From my initial contact to the completion of our experience, this Company were exceptional. I arranged for them to pick up my daughter and 7 of her friends, plus luggage from Vancouver International airport and deliver them to their Airbnb. My daughter said they were absolutely amazing. I was updated from the moment their driver was dispatched to the moment they were dropped off. Highly recommend.

Well everything seemed to be on track for what I thought was a private coach/limo transfer from Vancouver Cruise Port to Vancouver International Airport. At the cruise port to call your ride, you check in with someone who then looks up your reservation and calls the appropriate limo. They called our last name to let us know our transportation was ready and when I looked at the van, it was the correct limo company, and there seemed to be another very large group getting on the same van. We were in a bit of a hurry, and the driver made no mention of who he was picking up or that we were supposed to be on another van, even though my contact was Edward instead of this guy named John. It was pretty tight with 3 kids, 6 adults and 3 car seats, but at least we were on the way. I then get texts from Edward and the dispatcher followed by a call from the dispatcher, implying it was our fault we got on the wrong van, even though there was no mention of a van number or the kind of vehicle that was picking us up, or that we were indeed going without other passengers. Not the most professional practices for sure, this coming from a veteran airline employee who had spent almost as much time in hotel vans and limos as airplanes.

Absolutely one of the best tours we’ve had in another Country! Our Driver Jonathan Eltis was absolutely amazing and really knew a lot about the history, culture everything we wanted to know! Did the rain forest hike at the fishery was beautiful. What way to end our cruise and finished our trip with an amazing experience. Would absolutely use this company again very clean nice cars prompt service showed up on time and took us wherever we wanted to go! Ten stars

This is an excellent limo service to use between YVR and Whistler which I would completely recommend. The drivers were right on time, we got picked up directly at the airport arrivals area and the car was just outside about a 2 minute walk away, so there was no stressing on arrival. Pick up was directly from our accommodation in Whistler on our return. The email notifications which you receive on the day tell you when your driver is “en route” or when he has arrived at the agreed location. The cars were spotless and spacious, and really well driven. Couldn’t fault this service which I also thought was very fairly priced. Thank you for the great service!!!

I would like to commend Manny Gill at KJ Limousine for his incredible service with regards to his efficient and professional communication under a difficult last minute cirumstance recently. While we didn't end up needing the KJ wheelchair access limo, he responded quickly, was exceptionally helpful in holding the servicefor us while we sorted out some other issues, and made the whole process seamless and smooth. Based on this excellent customer service experience, I woudn't hesitate to recommend working with KJ Limousine.

KJ Limousine was absolutely fantastic! Our group had some challenges with late luggage at the airport, and they were so accommodating and patient. We ultimately needed a separate transfer for one group member that was delayed by several hours. I was beyond amazed at how quickly they pivoted and their professionalism. If you need Charter Bus or Limo Transfer service in Vancouver, KJ Limousine should be your one and only call. My group and I were totally satisfied with KJ Limousine service.

We don’t use a limo service very often, maybe once every couple years. This time, six of us recently started our cruise vacation out of the Vancouver Cruise Port and I have to say, selecting KJ Limousine Service was a great idea. Our driver Tony Fong was excellent. Not only was he personable, but he also took over our baggage packing it neatly and safely into the van, knew his way around town which comes in very handy at the destination, on time (actually a few minutes early), and he is a very smooth driver (something I’m very picky about). I feel the price was more than fair and I hesitated with the built in gratuity but when the ride was over, we added a couple extra bucks because of his excellence. The business communications were equally impressive. I searched around and contacted about a dozen companies. The details of the vehicle, time to reply, details of the quote, reply to questions, the booking procedure and their computer interface, and of course other reviews and price were all evaluated when we decided on our ride. Then once selected and deposit given, their follow-up and reminders were timely and in an acceptable number. Our expectations were high, and somehow exceeded. On our next trip I will shop around a bit as I always do but next time just to verify nothing has changed too much. It is without hesitation I recommend KJ Limousine Service.

Good tour - very good driver lots of interesting facts. Couple of stops to get out and stretch your legs .. the Totem Poles and Granville Island. Both enjoyable and worth a visit. The coach pickup and drop off was at our hotel which was great. A good tour.

If you have only a couple of days to visit Vancouver the tour helps you have an overview at first, and then you can pin point the sights you liked most to revisit.

Johnathon was a great driver for my family and I too Whistler. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very safe. He made our drive from Vancouver Airport to Whistler very enjoyable.

My family of 5 used their round trip service to transport between the YVR airport and Whistler. It was seamless as our driver Walter was on time (both ways) and friendly. Most importantly he was able to fit all of our luggage, boot bags and skis in the large SUV. The car came equipped with a ski box so we had plenty of room in the vehicle. I would highly recommend KJ Limousine and we will definitely use them for our next trip to Whistler.

Return private transfer to/from airport from Port Coquitlam. Highly recommend booking with KJ Limousine. Both drivers were friendly & professional. On return home at midnight my driver was courteous & understanding in my delay at the airport as Vancouver just had our 1st snow storm of the year. I felt totally confident & safe on my ride home with terrible road conditions & change in route due to an accident. New Lincoln SUV road smoothly & handled well on snowy roads

We booked transportation from two residences to the Cruise Ship terminal with pick up and delivery at the end of the cruise. The service was excellent with reminders sent at the beginning and the end of our trip.
