Overview

You might not guess from the pretty gardens and charming streets, but the city of Victoria is full of ghosts, or at least ghost stories. Walk with your guide through some of the most haunted spots in town, hearing the spooky and tragic tales from Victoria’s past. You never know, you may go home with a story of your own….

What to Expect

Ghostly Walks begin at the Visitor Information Centre on Victoria's scenic Inner harbour. During the summer, tours are offered every night at 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Tours last 90 minutes.

Your guides have collected more than five hundred tales of ghostly encounters in Victoria and have uncovered the sordid truth behind many of the city’s most gruesome crimes and tragic accidents. This tour will weave together the ghosts and the stories behind them, bringing Victoria’s dark history to life. It's guaranteed to be spell-binding, entertaining, memorable, and most of all spine-tingling!

Not scary enough

I enjoyed this tour and our guide was a great story teller, however my friends and I were hoping for something a little scarier... I guess it’s all a matter of opinion! Still a great option for a night out in Victoria.

Great evening in Victoria.

Great guide. Kate is a talented storyteller and left us wanting more. Gave us a chance to see neighborhoods we would not have experienced otherwise.

Oh yeah! The entire tour is on sidewalks and pavement. There are multiple tours, as in they go different ways to different ghost stories, but they were really accommodating for anyone with specific needs. Hope you enjoy it!
