Our shuttle ride to Kelowna airport was pleasant and efficient. Both of our drivers, Don and Gregory, were courteous, friendly and professional. They were both even slightly early for our pickup. Gregory was able to accommodate our late arrival in Kelowna from Toronto. We would highly recommend Cheers.

My situation is so stressful with severely ill mother here and me in Sask. To add to it, my older dog got injured the day before we left from our visit here in end Aug to Sept 7, and she still can’t have surgery because of complications from treatment of her newly diagnosed autoimmune disease. I feared they would not let her in the plane if they saw something was wrong so she has was wearing tons of new togs to distract them. But she is a disabusing and it was a struggle to get her back in her crate for the drive to Vernon. And also, WestJet had out or was going to put one of my dogs on the wrong plane, but luckily I caught the error. But I was terrified until I saw them both. Gregory kept reassuring contact with me all through the ordeal and he has driver me before and is always so fantastic. His warmth, caring and compassionate nature makes me feel safe and he does everything possible to reduce my stress. He always wants to know how I’m doing and he cares about what my family is going through. I consider him a friend. Not only is it the natural helplessness, but he is so much fun to talk to and we always have a non stop conversation that makes the trip fly by and helps me decompress. He is absolutely wonderful. Everyone who has driven me has been good and I love the service in general, though I’m not thrilled with the huge price increase, but I understand why and accept it. I am treated very well and that is what matters and you have to have a business that makes money. So 5 stars is not enough. I say 10 stars and this is almost all due to Gregory. Very Professional Service and our Driver was a wealth of knowledge that made our business trip a little more enjoyable as we received some history to go with the beautiful scenery.

We used Cheers for transportation from Lake County to Parallel 50th for our daughter’s wedding. We were a group of 12 and originally had book with another company that canceled our booking 24hours prior. Cheers saved the day, they had to be extremely creative due to the short notice. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

First time using the shuttle as family was unable to pick me up from the airport. I booked a public shuttle but was the only passenger in the van. Super friendly staff ( Lou) gave a little history of the area which I found interesting even though I’ve been to the okanagan many times. Shuttle was right to the door of my destination. Would certainly recommend Cheers , to great experience individuals who need to get to Vernon after a flight.

Cheers Okanagan Tours is the only shuttle service I book for pickup to and from the Kelowna Airport. It takes the stress out of leaving your car in the lot or figuring who you want to impose on to drop you off or pick you up. The drivers are always friendly and you are taken right to you door.
