If you are visiting Niagara Falls, Ontario, the Best Western Cairncroft hotel is the hotel you should book. Our stay was fabulous. It has an indoor swimming pool and hot tub with a beautiful atrium. Most rooms face out onto the atrium. The rooms are a good size, the beds very comfortable. Location is great. Couldn't ask for a better hotel to stay it.

Outstanding tour. Host was the best. Very courteous and accommodating. Took time to speak directly to all guests also. There was no rushing the tour. Made for a very pleasant and laid back experience. He also made it very easy to get thru the lines and in & out of tour stops. The Journey under the Falls was amazing. Hornblower was great fun. Much smaller tour group with a great host made it much less like being herded around, and made the whole experience comfortable & fun.

Fantastic tour of Niagara Falls with Zoom Tours, my family enjoyed it the sightseeing were amazing and tour guide was very informative had lot of fun.

We loved every minute. Tom was a great driver and guide. Since the tour includes tickets, you skip the lines. The day was packed with fun, from behind the falls to the boat. Whirlpools, flower clock and more. We also had a great commentary.

We had a wonderful time! We did behind the falls, the boat ride, whirlpools, and sight seeing in a van with fabulous Tom as our guide. Tom gave us our tickets, which meant we skipped ticket lines. His commentary was excellent. He is friendly and engaging. We were a family group of four, grandmother, dad, teenage girl and 10 year old boy. Loved it. Best way to see Niagara

Dwayne was an excellent tour guide that made our trip to Niagara Falls entertaining and informative. We were picked up outside our hotel. It was nice (but cold) day trip down to the falls with few stops (like flower (snow) clock and Maple Leaf Place) along the way.

By far the best all round experience you will get from zoom tours with the guide Fabio. We went Mob Oct 31st when all of niagara falls is quiet and there was no ques anywhere. Fabio was extremely knowledgeable and attentive and took us to many many photo stop locations that other similar tours don't do. We were lucky as we were the only 3 on the trip and Fabio kept us busy throughout 6hrs. The journey behind falls and maid of the must and skylon tower are must does in niagara. Can't fault any part of the day including the varied selection food inc.lunch in Sheraton hotel again with superb views.

Highly recommend this company! A nice size "bus". About 15 people. They picked us up at our hotel. Didn't have to wait in any lines to get tickets for any of the attractions. That is a BIG plus!!! Some of the lines were really long. We saw everything we wanted to see about the Falls. Just spectacular! Best part of the tour was our guide, Fabio! He was so knowledgeable and entertaining. Talked about lots of highlights of the city and the Falls without being boring. Great sense of humor.! Be sure to request him if you take this tour!

Fabio was awesome! He kept us entertained and got us safe everywhere we needed to go. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour!

Took a Zoom Tours to Niagara Falls and the guide Fabio was fantastic. He was very knowledgable, amusing, entertaining and made sure everyone that everyone had photos taken with whoever they were with. He ensure that all our needs were met. It was a very enjoyable day thanks to Fabio.

This company must of known they didn’t have enough bookings earlier in the week. It’s quite obvious that they left it as late as possible for THEM to get more bookings, with absolutely no concern for the customer!! We had 1 day we could do the trip and their thoughtlessness (greed) nearly put pay to it 🤬

I really enjoyed the tour. The guide was very good and informative. It covered all the main attractions and more. I recommend including the lunch.
