We did a private tour with Petrus and Gustavo was our driver. What an incredible day! We went to Chichen Itza and a private Cenote. We visited a Myan village and they served us a delicious lunch. My husband and I would highly recommend this tour company. Great day! Thank you del mundo tours.

Our trip to Isla Mujeres was fantastic!! It was a whole day trip which is what we wanted as we didn’t want the hurry up get it over thing. We wanted to truly see Isla and relax which is what we got. Maria was our travel guide and she was fantastic! We started with a ferry ride over from Puerto Juárez. When we landed we went to the famous Playa Norte beach where we had loungers at the wonderful Maya Beach Club. We relaxed while having drinks then a wonderful lunch. From there we boarded golf carts and went to the famous Punta Sur on the south end of the island and the national park there where we saw sea turtles and the sight of the water was the best I’ve ever seen. My wife’s birthday was that day and Maria lined up a nice feliz compleanos for here at the beach club. It truly was the best day trip both of us had been on yet.

We opted to splurge on this full day trip. We had a beautiful day on the water; much wildlife, swimming and snorkeling in the beautiful reserve. So many sea turtles! The numerous colors of blue simply staggering. I would love to see sunset in the lagoon, as it would be a 360 view! We had a delicious lunch at a small village on the water. Our friendly guides, Martin and our captain, provided a safe and exemplary day with in-depth information of the numerous ecosystems. Our guides clearly are passionate about what they do which made our day come alive. I would do this again tomorrow!

The tour and the day were better than I could possibly expect. Val was amazing! He communicated in 3 languages all day! Professional and friendly and so much fun! We saw beautiful scenery, amazing wildlife, and experienced fun variety in transportation! From start to finish everything was top rate! The lunch was delicious too, and in a very pleasant environment.

Mariann was an awesome guide and this was our best experience in Mexico! This is a MUST SEE!!! There was thunderstorms in the morning and we were worried our trip would be canceled but the day turned out great! We got picked up around 6:45 am and returned home around 5:45 pm. This was a full day with so much to do. You get to the island early in the morning and experience the beach all to yourself. The beach is beautiful. After a few hours at the beach, you have lunch at a bar on the beach. The food was good, not great. The bar was very attentive and the drinks were delicious. There is some walking to the beach and leaving the beach to pick up golf carts. We toured an amazing park on the eastern most point of the island and did some shopping. This place was beautiful too. You see waves hitting the cliffs and there’s nothing but ocean between you and Cancun. Once we returned the golf carts, we took a boat back to Cancun and the van took us home. It was a nice trip and I recommend Mariann!!!!

Great day, well worth the money, the trip was so well organised we didnt wait at all anywhere. Marianne was a great guide. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to enjoy a day on the island. We got to see so much of the island. The lunch was also really good and drinks were offered mutiple times throughout the day.

We had a great day with Mariana! We were in a small group with another couple and started the day at Tulum before the crowds. She drove us to Coba to see the ruins. Unfortunately, you can't climb Coba anymore to preserve the ruins but we still had a good time. The end of the trip was visiting a cenote, which was pretty cool to see in person. My only complaint was the lunch that was provided was a buffet and wasn't very appetizing. We barely ate as the food didn't look that great.

We did a snorkeltrip to Puerto Morelos today. It was well organised. They picked us up at the hotel. We got an whatsapp that the guide was a view minutes late. Fine communication. De guide also as the driver were very nice and spoke both well english. Despite that she was a french guide! We saw beautiful fish and even an baracuda from one meter! Then we had a lunch and walked over the beach to eat an icecream. Then we were brought at the hotel. The guide is a very nice, funny woman and she kept everyone together also in the sea! The had cold water for every one, and a cooky if you want. Well taken care off every one!

The tour was half a day of cultural and authentic Mexican life, out here f tourist usual tours. Visit of a school, local market, meeting people, visiting a church, a cemetery etc. It was amazing and highly recommendable!

Very fun and rich experience. We did the Tsonoti and Snorkeling excursions in French, both very well organised. There are also other tours available which I recommand such as Sian Kaan. Guides are really helpful and explain well the history of the sites etc.

give me the tour i paid for per their web site and agent,rushed at sites with 10 min binder presentation 20 min to see ruins put on a beach you had to pay to sit or buy food, coba, rushed 20 min walk to top 5 min look lets go, driver believed he was still at the nascar training camp, car comming they’ll move, how fast can we go. felt like a $40 tour not $115 each

Sian Ka'an tour was great discovery thanks to DelMundo tour. Pick up at the hotel, Transportation with good car and boat to discover the Mangrove, the dolphins, turtle and crocodile. Good lunch on the beach after a nice snorkeling session. The Mexican guide was great, French speaking, and very passionate about his job. The Agency has been really helpful and available for organising the trip in very a short notice.

This was definitely my favourite agency to book tours while in Playa del Carmen. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! They helped me with my French which I appreciate a ton!!! Booked a tour with turtles and the cultural tour and it was a blast! Had the best time swimming with turtles, and experiencing and learning more about the wonderful Mexican culture! It is a lot more affordable than some other places and the customer service was the greatest! They made my first trip to Mexico one to remember and I can't wait to come back!! (Hopefully I will know more french next time lol) HUGE thank you Roel, Kayla, and Ludo for helping, and being so kind to me!!!
