Kan is your best bet
Quite clear why Kan is #1 in Tulum—meaningful, spectacular day with super guide Niko, experiencing Coba (on bikes!), walking amongst Spider Monkeys overhead, zip lining, canoeing, and amazing mole chicken lunch, all in a series of eco preserve. All with good spirit. All wonderful. Thank you Kan & Niko!

100% Recommend!
Jul. 2021 • Couples
Would highly recommend this company! Our tour guide, Niko, was kind and incredibly knowledgeable about the land we visited. He made the trip fun and personalized, and it was a wonderful way to get away from the highly trafficked parts of Tulum. I especially loved UMA Nojoch Keej (the Mayan Family Animal Sanctuary we visited), it was one of my favorite parts of our entire trip. 100% recommend this company and Niko as a tour guide!

This tour rocks!
This tour was fantastic! The variety of activities kept it fun start to finish (biking to ruins, canoeing across a beautiful lake to see howler monkeys, zip lining, cenote swimming and a wonderful meal from a local family). Who could ask for more?!

Well, we got it since our guide Santiago ("Santi" for short) made the whole experience magical with his exceptional understanding of the local culture, environment and history of the region. Oh, and he's a musician as well so we were treated to several wonderful local ballads to top it all off.

10 out of 10.

Our favorite experience in Mexico! Luigi was our own personal paparazzi, and I cannot thank him enough for the information he gave us! This tour is an essential stop in Tulum. Not only do you get to see the true Mayan Riveria, it is also sustainable tourism. You are supporting several local families and their businesses. Highly recommended.

BEST TOUR EVER! Thank you Niko
NIKO WAS THE BEST TOURGUIDE FROM ALL THE TOURS IVE TAKEN. Niko took us to breakfast before arriving to Cuba to a local stand in Tulum. He knew a lot of information of Coba and the entire experience felt very private and personal. I wish more tours were like this. When we met with people, he made sure we were comfortable and just ensured we had a great experience overall

Amazing Tour of Coba
May 2021
My friend and I did the tour of Coba and Punta Laguna and it was amazing! Our guide picked us up at our hotel and our first stop was Coba. The guide escorted us through the cite, with part of the tour on borrowed bikes. We had plenty of time and did not feel rushed at all. Afterward that, we went to Punta Laguna where we were able to observe spider and howler monkeys, zipline, and canoe across a lake. The next stop was a private cenote that offered cliff jumping (from about 8 meters or 26 feet). Finally, we visited a Mayan family for a private luncheon that was excellent! I would definitely do this again and recommend it highly.

Our tour guide, Iber, was absolutely amazing! He was well prepared, on time, organized and knowledgeable. The local Mayan places he took us to were unforgettable and not crowded, at all. He made it such a pleasurable experience. He is passionate about the history and it shows. I highly recommend a tour with him and I would book with him again.

The best tour!
Apr. 2021
This was the best tour! We got picked up from our hotel and had to pick up others but we still arrived at Coba early enough before it got really hot and crowded. Nico, our guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the environment. We rode bikes to the different sites in Coba which was fun. Then we walked thru a jungle where we got to zipline and kayak and also got to see some spider monkeys. Then we ate a delicious, authentic Yucatan meal at a nature reserve where we learned about wildlife preservation and got to see some of the local animals up close. We ended the tour swimming in a cenote which was amazing. Our tour group was great and we met some really wonderful people. I highly recommend this tour!

Holy SMOKES!!!!!!! What an AMAZING tour. Iber was right on time in the morning to pick me + my best friend up. Funnily enough, it was only us that day so it was a very private tour! But he was an angel. So knowledgable, and kind, and always took the time to explain anything and everything we asked about. If you do this tour however, be ready for a fun and FULL day! This tour includes biking through Mayan ruins, visiting a monkey reserve, canoeing, zipling, swimming in very local + hidden Cenotes, and most importantly, visiting a Mayan family on their families nature reserve. Miguel, the head of this home is such a kind soul with a wonderful passion for educating visitors about endangered species of the area and the local agriculture. His son Jesus gave us a tour of the grounds along with their sweet dog Lola, and it was easily the highlight of our trip. We felt right at home! Plus they cooked us a fresh and delicious meal. Count on this tour to take you on an adventure off the beaten path. This is not something everyone gets to see! Book the tour and tip the guides. Their enthusiasm is contagious :-)

Amazing tours and even better tour guides (Luigi)
Apr. 2021
After having such a wonderful experience with the them during my Sian Ka'an tour I decided to rebook and take their Mayan Inland Expedition and it was an experience that was unforgettable! Our tour consistent of biking the Coba ruins and getting to explore all it had to offer along with visiting a beautiful mayan community to go zip lining and visit wild monkeys swinging from the trees, and ending our tour eating traditional mayan food where we were able to learn how to make hand made tortillas and also we had the opportunity to visit a Cenote that was empty from the crowds and such a staple for Tulum to take pictures and dive into. With all this said, Our tour guide Luigi was wonderful and truly amazing throughout the entire tour, he was able to share so much knowledge with us about the history of the ruins, animals and etc and furthermore he is one of the tour guides I would strong recommend to get if you ever have the opportunity!
