My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We are 59 and 63 in reasonable shape and found the tour easy to do. I rode an e-bike and highly recommend you do the same. I had never ridden one before and found it easy to learn and quite fun. The tour route is not hilly but it is not a short ride and the e-bike allowed me to relax and completely enjoy myself. My husband chose not to take an e-bike and also enjoyed the tour but he had to work a little harder. When on holidays why take an option that makes you work a little harder??? Our tour guide Paul was fun, knowledgeable and had a lot of interesting information to share. We totally enjoyed getting out of the city for a few hours and getting some exercise to work off a bit of our holiday excesses, even though the weather was not totally perfect. The falls were impressive and worth the visit.

We definitely made the right choice to bike to Montmorency Falls and definitely had the best guide for that! Paul was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and needs throughout the tour. Considering it was our first time in Quebec City, we had so many questions. His tour was so inclusive that we didn't think that we needed another tour for QC. We were worried about not being physically able to bike all the way, but the bikes were great and the route was mostly flat so it wasn't bad at all! I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone who travels to QC. This tour only allot the time for taking the cable car ride to the top and looking over the falls from the bridge, which is absolutely stunning! My only small complaint was that I wish we were taking the ground access to the falls for the ground level view as well. I'd imagine that's a great view as well. But I'd still give it five star for giving us an amazing experience!

Very nice ride out to Montmorency Falls, which itself was awesome, accompanied by our guide, Paul. A very nice person and very attentive to our safety while at the same time supplying us plenty of information and fun facts along the way. Out time in the store was also very pleasant and informative. The e-bikes were well kept, clean and top-notch.

Everything was amazing (and I'm not exaggerating). The bikes of good quality, the paths that we took have beautiful landscapes, and Paul, the guide, it's an amazing person. He's nice, he's fun, has a lot of good talking, and takes care of all the group. I went to the Montmorency falls before, but arriving there by bike it's a totally better experience. I really recommend the tour.

The bike shop was very accommodating. Because we were the first tour of the spring, they offered one couple the free upgrade to try out their new ebikes.
The tour guide was pleasant & enjoyable. Fun day.

A beautiful fall ride where you can see the changing colors of the leaves and then the amazing views of the falls! We were extremely lucky to have Paul as our guide who spent time explaining the history of Quebec along he way. A very fun and leisurely bike ride that is definitely the highlight of our trip. Thank you Paul!!!

The Echo Sports tour started promptly at 1:00, and after a short talk about the history of Quebec, we were on our way. Our group was split between 2 tour guides, my group (of 6) was led by Paul. The bike path is flat, and weaves under overpasses, over a bridge, along a highway, and along fields, to the falls at Montmorency. We rode single file on a busy path. Paul was responsive to all of our needs, and would stop at lights and turning points, allowing some to catch up, as well as fall back, making a point to check up on all. I do not consider myself a regular rider, and paid the extra $10. for an electronic pedal assist bike. I did not feel the need to use it, as the bike gears were adjustable and met my needs. Once at the falls, we took the gondola to the top, where we proceeded to the walk across the top bridge, and returned down the staircase on the other side. The views and proximity to the falls were spectacular! At the base building there were restrooms and a snack bar, at the top-ice cream! Paul allowed adequate time for both. We spent over an hour at the falls, and then it was back to the path for the return ride. I do believe the return ride pace was slower than the pace to the falls, (which was fine by me). The tour took the whole 4 hours, and we were back at Echo Sports at 5pm.

Paul was a wonderful guide and the day could not have been more perfect. Paul did his best to provide everyone in the group with a terrific experience. I was the ‘slow poke’ and took more time on the route to take in the lovely wildflowers along the path.
I would definitely do this activity again, but on our own so that we could set our own pace rather than have others set the ride as more of how quick can you finish.

We had a most perfect afternoon riding to the falls with Paul as our guide. We learned so much about Quebec history, current culture and overall good tips for our visit. The falls are incredible. I highly recommend this tour!

Having a few days in Quebec City before our East Coast cruise our travelling mates booked this tour. Not being as in shape as we would have liked did not deter from the great experience of seeing the falls and getting a lot of fresh air. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has not forgotten how to ride a bike.
