We were 3 friends doing the motorbike tour of Ha Giang + Ban Gioc waterfall. The tour was arranged brilliantly from start to finish. Our guide Nu handled the tour wonderfully and we were very happy with the bikes used. She introduced us to Vietnamese culture, fantastic food and really felt like one of the group. Even though we were unlucky with wet weather along the way, she made the trip really special. The homestays were fabulous and the views along the way just simply heavenly (at least when the cloud lifted!). Ha Giang Adventure made the tour the best ever! Hats off to them and especially Nu for making it such a memorable adventure. It was so good, we will be back to do this adventure again in the future. Highly recommended!

Best trip ever! My guide Jane was literally the best, speaks excellent English and ever so helpful :) The homestays were a plus point because I never expected such beautiful accommodations. Dont really see many other tourists so you know you have gone off the conventional stuff! Booking this tour was super fuss free, and transfer from Hanoi and back can be arranged by them. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

This is a must do if you go to Vietnam and we couldn’t recommend this company enough. Our riders Con and Truong were great!! We felt really safe and got to learn loads about their culture. The Homestays were all amazing and we were extremely well feed. If you’re travelling in Jan we recommend lots of warm layers as it’s colder than you think.

I know others have said as much but, unequivocally, this is the best adventure/experience that I've had in ...forever. Every aspect of this trip was infused with thoughtfulness and great planning. The great food, the wonderful variety of northern Vietnam's minority ethnicities, the really magical landscapes, and the feeling that I, for a brief time, was part of it all. Treasured, indelible memories. I am a changed man. Cuong and his staff are the kind of people I'd be honored to call friends.

Our experience with Ha Giang Adventure was truly amazing! After being urged by our friends, we decided to embark on the Ha Giang loop with this company. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. Everything, from the pick-up to the accommodations, was perfectly arranged. The places we stayed were clean, comfortable, and nestled in serene villages. The food was also a delightful treat for our taste buds. Our guides, Nu and Su, played a crucial role in making us feel at ease and secure throughout the journey. They were fluent in English, knowledgeable, and seasoned in their field. I wholeheartedly recommend this adventure to everyone. Trust me, you won't regret embarking on this incredible journey!

My friend and I did a tour with. Guide. We did a 3 day/2 night tour. The hia gang loop was incredible but this tour company was amazing. Our guide was Su and his recommendations were amazing. Highly recommend

A very awesome 6 day adventure in the north of Vietnam. Full of beautiful nature, adventurous and good roads and most of all fun and safe guides.

After 6 weeks in Vietnam, this is by far the most amazing experience we did. We were pillions and our tour leaders and riders was Chinh and Khanh. Chinh is a great leader, he kept us safe, informed and showed us so many beautiful sights Vietnam has to offer. There is a great joy riding on the back of a motorbike in Vietnam. It was such a beautiful and thrilling adventure.

Doing the Loop with Ha Giang Adventures was the highlight of my 30 day trip to Vietnam. Truong guided our small group of 4 people through local villages, over high mountain passes, stopped at numerous vistas to take in the views and introduced us to some great local food over our 4 day journey on the Loop. Thank you again..will be back to conquer the western route next time.

From the beginning when I was booking until the last minute…everything was highly organized and made very convenient for me. I requested a small size group to really get a feel for the Vietnamese culture instead of going with the large groups from the popular hostels. I am so happy with my decision. It ended up just being me and my guide Chài and he was super cool. He had so much knowledge, has great English and was very accommodating. He introduced me to the locals, kept an eye on my driving skills and gave me an extra challenge with some off roading / alternative routes when he saw I was a confident rider. He is also basically a professional photographer. The bus transfer from Hanoi up and back was also very easy and it was a very nice and comfortable bus. I will be back again. The food was also amazing every day and Chài took care of all the ordering etc. as several places have zero English in the small villages. If you’re thinking about booking and are on the fence….JUST DO IT!! Not to be dramatic but this was a life changing experience. My eyes have been opened.

The scenery was spectacular, but the guides made our trip. Su, Cay, Viet and Tony were amazing, They were kind, genuine, experienced, fun, very safety oriented and knowledgeable. They shared their culture with open hearts and passion. This was definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had as a family.

We did not even join this tour because the owner whom we had the unfortunate (or fortunate) first contact with. In total agreement and empathy, with the less than 5 star reviews given here by other reviewers that he came across totally arrogant. We are guessing if it were not for his polite riders, this whole enterprise would collapse with his distasteful attitude. Cuong was absolutely rude - and in our opinion, without any provocation at all. We wanted a private tour and asked for the cost and he said - "how much are you willing to spend". What kind of question is that? He then claimed & boasted wildly to have also taken Mark Zuckerburg around, who paid thousands for his tour. Subsequently, on our trip, we actually came across a couple of his riders that he hires that said the same about him. Very unpleasant encounter and this is just over email and phone. We definitely would not want to, nor recommend, joining a tour with such black vibes in the background, running the show. Many others to choose from.

Unfortunately, I can not give more than 5 stars. B st experience ever. Fantastic guides and drivers. Felt very safe, they make sure to adjust to the speed of the slowest driver (me). Nice accommodation, outstanding food. And enough happy water…. By the way: 🖕(insider joke)

The perfect Ha Giang loop with Chai as the perfect guide. Chai is the best - professional, calm, helpfull, full of knowledge, went the extra mile, kind, and warm - simply the best. The overall plan, route, breaks, Hotel and homestays were excellent. In particular, the last homestay we did was was just an out of this world experience - dinner with the big familiy, plenty of laughs and happy water and a huge amount of choices for a hungry stomach.

Hoang Su Phi was an extraordinary and immersive experience. The landscape's undulating rice terraces, like cascading green ribbons across the mountains, painted a mesmerizing backdrop for our adventure. Riding along winding mountain roads, we were treated to breathtaking panoramic views that truly captured the essence of Northern Vietnam's natural beauty. Our knowledgeable guide not only ensured our safety but also provided valuable insights into the region's culture and traditions, enhancing the richness of our journey. Interactions with local communities allowed us to gain a deeper appreciation for their way of life and witness their skilled craftsmanship first-hand. This motorbike trip through Hoang Su Phi was an awe-inspiring blend of natural splendor, cultural immersion, and adventure, leaving an indelible mark on our travel memories.
