They talk you into buying the upgrade package saying you get more time in the cenote and open bar and 5 ziplines when really it's a hoax. There are only 4 ziplines and they still only give you 30 mins to swim. You can have drinks at the cenote but nowhere else in the park. The ziplining was a bit too short in time allocated and distance travelled. We were picked up at our resort, Excellence Playa Mujeres, at 8:00 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. tour start. We didn't arrive at the tour start point until after 10:30. Which means we spent 2.5 hours in a crowded van in brutal traffic. This was the worst part of this adventure. The ATV ride and cenote visit were very nice and enjoyable. I believe our tour was shortened due to our late arrival, which was unfortunate. The lounge is very busy. The drinks are unlimited and you can help yourself however it's not a relaxing experience being packed in like sardines. The food was limited and dry next time we will just browse the stores and find an eatery

Absolutely shocking PLEASE DO NOT USE, got conned during check in to use this “lounge” well what joking, selling it to way too many people they can’t cope with amount!! Paid “£35” each for two ended up being charge £85! Got to the “VIP” lounge there was a massive queue for 45mins to get told we wasn’t even booked in, i than had to kick up a stink and shoe them my bank account, they then let us in. I wanted a “nice glass of wine” but only had dregs and no glasses, I asked for a wine glass and got given a margarita glass which probably wouldn’t have been to bad if I not had all the preference for the last hour, I walked out without one thing and hopefully be able to claim my £85 back from my bank.

All our customers have a prior reservation with entrance preference to the lounge, along with drinks and food service included. Every table was covered in empty glasses and dirty plates. The girl at reception didn’t look up from her phone for 2 seconds the entire time we were there including while haveing issues with the app to check in. There were at least 4 people working, place wasn’t busy. Probably the worst lounge experience I’ve had. At least 10 tables with reserved signs on them and nobody ever showed up to use them. Not impressed to say the least. I did happen to see the Instagram app opened on her phone while walking by.

They treat it as a restaurant! They have a waiting list. They need to ask people to wait and get in. People were supposed to be send a text when their turn comes but people are off shopping in the duty free shops and are not paying attention to their texts! We were waiting by these people and we were not allowed to get in because those who were texted have not shown up. For God sake this is an airport and people cannot wait for 2 hours.

It's relatively cool and air conditioned, there are couches and chairs and TVs. They have alcohol and some food. That said, it's very crowded and there's was a waitlist to get in. The food choices are limited and there is no packaged food. You can only stay for three hours and then you either pay again or get kicked out. It is very small. Bearable and better than the lobby outside. Five stars only for actually being open, three for having alcohol and one star for the time limit and limited food. Also, good heavens most people's children are so horrid.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the situation, this is why we asked all our customers to have their entrance ticket on hand so they wont have to be waiting on the line with customers who does not have confirmed spaces. All our lounges are family locations, but we understand this is not for everybody.

Food in VIP lounge was terrible and looked like it had been sitting a while, not much of a selection. 2 family members were not allowed access because they purchased with a group of 8 other people to VIP lounge but they were I. Terminal 4 and we were terminal 3. The workers there would not help them at all when they explained this to them. Instead of them getting their names and checking to see if they were on another list they just ignored them and would not let them in. We ended up leaving and not even using the lounge after seeing the food offered to us.

It is a very pleasant place where you can feel the care and personalized attention that is required. Clean, comfortable and elegant. I felt very cared for at all times. The staff that was there at that time was very attentive from the moment I arrived at the reception with Miss Cruz. I appreciate these types of places to rest before or after international flights

This lounge is gorgeous and comfortable with many self-serve food options and a drinks cooler (with both non-alcoholoc beverages and beers). There is also a bar, and the service was impeccable with Augustin taking great care to make sure we had everything we needed. A perfect 10/10!

We stopped there on our way home from a vacation in Riviera Maya. We usually have some time to kill at Cancun airport on our winter vacations to Mexico, and the hustle and bustle of the airport can get harrowing. It was nice to escape that. Initially we had booked with terminal 4, but upon learning we were flying out of terminal 3, I contacted Kevin Avila the morning we were traveling, when I noticed the discrepancy, and he changed our reservation.
The bathrooms could use a bit more expanded occupancy, but the service and comfort were wonderful.

My wife and I stopped by and used our Capital One Venture X card to get access. There was a waiting list for larger groups but they had room for a couple, so we were let straight in and shown to a couple of options for seats. The WiFi is free and fast, food and drink options robust, and the server assigned to our area, Isabel, was friendly and efficient in bringing drinks, the menu, and WiFi code over.
