About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Andy L0 contributionsA Grand day OutBooked this as my better half doesn't do motorbikes but said she would do sidecars. From initial booking to the day itself everything was professional and helpful with great communication. Getting kitted out in leathers and full safety stuff was included.Ted our driver was great, full of local knowledge and interesting anecdotes. Photo stops a plenty, blessed with good weather and fantastic company. Would recommend Mt Edith Cavell ride, lots of switchbacks. A different way to see CanadaWritten 29 June 2024
- MKU600 contributionsDid not stop smilingMick & I had the best time on this afternoon tour with Rob. From the moment we walked into the shop & were fitted with leather jackets, chaps & headgear we knew it would be great. Rob was such fun & made us feel really welcome. We had chosen to go up the mountain to Lake Maligne. There was so much to see on the journey up & down, beautiful views & wildlife up close. Osprey, deer & bears to. I had never been on a motorcycle before & this was my ‘must do’ pick of our Canada Trip. I/we loved every second, honestly it was brilliant.Written 27 June 2024
- juliepF69CH0 contributionsHarley chicsWe had such a lovely morning with Rob, headed up to Maligne Lake … saw elk, deer, bald eagles, osprey and marmot. Sadly no bears. We were kitted out in leathers etc and kept warm with heated vests. Would thoroughly recommend.Written 26 June 2024
- AlanO2230 contributionsGreat fun and a good way to see JasperFrom the moment we arrived in the shop to put on our leathers we knew this would be a fun tour, and it really was. We’re not motorbike people so were a little nervous but we needn’t have worried. Everything is done with safety and care for the customer in mind. Whether you’re in the sidecar or sitting up on the Harley with the rider, it’s great. We just wish we’d done it for longer than an hour!Written 15 June 2024
- melmO4694AH0 contributionsBest way to see JasperMy sisters and I bought a 3hour side car tour for mum for Mother’s Day and Stan didn’t disappoint the entire adventure. He was so knowledgeable and respectful explaining all the sites and taking many photos for us to remember. Mum had the best time ever and would recommend this to any age. Great experience overall of the Jasper and Rocky region.Written 4 June 2024
- H2389AHzoem0 contributionsHarley Davison convert! What a fantastic tour!!! We had the very best time riding through The Rockies and were shown some amazing sights. From the start to the finish we had the very best time and found this to be one of the talking points of our three week holiday. Would highly recommend.Written 13 May 2024
- One_Life_Travel880 contributionsMust do! Incredible three hours exploring on the beautiful Harley’s.Pick up from hotel was on time and the lovely lady who was driving was extremely friendly. Once at the store we were greeted by the rest of the staff who were just as friendly and attentive. We were fitted with the leather chaps, jacket and helmet and sunglasses for the tour. Terry was our guide and he was amazing. He really made the tour for us. They were great as they could tailor to which places you would like to visit. For us we booked the three hour tour and we were off to Lake Maligne, Maligne Canyon and also Old Fort and Lac Beauvert on the way back. We were so lucky and saw three bears on our tour. One on the way to Lake Maligne and then a mama and baby bear on the way back. Being from Australia we saw our first frozen lake once we made it to Lake Maligne. Terry was great as our guide and a very experienced bike rider. Terry was very knowledgeable, friendly and just great company for us. It was an incredible experience. Must do in Jasper!! A great way to experience the beautiful views and you might see a bear or two.Written 12 May 2024
- Traveler824440 contributionsGlorious 3 hours in Jasper!!Rob and Stanley were the best drivers! Making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our ride! Such beauty and it was pretty cold but cozy in the sidecar with the heated vests and leather chaps and jacket. Just an all around great activity and with every cent!Written 8 May 2024
- Karen P0 contributionsExciting & funnyDid this tour just 3 days ago with my sister, whilst on my 60th birthday treat holiday across Canada, and she was a little apprehensive, but, we had the most amazing time what with never being on a motorbike before, or in a sidecar!! Terry, our rider/guide was such a lovely man, along with Colleen, who helped us with our full leathers (which I looked ridiculous in 😂) Terry stopped off at numerous places for us to get photos of the stunning scenery & he was very informative about each stop. A fantastic trip, well organised, & both me & my sister would highly recommend it.Written 30 April 2024
- 19Stephen570 contributionsExperience the Canadian Rockies on a Harley Davidson. This was an awesome experience. My wife and I ( both in our 60s and definitely not bikers!) absolutely loved this tour. And Rob, our driver, made us feel really relaxed and welcomed. I would definitely recommend this as part of you Canadian Rockies experienceWritten 9 October 2023
- annebR1279ES0 contributionsSuch a fun experience! We had the best time with our guide Rob. If you are having any doubt about this tour..forget it and just do it. It’s something you’ll remember for a long time!Written 25 September 2023
- philstaff20180 contributionsIgnore the hype - just do it!Fantastic experience from start to finish. Whilst we had booked to see Athabasca Falls we left our destination to Rob who took us up 93A to Mount Edith Cavell which was fabulously twisty and turny! As a slightly nervous passenger I started in the side car and switched to the back of the bike - both were fantastic! Rob was very informative and amusing which really added to the whole experience. Not willing to share photos of me in chaps - they’re staying in my wife’s private collection!Written 17 September 2023
- trevor c0 contributionsAwesome tourCouldn’t recommend this bike tour enough. It was absolutely AMAZING. Riding up into the mountains with spectacular views. It’s a once in a lifetime experience, first time ever on a motorbike and I loved it. Never seen my husband so chilled and relaxed. You must do it. Photographer is fantastic too, a memory I will never forget.Written 15 September 2023

We did this tour on my wife's birthday and it was fantastic from start to finish. Our driver Donny picked us up from our hotel right on time. He also had a birthday cake donut for my wife. After getting dressed in all the necessary motorcycle apparel we were off for on the bike and sidecar for a spectacular ride thru the Canada Rockies. Donny made sure to stop often and point out many points of interest. There were also plenty of opportunities for picts. Jasper motorcycle tours is a first class professional operation with a total comment to service. This is a tour everyone visiting Jasper should do.

Put this on your 'to do' list in Jasper. From the beautiful scenery to the wildlife to the very knowledgeable rider with us it was an amazing experience. We did the 3 hour and it just goes in a flash. Others we were with did the 1 hour and they still enjoyed their experience. Only piece of advice. Apply some chap stick to your lips before, during and during and during lol..

Stan was our tour guide. We went up to Medicine lake on the 1 hour tour. It was a bit chilly, so the heated vests were very much appreciated! Stan was very knowledgeable about the area and terrain. The team was very friendly and we had great fun.
Traveled with my husband. I'm 7 mo. Pregnant and the side car was a bit bumpy for me, but if you're expecting don't be afraid to check these tours out!!! It was a great way to see the area without exerting myself.

Wow this tour is a must, from the moment I was picked up from my hotel they couldn't be nicer. In their store I was then dressed in full biking leathers and was introduced to my Rider and guide Terry we had a photo taken outside then we went off. Terry was very informative and the ride in the side car was amazing and is very immersive as we drove along winding roads in the hills. We stopped at key points for photo opportunities( Where waters meet is gorgeous) and rest rooms. I had booked the two hr tour as I wasn't sure how it would be but it was so good I wish I had booked longer.

This was so much fun, from getting kitted out in my leathers, to seeing the beauty of the Rockies. My driver and guide Gordon, was a safe and considerate driver and obviously loved his work. Also his Harley Davidson was beautiful!

What a fun trip! Rob was an awesome and very knowledgeable guide. He asked if there was somewhere I really wanted to see but I let him pick his favorite spots and boy was that a great move! We went to places I never would have known to check out on my own (I actually also had a car during my time in Jasper). This was a super fun way to spend the day. I wish I would have done the 3 hour tour! Two hours just wasn’t enough!

Amazing experience, this was one of many fabulous trips on my 60th birthday holiday treat to Canada with my sister, but having never ridden on a motorbike, I really wanted to experience this, & boy am I glad we did. Terry ,our lovely tour guide/pilot was knowledgeable & stopped frequently for photo ops. We saw spectacular scenery, sadly no wildlife, but the mountains certainly make up for that. Very good tour from start to finish, leathers & all lol. Thank you also to the lovely & friendly Colleen too.
Highly recommend doing this trip.

Definitely a "once in a lifetime for me"...Ordinarily I never have any desire to get on the back of anybody's motorcycle, so I can't explain what came over me when I decided to do this with a friend! (maybe a little high altitude! LOL). At any rate, this was a blast--we even had a few opportunities to see some wildlife along the side of the road and stop to observe for a few minutes. If you are even on the fence about trying this, just DO IT. If I can do it, you can, too. And you'll have an exhilarating time!

My wife and I went on the two hour trip and our rider and guide was Geoff (hope that’s spelt that way) The trip started well from the moment we entered the shop. We were kitted our in all the right gear by the friendly helpful people at Jasper motorcycles. Once kitted we headed out on the road. Really smooth and comfortable ride on the bike. My wife in the sidecar was ver comfortable and I had plenty of room as pillion. It was a cool day but we were both kept warm in the gear we had, especially the heated waistcoats. Fantastic views all around. We got to see some Elk and Geoff was more than happy to stop off at the great sights to see. Geoff was very knowledgable and gave plenty of information. Highly recommend doing the trip if you come to Jasper. Thanks again to everyone at Jasper Motorcycles for making our day. And Geoff , you were right , there was a Princess Patricia, granddaughter of Queen Victoria and that’s why the name is prevalent. 😊👍

Been there with my husband during our honeymoon in Alberta. It’s been the best experience we could have had in Jasper. The tour we booked unfortunately was not available due to road closures but our super biker Rob took us for an alternative not standard tour. During the two-hours ride we had the opportunity to enjoy spectacular views of the Canadian Rockies, learnt some facts about the place and saw a big black bear that was very close to us (4-5 meters). We would like to thank Rob for been very friendly and fun. We highly recommend this tours.

Do they have a rest break and is it difficult to use the bathroom in all that leather gear. For male and female.
Written 15 July 2019
We took the 2 hour trip, so didn't have to try to use the restroom. I don't think it would have been difficult though. We really enjoyed it and saw so much wildlife!

My partner and I are planning a trip in May 2020 .Is that £ 87.49 per person?
Written 27 September 2018
I don’t know. It was part of a package for us. You should be able to contact them directly.
Written 28 September 2018
They have several Harley Davidson’s there. Four adults should be no problem. Two pillion and two in the sidecars.
Not sure if you want to drive, or want the chaps to take you out?
Check with the company as they have all types of packages.
Four of us went out, but as passengers on two Harleys.
Very enjoyable!
