- Compass576493927220 contributionsHad a superb day!!!Excellent tour, very puntual , very good guides. They make a stop for breakfast and a bathroom break on the way. The falls are amazing. The guide-Anabel- in the walking part in Quebec was very good ans funny. The boat ride was very entertaining and the guide there really knows a lot of history and fun factsWritten 2 October 2024
- AHoffman210 contributionsGreat for the solo traveler!Super efficient! Easy pickup and dropoff at hotel, easy to get on and off bus and everything was more or less on time! Joyce was knowledgeable and helpful. I am on a solo trip and did not feel strange within the group. The actual sights and food were also fabulous. I really appreciated all of the freetime to do what I wanted as well.Written 30 September 2024
- E4901NDchristopherr0 contributionsA First Class TripThis was an excellently designed trip, professionally delivered and with a first class Guide called William. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Montreal who wants to take in Quebec in an efficient and enjoyable way.Written 27 September 2024
- barbarapB9650PH0 contributionsKingston City & 1000 Islands cruiseThe three hour drive to Kingston with rest stop on the way was fine. First stop was the fort giving a view of Kingston. Then taken to the university campus area for a short stop, before being given two & three quarter hours in the city. The city is quite small and there are a few interesting buildings, and a pleasant waterfront area. However, the overall impression was that it is quite run down, and could be easily covered with less time. Fortunately, it was glorious weather for our visit, and there was a street market & music, as well as the weekly farmer’s market to occupy our time. The final stop was for the boat trip, which was superb. The driver (Robert), and guide (Miguel) were very professional and helpful. In our opinion, Kingston would not have warranted a three hour journey, but the cruise more than made up for it.Written 23 September 2024
- Lesley S0 contributionsGreat insight to QuebecThe arrangements to pick us up and drop us back at the hotel were brilliant and well organised. The driver was very safe and took no risks. Thomas the guide was very knowledgeable although it was difficult sometimes to hear him. Maybe an audio recording would be better. The guide in Quebec was also very interesting and made the walking tour very easy always going at the pace of the slowest (me). Would definitely recommend this tour to get an insight to Quebec. I would like to return to see more.Written 22 September 2024
- George M0 contributionsWell worth the time and money! We enjoyed the entire tour. The hotel pick up and drop off were super convenient. David, the driver was courteous and friendly. Yu, the tour guide was knowledgeable, and he offered advice to keep us informed. All the tour activities were enjoyable.Written 20 September 2024
- Barbara M0 contributionsQuebec Day TripIf you want to know about history of area and have free time to explore on your own, this is a good way to spend the day. Tour guides speak multiple languages so everyone is able to enjoy.Written 19 September 2024
- 570charitys0 contributionsBeautiful, long ride and steep streetsWilliam was an amazing tour guide and I would rate him a five and he spoke 4 languages. The three rating is on the tour company. This was our first multi lingual tour. While I feel it was neat to have a tour that could service so many different cultures I felt like we missed out on a lot of information that could have been shared if the guide didn’t have to repeat everything 4 times for all the different languages. Also want to inform everyone that you will spend at least 7 hours on a bus. It’s a 3 hour drive to Quebec. Also I would consider this a medium to high exertion for the walking due to the very steep inclines and stairs. Several groups left before the walking tour was done. Having never been to Quebec we never knew how steep the streets were. It was beautiful and nice to see but the tour company should give the information in the description about the tour.Written 18 September 2024
- F2391LZseane0 contributionsQuebec city tour and cruiseExcellent tour to Quebec city. Highly recommend going Quebec city tour and cruise. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again.Written 13 September 2024

- mghanna20 contributionsGreat valueGreat value, very organized tour The guide spoke English, French with beautiful accent He was very informative and caring I never felt rushed , tired or bored He was able to provide relevant info and good sense of humour RecommendedWritten 11 September 2024
- Jerry B0 contributionsFast paced-informativeWe saw a lot of places we would not have otherwise seen on our trip to Quebec since we did not have a car, but it was definitely fast paced. The tour guide in Old Quebec City was interesting, from what we heard. It was often hard to hear her. Our tour guide on the bus was great-very knowledgeable and attentive. The tour on the boat put a lot in perspective. Disappointed that it was rainy and cold, but that is out of anyone's control.Written 9 September 2024
- 893bbd0 contributionsI am orginally from Montreal & highly recommend taking this tour.I was born and raised in Montreal but left many years ago, and this was my first time visiting Quebec City. William our Tour Leader was FANTASTIC. Very knowledgeable, great personality, and spoke 4 languages, effortlessly (very impressive) . A visit to the waterfalls & then We had plenty of time in Quebec to explore and get lunch. I highly recommend taking this tour.Written 4 September 2024
- sirinathag0 contributionsGreat Quebec City bus tour!Great driver and guide! It would have been great if the bus had cup holders and a flip table, but overall very well organizedWritten 1 September 2024
- F5705UIomard0 contributionsGreat excursionOverall it was a great experience. They send you a confirmatory email and arrange pickup to your hotel if your within 5km of the meeting spot. The tour boss preassigns seats so you can leave your valuables on the spot without worry. On the way there they stop for breakfast. The waterfall was amazing. You can take the cable car up for $19 US..or have the bus take you up to the top for free. Quebec City was amazing and so charming like a European village. The cruise was ok...but they have a bar and you can lounge upstairs and get fresh air...overall recommend the excursionWritten 28 August 2024

In April 2024, we booked this 3 day Gaspe tour from Montreal for our trip in August 2024 only to have the company call to cancel the trip less than 48 hours before it was to leave. Our entire trip to Montreal had been planned around the tour dates. Our tour was to have been in the middle of the week we were spending in Montreal. We suddenly found ourselves without a tour that had been my travelling companion’s dream and without any accommodation in Montreal. When we asked Concord what we were supposed to do about accommodation they just said they would refund our money for the tour. We could not take the tour later as we had firm travel dates and airline tickets back home. We did manage to get a hotel room for the 2 nights but paid a premium as it was last minute during high season. We were very disappointed and angry at how Concord treated us. Think twice before booking with Concord as they don’t seem to have good business practices

Such a good trip! Thanks Thomas and driver! It’s a short and sweet trip, it’s a bit cold even in summer, need to prepare a coat for any weather unknown.
