Our tour guide did a fabulous job not only taking us to great restaurants with food we wouldn't have known to order and great tasting drinks but also such interesting Jasper history and local murals. We had such a great time and left full and happy. Thanks!

We had a very small group for our Foodie Tour of Jasper the other day. Natasha “Tash” is a born tour leader. We learned so much about the culture and history of Jasper as well as sampled some amazing cuisine! I especially loved the brand new whisky house Maligne Range. They’ve got a real gem there. We sampled their cured salmon dish that was so special. A picture follows. We also sampled mexican at Su Casa. Elk tacos! So tasty. The Dead Dog is not to be missed either. Such yummy poutine and ribs. Finally we sampled maple pecan cheesecake at the Fiddle River conveniently located above Su Casa. All awhile Tash filled us in on such interesting and entertaining info about all we experienced. She is an amazing professional and person. Highly recommend this fun walking tour of Jasper.

Within 3 hours, we visited four incredible restaurants, each serving up delicious dishes alongside stories about the town’s rich, multicultural history. Nicolas, our guide, made us laugh, learn, and feel totally taken care of without ever being overbearing — truly the gold standard of hosting. As someone who needs to eat strictly gluten-free, I was blown away by how seamlessly the team accommodated my dietary restrictions. Every modification felt thoughtful and intentional, never like an afterthought — no side-eye, no sad substitutions. Jasper’s been through a lot with the fires, and it’s clear the community needs tourism to bounce back. If you’re looking for a fun, engaging way to experience the town and support local restaurants, this tour is 300% worth it. Plus, if you’re a little queer and wondering if you’ll feel welcome — the answer is yes.

Nicolas was a great host. Lots of interesting info and he obviously has a love for the area. The meal tasters were excellent and more than enough for me. The drinks were also very tasty. There was one in particular I liked but won’t spoil the surprise.

We had the best time on this food tour. Nic, our guide was knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for the food and history of Jasper. Each restaurant we visited was welcoming and there was plenty of delicious food and drinks. We’ll definitely be doing this again and recommending it to our friends and family.

Food is spectacular & drinks pair well ... really great introduction to 4 restaurants that we had not been to before. And though it was only 4 tastings, we were so sated that we didn't need dinner that night. Keep an open mind when booking, as selections are eclectic. I caution this, because a couple of people on our tour didn't touch a few plates/drinks, though restauranteurs readily adapt to dietary restrictions. Nic is an awesome guide: knowledgeable & passionate about his Jasper. I would join any group that Nic leads.

Nicolas, our guide was amazing. He had an intimate knowledge of Jasper and the food players in the town. The food was spectacular and the drinks matched each dish perfectly! Well done! I would highly recommend. #JasperStrong There aren’t a lot of people in Jasper at the moment - but the town is fully open for business - so come back and support the locals - they will love to see you!
