The catarman wangsat was awsome…the drinks were flowing…snorkelling was as incredible and the guide even assisted my 6 year daughter with the rubber dingy….the shopping free time was as just right amount of time. Then we went for the buffet lunch as a lovely location where the kids got to jump in the beach and go on the water slides. The restaurant was clean and very good healthy food…food for everyone like pizza.chicken,rice,salad and much more. We took the Isla Mujeres excursion with a catamaran, snorkeling, drinks, and food included. The experience was very good, knowing that you're going with a set package and therefore have limited time for each activity, with hardly any freedom to go at your own pace. The best part was the catamaran experience, with continuous attention, drinks, and fun provided by the crew, especially by the guide "Mosquito." He was super attentive, friendly, and very entertaining—one of those people who clearly love their job and aren't just being nice for the tip you'll give later. I definitely recommend that if you do the excursion, ask for your guide to be MOSQUITO.

Gabrielle and crew were nothing but amazing and accommodating and our group of friends had the best time! Highly reccomend if you’re looking for a fantastic day on the ocean to explore, drink, dance, and have an absolutely wonderful time! 10/10 would recommend over and over and would come back 100 times over!!!!

Boat was nice, food was good, drink options are beer and premixed drinks. The staff were friendly too.
The negatives were the 830 peso fee for reef and dock should be $20 USD and when we asked why it’s more they didn’t really have an answer for us. Dodgy.
The boat goes to a pretty boring snorkelling stop too- would have preferred to stop where it was bright blue water and no fish to just be in the water and cool down. Lastly, we stop at Isla mujeres- but it wasn’t the best it could have been. I came 5 years ago and we went to a better part of the beach.
It was overall a nice day, company is fine and it was exactly as they state, but I do think there could be better stops in terms of location and itinerary

We were promised a trip with snorkelling, looking at underwater statues, Mexican buffet and tour in Isla Mujeres. And it was totally not what we have!
At the first spot (Isla Mujeres city centre) we were left there as we didn’t pay any tour, to get in a car to go to the other part of the island (the beautiful one) we must pay 50€ per 1 hour.
The snorkelling it wasn’t in the right place (probably they don’t have the license to the right and proper place to snorkel), no statues, no fishes… and only 6 people did it because the tour guy was so rude and in a rush that no one understood.
In buffet, the food is terrible and we just lunch at 3h30 pm (the last meal we had was at 7am).
Last but not least, bad drinks at the boat,around 30 people crammed on the boat and 3h inside the boat without a shadow to stay. All people in our group get the skin burned.
A last important point: NO SAFE AT ALL

Not as described, Catamaran only to go not on the way back. Brought us to a “beach club” which we couldnt care less… Described as better beach than cancun. Was not so private, had a couple of person on the catamaran and it was more like a party boat dropping us on a cheap beach club… I was looking for a real snorkling experience and they just dropped us in the middle for a couple of minutes. Didnt see much. If i knew i would of stayed at my resort. Beach much much better. Staff was friendly though.

This time we celebrated our 7th anniversary on the boat Toucan and as always everything went perfect!! Thank you infinitely to the entire Joluga team.

The beauty is there, no doubt about it. Playa Norte is gorgeous. Crew was attentive and very nice and made you feel welcome. However the snorkeling part of the tour was probably the least organized I’ve been on. We were only in the water for 25 minutes and it felt very rushed only because the boats could not stay there. They had to basically let us out because of the reef and come back for us later. I had two kids with me, ages six and eight, and they did not have kids sized masks or fins. This made it very difficult for one of my children who has been snorkeling many, many times, so not like they were a first timer. So that was a major bummer.
When we got to Isla Mujeres, the directions and instructions from our guide were very clear on where we needed to be and when so that was very much much appreciated. My family and I walked about 15 minutes from the drop off point to Playa Norte, and enjoyed our time there although I wish we could have had a lot more time on the actual north side of the island.
After you are done with the north side of the island you get back on the catamaran and go to the south side for lunch and another hangout spot. The southside was just OK. I would say the beach had a lot of seaweed and there wasn’t like a lot of areas where you could go swimming like the north side of the island. However, lunch was pretty good and there were a lot of selections, and we were all starving since we did not eat until around 2 PM. (So eat a big breakfast!)
Would I do it again, probably. If I had to make a suggestion for this tour, I would want to spend more time on the north side of the island and less time on the south side where we ate lunch.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Bottomless drinks(!!) on board and good music pumping the whole way. Smooth sailing… we picked a perfect day for it :) Snorkeling was lovely and well catered for the not so strong swimmers too. Staff were simply amazing and very accommodating and friendly. We were made to feel like family which was a nice touch. Group size on catamaran was small so it was very comfortable traveling and we made friends along the way. Buffet lunch was quite nice. If I could make only one suggestion… the sailing takes a long time to get to the destinations so it would have been better had we left earlier than 10am so as to allow more time to explore on land too. There were a lot of pretty shops on the island and we didn’t get to see too many of them with the time we had.
