Great!
Sep. 2021
This was our second bike tour with Fitz and Follwell. We did one previously in 2016 when we were in Montreal.

After having some trouble booking online, I was able to speak to Shea and he hooked us up for the next day. Great customer service.

This is my favorite activity in Montreal. The tour is really well done. It's very professional and the riding is really fun. The guides are always pleasant and personable. Don't worry about your fitness level, it's not too strenuous, but still a really fun ride.

I recommend taking a bike tour with Fitz and Follwell as the first activity everyone should do when they visit Montreal. It's fantastic.

Great guide, itinerary and bikes. Felix was a wonderful guide. We had such a good time. Our group included two 28 year olds and me and my husband- we are not athletic, 62 and 68 years old. We did just fine and enjoyed every minute,,,,ok there was ONE hill we walked our bikes up, otherwise we loved it and would definitely recommend both the south and north side tours.

Biking through the real Montreal
Sep. 2021 • Couples
We loved our biking experience with our guides! They took us to several neighborhoods and parks while giving us explanations and history of each place. The break at an open market was nice too. The bikes were very comfortable too! Excellent way to experience where locals live!

Great way to see most of the city in 3 hours!
We were in Montreal for only 2 days so this 3 hour tour with Felix was perfect to see so much of the city. Felix was so great. Patient with us on the bikes but also a true expert on Montreal. He showed us and taught us a lot. Highly recommend.

The bike was fine and the pace of the trip was good.

We had Martin for our tour guide and he was fabulous! He took us on the back roads with all the trees changing colors and gave us the history as well as the current events that were happening. We went to a bagel shop and saw them made as well as eating them, we rode through parks and had a truly lovely time

Our tour guide Catherine was excellent.
Oct. 2019
We were a group of 3 women from Texas in Montreal for the first time. We booked with Fitz and Follwell on a recommendation from friends. It was a terrific tour and the company in general managed everything from booking to tour end seamlessly and easily. Our group was small (5 people in total) which was nice. Our guide Catherine was fun, knowledgeable, and shared many tips about seeing the city beyond the tour. We did several things that she suggested and are so glad we did (Aura show at the Basilique, Schwartz's, poutine....). She gave us such a positive intro to Montreal. The day happened to be beautiful and sunny which made it even better. We felt very safe with Catherine and we learned a lot. It was the best part of our 4-day trip.

Laa and laughter
Oct. 2019
Tour guide Lea was exuberant and seemed to genuinely enjoy what she was doing - which sounds way easier than it probably is! We had a diverse group, from Germany and Hong Kong and the U.S. and she made sure to accommodate everyone, wait for questions, and in general just made us feel welcome. Her appreciation of the city where she has lived for the past 10 years came through at every stop. (And the woman who helped us as we arrived couldn't have been nicer.)
