that they could be accommodated; however, the buffet lunch restaurant and tour guide had no knowledge of what was selected at booking, nor any seeming ability to accommodate it. Aside from those two things, we really enjoyed the tour.

Nightmare company, better choose another for Balabac
A half day of touring was removed from the schedule we booked without discussing this with us of refunding us for this missed half day. Second of all, the boat engine was super loud. We could not even talk to each other while on the boat. Both me and my partner have ear damage and tinnitus that may remain forever? Third of all, we have food poisoning. I understand that some food may not be available in such remote places but this is not acceptable. Fourth, while you advertise with Nipa huts on your website, the owner of the campground mentioned that Lagum always and only uses tents. This is just straight up lying on your website. Lastly, the whole reason why you cut the expedition short was to combine us in a van with other shared group people. This van was full and there was no room for us! A driver of another organization had to take us back to Puerto Princesa.

        Great experience!
We had 2 combinated private tours with Lagum (A+B then C+D). We’ve particularly appreciated the second Day with wonderful and not crowded beaches. After the first tour, we requested the same boat team for the second day because of the guys were great especially Alvin, very friendly tour guide, who explained everything very well. The food was good and they satisfied my vegan request. Recommended

The private tour is worth it
The private tour was amazing! Jonard, our tour guide, Capt Nelson, and Jonar, asst to the captain, were very professional and accommodating through out the whole day. Jonard took extra care of my senior mother who needs help getting around on the beaches and on the boat. There’s a lunch menu with about 5 different menus (vegetarian included) that you’ll be contacted about the day before to make a selection. Having a private tour is worth it since you can depart earlier than the masses in the morning and have alternate routes to avoid the crowds.

Awesome day exploring Coron Bay. Lots of opportunity to see some great reefs, limestone cliffs and our group even saw a turtle. We collectively decided to skip CYC Beach and head to Kayangan Lake for a longer visit there. Lunch was amazing. Our guides were awesome, helping us take cool free diving videos with our GoPro at Barracuda Lake. Would recommend to a friend!

Super friendly crew! But so many people were squeezed onto a boat that some of them didn't even have a regular seat, but had to sit or stand on the driver's cabin. For the price, almost €50, I would have expected better organization and, above all, not an overcrowded boat. I strongly advise everyone not to do this!
