Make your way to a meeting point in the Carleton Lodge in the heart of Whistler Village, where you’ll meet a guide for an evening of adventurous fun. Board an off-road ready Jeep Rubicon from the 6,000 foot (1,829 meters) climb to Horstman Glacier, where you’ll have panoramic views across the Whistler Valley and Black Tusk peak. You may also see skiers and snowboarders in the Horstman Glacier terrain park—the summer snowpack attracts top professional athletes to the mountain.
Dinner will be served on the patio of Horstman Hut, a European-style mountain hut at an elevation of 7,494 feet (2,284 meters). There's live music throughout the evening, and you’ll dine on classic Pacific coast fare: try cedar-plank wild BC salmon glazed with maple, locally-sourced vegetables, fresh salads, and pie (chicken dinners are available if desired, please note any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking).
When your dinner comes to an end, board the Jeeps for the return trip to Whistler Village, where the evening of food and adventure concludes.
