We really enjoyed our tour with Estaban as our guide and Boris handling the driving duties. The communication with Jonathon prior to the tour was appreciated. Estaban took us to several of the key areas within Santiago. Note that this tour does involve a bit of walking on uneven surfaces. Loved getting to sample the completos (it's the Chilean version of a hot dog). I would definitely recommend this tour - especially if you are short on time. We did it as a quick half day before our cruise - and it was perfect! Thank you Estaban, Boris, and Jonathon!

We have had an exceptional experience visiting Chile with Esteban, Daniel, and Marco from Servitour. It was our first time in Chile, and we didn't know the best places to go, so we gave Daniel some broad guidelines: Meet real Chilean people, not just visit monuments and museums, see how things are made, gourmet food, wine, food markets and music. After discussing our interests, Daniel recommended us to include the central Maule region. He was very enthusiastic about it and wanted us to discover it. We had never heard of the Maule region of Chile, but we were not disappointed! Our preconceptions of Chile included mainly the Andes mountains, the desert and flamingoes on the salt flats. With these guidelines in mind, Servitour arranged some very special encounters just for us: One memorable one was visiting an amazing little goat farm that produces goat cheese and incredible dulce de leche. The farm owners were so welcoming and offered us a tour of the facility and a tasting of their products. Servitour also organized a lunchtime visit in a tiny village to a bed and breakfast hosted by a world-famous classical guitarist. His partner personally prepared for us a sumptuous vegetarian lunch with all-local ingredients and made us feel like part of the family, we even played music with him, what a treat… Servitour also took us through several vineyards in Maule, as far as the eye can see, in the valleys and on the hillsides, small and large. We were amazed by the richness of the agriculture and wine culture in Maule: so many local fruits and vegetables but also New World exotic varieties. Servitour made it so easy to get around. Our vehicle was super clean and comfortable, our driver Marco was an excellent driver, very safe and friendly, always on-time. They also provided us a mobile Wi-Fi router which came in very handy in the trip. We made frequent relief stops at clean, modern roadside facilities. Our guide Esteban was just amazing! His English was excellent, and he was very knowledgeable of Chile: he gave us lots of interesting background on the country, the culture, the history and around all our destinations. They always fixed us up with local street food and unique lunch spots off the beaten path. Esteban and Marco always gave us plenty of time to ourselves but were always there when we needed them. They even went out of their way to find the perfect souvenir that I had shown interest in! Such a personal touch, they always anticipated our every needs. Esteban even helped us discover Chilean music as we were driving between destinations. It was really hard to say goodbye! as we had bonded so well with Esteban and Marco and they had totally spoiled us all along the way. They made our entire experience totally amazing: continuously surprising us with last minute attention and extras all along the trip, selecting the most interesting accommodations and restaurants we would have never found on our own! After the seven days we had to say goodbye to Servitour to continue our adventure on our own. We took a few days driving in the islands with a rental car and flying to the North. Even though our relationship with Servitour was officially ended, Daniel continued to be our guardian angel to help us with some problems we encountered with a local tour operator so we wouldn't miss out on the desert experience. He even negotiated a partial refund of a tour we had booked on our own and that was cancelled for bad weather. We actually regret not having used Servitour for our entire 17 days stay! We are so impressed with the team that we can't wait to return to Chile to discover the parts we weren't able to see this time. A high class, personalized vacation we will never forget!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us everything that we needed to see. He gave us all the time we needed. He also paid for a gondola ride which was not included in our trip out of his own pocket. I feel that the company should reimburse him for that.

Beautiful place, with a very nice tour of the winery . The tasting room is amazing, and the restaurant is fantastic, with a great view of the wine yards .

Esteban was a great guide He was very knowledgeable of the history of the city and included a wide variety of sites as well as local popular food and snacks. It was well paced with both riding and walking. He was very open to requests also.

We had a wonderful tour with Esteban. We were very tired as we had just flown in from Miami that morning but his upbeat spirit made us excited to be on tour with him. Wonderful experience with Nature. The guide was very knowledegable about all things in Chile. We enjoyed seeing all the plants in bloom. We enjoyed our conversation along the way. The countryside was very interesting. The boat ride out to the island preserve to see the penguins was a short, very safe experience. The penguin colony was unbelievably awesome. As an extra bonus, we also saw porpoise, otter, huge jellyfish in the water. There are a lot of birds in the area as well. The seafood lunch after the tour was some of the best seafood I have ever tasted. The seafood is caught the same day you eat it! I highly recommend this tour.

This a great excursion from Santiago. Although it does take about 45 min. to an hour and 15 min. to get from the city to the vineyards to the South, it is well worth the trip. Our guide was Esteban. He met us at our hotel & had private transport arranged. On the way to the vineyards, he told us about the neighborhood we’d been staying in as well as Santiago generally. We visited two vineyards - LOF and Haras de Pirque. They were a great contrast to one another but both excellent. We had a tour and tasting of each before lunch. We elected to sample a tasting menu of Chilean foods, and the local restaurant in Pirque was excellent. Great option for couples or families without young children.

On a recent post cruise visit to Santiago the concierge of our hotel recommended Servitour for a private walking tour of the city. (You not only walk but we were driven part of the tour.) The tour was very easy to arrange prior to our departure on the cruise. The folks at Servitour were very responsive and interested in what we wanted to see and the time we had available. We arranged for the Half Day Tour on the afternoon of our arrival in Santiago. Our guide, Esteban, arrived at our hotel at the appointed time. He escorted us around Santiago in an excellent manner. The vehicle provided was very comfortable and the driver competently negotiated the Santiago Traffic. Esteban was extremely knowable of the city, its history politically, economically and socially. His love of his city made the tour more personal. In one afternoon, we saw all the high points! The tour was exactly as described on their website, and it was enhanced by Esteban’s knowledge. I don’t give high recommendations lightly. This was the best private tour of a city that I have experience in a very long time! I was memorable!

Daniel was one of the best tour guides we've had (and Marco a very safe and nimble driver). Very knowledgeable and pleasant, able to answer most if not all questions, spoke very good English. The tour itself was well organized and complete. The food experience (a completo and a beer) was genuine and very tasty. Would strongly recommend to anyone like us who really didn't know anything about Santiago prior to doing the tour, and now feel like we got a great overview of some of the history and sights within the city boundaries. The funicular and teleferico experience was a really nice touch as well. Good that the price of the tour includes the cost of food and entry to everywhere we went.

They curated our tour since my friends and I love wine and wanted to experience less known vineyards. Our guide Esteban, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
