The best way to see and learn about Puebla
Fast paced tour full of information. Renato was excellent. We covered a lot of ground starting at the cathedral and finishing in the magnificent Santo Domingo - wow. We were fortunate to be able to visit the excellent museum of the revolution where Renato recreated the scenes in vivid detail. This tour provides a great base for further exploration.

      Mediocre!
Sadly the stops to shop where commissions are clearly paid is frustrating when we are already paying a substantial amount $180usd plus 400 MXN tip. We did not get any more information than we would have from a decent guide book.

Perfect for learning about the city in just a few hours
We had a really good short but sweet informative tour around the city with Josue, stopping off at various places, it was the perfect blend of historical and general knowledge. We tried Pasita and got to taste some sweet treats. Josue is really knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Wonderful tour with Ari! Luckily it was one on one and she did a great job of answering all my questions. Her knowledge of the city center and history was extensive. It was a great introduction to Puebla on day 1!

The tour will be nice if you don’t want to spend the whole day. The locations were amazing, and Josue, the guide, was very kind and helpful. He has a wealth of information about his country’s history and culture, and recommended a very nice restaurant at the city of Cholula for a quick brunch. I recommend this tour for people who have limited time and would like to know about the city

The trip to Cholula was an opportunity to escape the city and visit a really interesting Franciscan church sitting atop the worlds largest pyramid, by circumference. Walking up to the church is not for the faint of heart but both the church and the views were worth the effort. Unfortunately for us none of the volcanoes were visible, but nonetheless the visit was memorable. While Cholula was interesting, the small town of Tonatzin was our first experience of a small Mexican town and as interesting as that was, the church was a highlight for showcasing the skills of indigenous catholic craftsmen.
Our guide Renato was full of fascinating information and his explanation of how the Virgin de Guadalupe and Tonatzin aided the Spanish conquest and spread of Catholicism was truly eye opening.

I really enjoyed my time on my tour to Cholula. It is a very cute spot. Josue was a great guide and very knowledgeable, he gave me lots of historical background on the places we visited and introduced me to new food, art and culture. He gave me lots of suggestions of what to try during my stay in Puebla, and let me explore at my own pace. I’m very grateful he took the time to give me a tour on the holiday weekend.

There was so much to see and they were such wonderful views that you can't get anywhere else! The hosts were incredible in explaining all the history linked to the architecture. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to know more about the culture and generally have knowledge about the past and how the future came about.

Our guide Josue Rodriguez was friendly, engaging and well informed. The driver was skilled in challenging conditions. The sites were a good comparison of architecture, history and story - each with their own charm. The market was interesting- we ate crickets and some delicious cherries. The van was comfortable and clean and on time. I recommend this tour

I was the only client on Sunday so I received a private tour for just $55 USD. My guide was very knowledgeable and simply a very cool guy. I learned a lot about the history of Cholula, especially the influx of the Spaniards. I would highly recommend this tour. One callout is for those without a minimal level of physical fitness, you may struggle making it all the way to the top of the pyramid to see the church and the majestic views of Cholula and the volcano.

This was my second tour with Josue. I was by myself on the tour so this made the experience even more unique. Josue is a very kind and funny person, and it was nice to have someone to chat with. It almost felt as if I was with a friend and not a tour guide (in a good way). Just as with the Puebla tour, Josue seemed well informed and I learned a lot about Cholula and the surroundings. I definitely recommend this tour if you are short on time and want to maximize your visit in the Puebla area.

Cholula was always a part of Mexico I wanted to visit due to its rich history and culture. Starting from the food to the drinks to the attractions, everything was just phenomenal. For the price of the tour, it was very efficient and relaxed. My guide Josue was very nice and explained all the stories, did not rush, gave plenty of options and ideas to make this tour much more personalized. He also had some great suggestions about restaurants and bars, traditional food and tips to tour which makes me want to come visit again!
I cannot explain enough unless you take the trip! I will definitely be back in Cholula!

We got to learn a lot from Cholula and the city of Puebla. Our guide (Josue) was very knowledgeable and was also able to explain the history of Puebla to my 9 year old, who was very entertained. Our guide was very patient while going up church in Cholula. The walk is a little steep but thankfully we were going at a comfortable pace. We wished we could have stayed longer to see other areas with our tour guide but we were limited on time. We definitely recommend his tour.

This is a must do tour when visiting Puebla/Mexico city. It was a Mexican holiday when I planned my tour, so I had a VIP tour since I happened to be the only person.

My guide Josue took his time to narrate to me the history behind all the places we attended.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to access some of the archeological sites because they were closed for the holiday, however the experience was still beautiful.
I’ll recommend this to anyone going to that part of Mexico.
