This was an amazing experience. Lucy was very informative and knowledgeable about the history of chocolate. We really enjoyed the tour and making chocolate.

We visited here with a cruise tour group. The short interaction with the rays was cool. The short snorkeling session was ok. That is about all they had. Out whole tour group sat for about a hour, waiting for transportation back to the ship. There is not much to do here.

The off-road riding in the jimmy vehicles was a lot of fun. We went to the jade cavern which is advertised as beautiful turquoise water in which you can swim. It was not a pretty place and it stunk of Sulphur. Two of the 50 people we were around chose to jump into the water. No one swam other than them swimming to the ladder to climb out of the stinky water. The snorkel also left much to be desired. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable regarding the stingrays and told us things we didn't know. Some of it not true (scallops come from stingrays). The photographer kept rushing people along as she took photos. Took my sisters phone and told her it was harmful to the stingrays to take pics. We later found out we could purchase pictures but were never told where to view them and ended up with none. The snorkeling - my first time - was in a small enclosure with a rocky bottom by shore with no plant life. A bit disappointing. The Playa Mia lunch was a buffet style and we loved our waiter but had very little time at the beach. I would NOT do this excursion again and will do better research before booking excursions next trip.

The stingray tour with unlimited drinks/food was great. The food was authentic and the service was impeccable. The amenities on the island was very convenient. I recommend cash for locker rental and tips.

Manuel and Mauricio were so infomative and the stingrays were awesome. We learned a lot about the conservation efforts going into preserving them in the wild. The snorkeling was fun and we got to see a couple of nurse sharks. We prefer snorkeling in the open ocean but it was still cool!

We had a great time. The teacher was very informative. We made our own chocolate. We also had a wine and chocolate tasting.

Really informative and fun two hour experience. Very convenient to the cruise terminal areas. There is an inexpensive restaurant on site and the Stingray activity is great for families.

Amazing chocolate presentation! Lucy was great and very informative. It was so much fun to make our own chocolate bar, and get to taste a variety of different Mexican chocolates with wine pairings.

I am so glad that we booked this excursion for our cruise day in Cozumel! The facility was well set up and organized, and the guides clearly have a lot of love and respect for the animals. We learned about the rays as well as interacting with them. We also got some really fun pictures of us with the rays (you have to pay extra to purchase the digital copies of the pictures they take). The snorkeling was probably our favorite part, because there were so many rays, as well as other fish. We saw two nurse sharks as well. I wish we could have snorkeled for longer than 30 minutes! We brought our two kids, ages 6 and 9, and they loved it so much. The only bad thing was that there were a lot of waves when we were interacting with the rays, because of Hurricane Helene. I know it’s not the fault of the company and our guide tried to make us as comfortable as possible. It was just bad luck with the weather. But I still recommend this excursion and we would do it again if we were back in Cozumel.

We booked this as an excursion from a Royal Caribbean port stop, and we were not disappointed! The snorkeling stop was neat seeing coral and beautiful fish! Just the right amount of time before back on the boat for a ride over to their facility where we got in the enclosed area with the stingrays. It was nice being shallow enough to stand. Beautiful, clear water to see them swimming around us too. They provide water shoes. And then another area to snorkel with nurse sharks was fun as well. Enjoyable lunch at their tables in the sandy/beach area, with neat over-water swings to enjoy too. Open bar always a bonus. During the snorkeling and stingrays they had a photographer, and I appreciated how low pressure purchasing their photo package was. That was refreshing, as was the price for the photos! The boat ride back to our ship port was super fun with loud music, conga lines and tequila tastings. Fun, fun day and educated, quality staff too! Highly recommend for anyone, but as a Mom of 3 I’d add that I was far more relaxed with 15 & 17 year olds with me than I would have been with them younger for this 4 hour excursion.

We‘ve not been there (inside) BUT it's a sad sight: dozens of giant stingrays trapped in a relatively small area, their stingers removed, and unable to swim freely like their counterparts in the open sea. It feels like watching circus animals forced to perform tricks for their food. If that's the sort of thing you enjoy, then you might like it. But honestly, I don't understand how anyone could recommend this.

We did the stingray feeding and snorkeling. Jorge, our guide, was excellent. Our time was wonderful. Photos were more reasonably priced than other attractions and there aren’t a ton of upsells which I appreciate. Really, the best part was the snorkeling. There are a great variety of other fish and we really enjoyed it. In fact I wish they had the option to return and just do the snorkeling. We would gladly pay for that as the stingray education is pretty much a “one and done”.

Wendy was great ! We loved hearing about the history of chocolate. The process of making the disks was fun & easy. We can't wait to use our chocolate disks.
