          AWESOME!
JJ our tour guide was fantastic! Very patient, we never felt rushed. He was so knowledgeable about the history and lore of the land. Made for a great tour. Of all the tour guides we have ever had, he was by far the best. His demeanor, personality, and knowledge made him really stand out. If you want the best, ask for JJ.

A+ Sightseeing Tour from Jasper to Banff with M. Rodgers
I took a sightseeing tour from Jasper to Banff with M. Rodgers in early October 2023. Matthew was an exceptional driver and guide. He holds a wealth of knowledge on the area. The commentary provided by Matthew while driving was exactly how it should be with a sightseeing tour - pleasant voice to listen to, regular and frequent information shared about what we were driving through/past, tips when/where to take great photos and even helping taking photos at stops. There were frequent stops to stretch legs and see almost everything I had on my list of things to see between Jasper and Banff. I was fortunate to have an excellent group with who we often ran early on the route. Matthew showed us some waypoints that went beyond what is normally possible. Amenities on board: USB and D/C charging, reclining seats, toilet at the back of the bus, trash at the front of the bus. Thank you again, Matthew. I hope to cross paths with you again in the future

          Awesome tours!
I signed up with Brewsters for 5 sightseeing tours: Maligne Lake cruise, Columbia Icefield Adventure, Icefield Skywalk, Mountains, Lakes and waterfalls from Lake Louise and Lake Minnewanka cruise. Loved all three tours! I posted reviews with photos of them on their sites except MLW so this is a review of the Mountains Lakes and Waterfalls tour. The bus picked me up from my hotel, Lake Louise Inn. Our first stop was Maligne Lake. It was so beautiful with a perfect reflection and lots of greedy gray jays and Clark’s nutcrackers. Next stop was Lake Louise. The Fairmont was impressive and I purchased unique fridge magnets from a store inside. They were miniature paintings and they were matted. So beautiful! See the photos attached. We stopped across from Spiral tunnels to watch trains going through it. Takakkaw Falls was beautiful. Emerald lake is the only complaint I have. I didn’t understand the tour guide’s instructions and could not find the restaurant where we were supposed to have the buffet. I walked all around and even back to the bus. There were no signs to indicate where we were supposed to go. Finally I asked some people and they showed me the place! Overall the guide was very good and I enjoyed the tour immensely. I’ve also included photos of Maligne Lake

All you need in one package!
Enjoyed my experience with Brewster Sightseeing. More than I expected. This was my first sightseeing tour and it made me want to do more guided tours. Tour guide/driver (Brewster Brad) was very entertaining and had me feeling like I had done research about Banff when I was done with the tour. I can't say how convenient it was to just sit back and enjoy the ride with an experience guide to give us all the details and advice on how to enjoy the day.

The Brewster touring team of Mateus and Krishna were outstanding. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They were always ready to help and took lots of photos of us when we wanted them. The tour of the Columbia Icefields was the highlight for us. Spectacular views!

Great boat tour of Lake Minnewanka!
A well operated cruise of the lake in an enclosed cabin. Lots of room, smooth ride, great 360 views the entire trip. Captain Quinn and Captain/Tour Guide Gina made our tour of Lake Minnewanka a wonderful experience. Gina is incredibly knowledgeable regarding the history, both indigenous people and geography, and has the perfect personality- engaging, energetic and entertaining.

          Stunning Views & Great Guide
We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise in Oct 2023 with Capt. Aaron and tour guide Dan. The views are stunning and the history Dan shared with us, particularly about Spirit Island, were things we hadn’t heard anywhere else. The drive to Maligne Lake is beautiful and the gift shop and waffle & gelato snack shop were added bonuses while we awaited our scheduled tour.

Magical way to see the glaciers up close and walk on one
The Columbia Icefield Tour is Amazing, To go out in the special ice explorer buses was a great experience. The trip then went to the Skywalk viewing platform which is an amazing structure which makes you feel a little apprehensive at first to walk out on it. Once on the skywalk the extra view and photo opportunities are a great bonus.

We were hosted by Jon and Krisha from Brewster Tours who were excellent. We did the Skywalk, the Columbia Glacier, and a number of other memorable stops along the way. Jon and Krisha provided excellent commentary and provided us with a most memorable journey from Jasper to Banff on June 6th 2023.

Hi Clive, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. Creating memorable experiences for our guests is what we are all about and we are so pleased to hear that Krisha and Jon delivered such an awesome day for you on the 6th! They are both real assets to our team and we really enjoy hearing from guests who have got the chance to enjoy the Rockies with them. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your vacation just as much.

We were fortunate to have a beautiful day for viewing this amazing country. Our driver and guide, Andy and Mike , were knowledge, accommodating, and kind. I can’t imagine better hosts than these two. I loved the falls and thought it was a perfect way to get us excited for the rest of the trip. And we saw a bear!

We did the Columbia Icefield Glacier and the Glacier Skywalk on the last Saturday in May. This is before the peak season, but moving crowds on and off busses, as well as on and off the big glacier vehicles took up most of the tour time. We were told to allow about 2.5-3 hours. This was true, but a significant part of that time was waiting to load or off-load. We were very disappointed that the museum at the Icefield Visitor Center was closed. The tour bus drivers were knowledgable and welcomed questions, but unless you were willing to shout out your question over the conversations on the bus, it was impossible to ask it. The coffee at the center was good and there's a lovely patio to sit outside to overlook the glacier. It was very crowded. If this is what it's like before peak season, I can't even imagine what it would be like when the crowds are worse. The Skywalk was amazing and very educational.

My husband and I toured the Athabasca Glacier and Columbia Icefield with a tour group. We did not; however, stop and walk out over the Glacier skywalk. The ride in the Ice Explorer with our guide Peter and Emma was a lot of fun. We took lots of pictures on the glacier and were glad we dressed layers. The Icefields tours are open from April to October. Highly recommend putting this on your list of things to do and see in Alberta, Canada.

We arrived at the very busy Columbia Icefield Centre and we were blown away with how exciting this trip to the glacier was, based on the experience we had with Alek. His enthusiasm was contagious and he explained so much of the information concerning glaciers. We got to spend about 20 minutes on the glacier itself - it was surreal to be In the midst of such a beautiful place. The experience at the glacier was excellent, however, the pace/coordination of the experience in the center was crazy. The foreign tour buses, of which there were many, contained overzealous visitors, none of which could be contained, and made the experience less than favorable. Seems there should be more safety concerns when loading/unloading passengers. Parking is a zoo! Noone located in the parking areas to assist visitors. Skywalk was good experience.

The glacier is significantly smaller than those in New Zealand or Argentina but the whole experience is well organised. The vehicles that drive over the ice are amazing and going up and down the steep incline is an experience in itself. The skywalk is a beautiful piece of architecture, completely respecting the natural environment while enabling you to enjoy it.

This attraction gets very busy so try to book in advance or arrive in the morning. If you turn up at midday without a booking you will probably have to wait several hours for your timed slot.

Not sure what we were expecting when we booked this but it was all a bit “flat”. The thing that was foremost in my mind when we stood on the glacier itself was not about the majesty or beauty of it and indeed it was all a bit drab but rather whether by coming here we were contributing to the demise of this glacier which we were told will happen by around 2100.

Don’t let the warm temperatures of the Canadian Summer fool you, dress like Winter for this attraction because it’s very necessary. All the staff are hilarious (especially the brits and aussies who have the best humour). It’s evident that all the young people love their job and that, in turn, transfers to your experience. There’s lots of different elements to this attraction so factor this into your timings. The skywalk is slightly smaller than I expected but thrilling nonetheless.

Right away Simon put us at ease with his explanations of what did happen and what was going to happen. Then Habib began the tour. His explanations were so much more than just the facts; something that anyone who would read would know. He personalized his stories to add depth to the history of the site or about the animals and how they make their ways in this harsh landscape. The one story that has stayed with me and warmed my heart, I present as one such example: two young men on a hike - one falls through a bear's den; wakes up the bear who comes running after them. These young men did what many of us might do: they RAN! The bear caught up with the closest one (you know the old joke: how fast do you have to run if a lion is chasing you? faster than the guy behind you!) .... BUT this bear just kept chasing until he caught up with the first runner, because it was the one in front who had fallen through and hence woke up the bear. The bear could probably tell because they reportedly have a strong sense of smell. The bear bit the man and then walked back to his den. This was aimed to demonstrate that bears really don't care about us. They just go about their business.

Simon was so sweet -- with this education based education (he is prepared/preparing to become a teacher), his communication was complete -- why we were standing here; when he would be back; what time we needed to leave and why. The Aussie accent didn't hurt either.
