Text: We had a truly amazing time on our trip with Key West Tours...from the get go Winnie did a super job to facilitate our curve ball of wishing to return on the Rockie Mountaineer train, and her work on our behalf made our six day experience so seamless and smooth. Our tour guide Bradley, and Brian the bus driver made a fantastic team who worked so easily together to make our trip just perfect. We saw so much, without feeling rushed, and got a super sense of all that the amazing territory has to offer. The depth and breadth of the knowledge that Bradley shared with us, the humour, pride and mellifluous tones with which it was delivered ensured a captured audience of very happy holiday makers! Getting that balance of keeping people informed and allowing time to simply soak up the beauty is not easily done, but we were so lucky to have had such a professional and quality guide, a safe driver, and a very friendly yet disparate group, that I feel we had the perfect combo.... We had a fantastic tour to the Canadian Rockies. Winnie’s communication prior to the tour was outstanding. She answered all my many questions. The tour was amazing. Brad was a fantastic tour guide with a wealth of information. Brian was an excellent and safe driver. They stopped at many sights for photo opportunities which was great. The gondola and Icefield excursions were a must. We saw so many fantastic sights that are now etched in our minds. The hotels/accommodation were all quality and included in the price of the tour. We can highly recommend this tour with Key West Travel.

The guide and driver are excellent and professional. Safe driving. The scenery was spectacular and the most amazing adventure. My wife and I had a great time on this trip with a friendly group and were very helpful and happy. I would like to recommend it to my friends.

A good way to see the Rockies with limited time. A good tour means a good itinerary and a good tour director. Bradley the tour director was really great. Knowledgeable about the area and passionate about his job. All in all a great experience.

You cannot visit Vancouver without a day tour to Whistlers, and Key West Tours over and excellent opportunity to experience the beauty and amazing place.

We are from Australia and needed to book some tours while in Vancouver. Key west was found by accident. I have the greatest admiration and regards as to the way they handled our requests and booking. Although there were many changes to the itinerary which was beyond their control Winnie our key person who corresponded with us always kept us informed by email and inspite of the time differences, called us at mutually convenient times. Highly recommend the team. Once we were in Vancouver they had all the required information printed out and in fact a team member took us along to the Registration place for there Rocky Mountaineer.

Original itinerary booked with Key West Travel was Grand Circle Vancouver including Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Jasper, however due to the damaging forest fire the train trip was altered to Vancouver to Banff. With the possibility that our bucket list to travel on the well known Rocky Mountaineer being cancelled, with the efficient and cooperation between Key West Travel team ( especially Winnie ) and Rocky Mountaineer office we were still able to experience the Rocky train trip, by travelling to Banff. At Banff joined the Key West Travel coach , Jeff was very knowledgeable and interactive with the tour group which made the coach trip from Banff to Vancouver very enjoyable . Took many photos of Rivers, Snow capped maintains and Lakes . Many thanks to the Key West Travel & Tours team to make this possible, will recommend Tour company to our family and friends. Everything went very smoothly. We were picked up from our hotel in Calgary and taken to Jasper, rest and comfort stops were regular and spaced out well. We met the rest of the tour at breakfast in Jasper, also our tour director Jeff Kurta and our driver Paul. They made sure we were able to see all that had been promised and had time to see everything at each stop. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made our first ever trip to Canada thoroughly enjoyable. Would definitely use again and would recommend.
