While on board, enjoy an open bar and live entertainment as the crew starts the party. Your first stop will be to snorkel at one of the best reefs in the clear waters of the Caribbean. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, with a variety of dishes such as fish, chicken, pasta, and flavored waters at the private beach club. Spend about an hour and a half here before continuing on to downtown Isla Mujeres where you can spend another hour and a half shopping, taking pictures and getting a glimpse of island life. You can even rent a golf cart to tour around downtown. Get back on board the ship to party your way back to Cancun.

      Excellent expérience
We had so much fun on the speedboats. We had the best guide, Omar. The reef was amazing. They took pictures and video for optional purchase so you could just focus on being in the moment and having fun. Great time.

      Very good
Was very good. Only reason for 4 and not 5 that there was no snorkeling. They advertise for both. But only had the speed boat. The experience of the speed boat was good.

      My honest review
The staff were warm and accommodating. They provided us bottomless drinks. Just sad snorkelling was cancelled due to the weather condition. Honestly, a bit too expensive. Overall, its okay.

      Momo & Jesus!!!
We did this excursion with Jesus & Momo! It was such a great experience. We ended up getting a private tour since we were the only couple that booked the morning slot. They were very safe and very knowledgeable on everything and the snorkeling and speedboating itself was so fun! I would highly recommended this excursion and I would also very highly recommend Jesus and Momo as they were the best!!!

      One of a kind
We booked this tour with Sophie at the Marriott. Very well organized tour, small groups, almost private. The guides really take good care of everyone in the group. I was a little hesitant about going on the zip line because of a previous scary experience in Canada, but this time I felt completely safe. The guides make sure that all your gear fits right and they take safety very seriously. The photographer also did a great job capturing all the fun moments in quality pictures and video. The cenotes are beautiful, we visited 3 and swam in them, you can also dive in and it’s a lot of fun. It was a beautiful day on August 12, and we truly enjoyed this tour. It’s good for families, couples, pretty much everyone, however make inquiries prior to booking if you have any type of health issues or disabilities to make sure it is right for you.

      Sketchy
The atvs and trail and centote were trash I jumped in the cenote thinking it was safe and to my surprise I hit a rocky bottom and cut my foot and the impact hurt so bad not safe at all and my atv broke down in the first 5 seconds beware very sketchy … on a positive note the boat and snorkeling was fun

Zip line, cenotes, tequila and lunch
What a fantastic experience! Juan, our tour guide was energetic, friendly, fun and entertaining! We started with the zipline and that was great fun. On to the beautiful cenotes. We saw and swam in three cenotes. Absolutely beautiful! Juan was very informative throughout each cenote. Next tequila tasting. All I can say is wow! So good! Our experience ended with a traditional Mexican lunch, which was quite the treat. We enjoyed this excursion and would definitely recommend. My adult kids said best day yet of vacation!

      Cenotes Fun!
We had a great time! The zip lining was easy and fun! We rented the ATV’s for an extra $80 and it was worth it. Swimming in the Cenotes was a great experience. Especially in the cave! We are in our 60’s and could easily keep up!

Awesome experience with a great crew!
We just finished our day with the crew at Cenotea Zapote Ecopark in Cancun. This trip was great and the staff was incredible. A jungle setting with access to 3 different Cenotes offering a variety of experiences. An initial zipline trip, followed by a short bike ride to the first Cenote which could be entered by a stone stairway, a zip line drop in from about 20ft above or a more modest leap from a 10ft deck. Center #2 is actually inside a cave covered in stalgtites and punctuated with massive banyan tree roots. The last stop is a blue lagoon experience about 30 ft down that can be entered via a stairway or for the bold a 40ft or 50ft leap from a elevated decks. Following the activities we finished up with tasty Yucatan style meal. The staff was incredible lead by Juan and covered all day by at least 2 photographers lead by Joel. The photo packaged seem to get great shots and videos of every adventurous moment, ziplines, ATVs, Cenote leaps and swims, bikes and more. Definitely recommend checking out Cenotes tour at Zapote Ecopark

    June 2019 • Friends
I began this review upon my return and had to immediately stop typing it. This experience was more traumatizing than I realized.

I booked Viator “Party On Sailing Cruise to Isla Mujeres from Cancun” via the internet for Friday, June 21, 2019, while staying at Breathless Resort in Cancun.

Myself and 4 others took an-hour private car ride to the Viator's location which was suppose to be at the marina at “Hotel Temptations” from Breathless, which wasn’t at Hotel Temptations after all. The driver could not find the location. He had to come to a complete stop and pull over to call for assistance to find the marina to join this so called "Party on Sailing Cruise."

The website request that you arrive by 9:15 a.m. for the 10:00 a.m. departure. Once we arrived at the location at 9:00 a.m. where we were to board the catamaran, we were greeted by sales people who told our driver to pick us back up at 5:00 p.m. Prior to checking us in, the up sale began. We signed waivers and were finally checked in. We paid $59.99 (U.S.) via the internet to book this “Party on Sailing Cruise.” We were asked if we wanted to pay more for a luxury private cruise, which we elected not to because we felt with fewer people, perhaps it wouldn't be as much fun.

We were asked if we had biodegradable sunscreen, which we had never heard of. We were informed that we could not snorkel if we didn’t have biodegradable sunscreen because it would kill the coral reef and marine life, which we did not have. We were directed to the store next door that sold a small bottle of biodegradable sunscreen for $20 (U.S.).

We were directed to a line in 100-degree heat to pay the additional $13 taxes and to receive an orange bracelet for boarding the catamaran. They claimed not to have U.S. dollars if one needed change. And if you used a credit card, there was an additional $5 charge, per person.

Afterwards, we were instructed to walk down to the beach where we would be given further instructions.

As we stood underneath this little tent for those that could fit, while waiting to board the "party" all-adult catamaran at 10:00 a.m., they offered water, juice, cookies, more selling of biodegradable sunscreen, phone covers, hats, glasses, etc.

We boarded the catamaran at 10:00 a.m. We suddenly realized we were going to be in 100-degree heat without any sun protection. We couldn’t stand up. It was shoulder-to-shoulder adults. The catamaran was uncovered and one had to find a spot to sit. If you were lucky, you found a shady spot. I found a spot underneath the sail where the WINCH HANDLE fell and just missed hitting me in the head. No safety instructions were provided. The ride took an hour in the hot sun.

They offered snorkeling at “beautiful coral reefs.” You were told you would also see an underwater museum. Those who snorkeled did so in what looked like a “chain-gang.” You were informed, if you snorkeled and couldn’t withstand the entire duration, you could not get back on the catamaran because you were dropped off and had to swim to meet the catamaran. There were so many others in the water at that drop off location that you couldn’t enjoy the experience. There was no museum nor were there beautiful coral reefs.

While on the catamaran, they offered an additional excursion for $30 to ride golf carts once we reached the downtown destination.

The website stated than an “open bar” is included. They offered two (2) choices of mixed drinks that they served you while on the catamaran.

After an hour in the scorching heat, we reached the buffet lunch destination on a small overcrowded beach with several restaurants, bars and shopping.

The buffet was tasty. We were told we would be there until 4:00 p.m.!!! I went to get a drink at the bar only to find a couple of options unless you had on a silver bracelet. Why weren’t we informed of this during the “up selling?” That was very disappointing.

I couldn’t believe we were going to be on this crowded beach until 4:00 p.m. with very little to do.

We called our driver to inform him that 5:00 p.m. was no longer the time that we would return. Everyone was shocked!!! We told him to pick us up at 7:00 p.m. as we were instructed by the disorganized guide.

I decided to venture out to find things to do to pass the time for four (4) more hours. I went to sit on a beach chair only to find if I wasn’t wearing a silver bracelet, I could not. One couldn’t do anything without the silver bracelet that no one mentioned or informed us about.

I went back to the guide and asked if he could find me a private boat to go back to the marina and I would pay the cost. Thirty minutes later, I went back to him for an update. He told me a boat would arrive at 4:00 p.m. that would take me back!

I went and sat at a covered restaurant to wait out the four (4) hours! At 1:50 p.m. my intuition told me to go check out what others were doing. As I was walking back to the lunch destination, folks that came over with me on the catamaran were in a frenzy. I asked what was going on. They informed me that the guide told them that there was a change of plan, we were leaving in 10 minutes at 2:00 p.m.!!! OMG!!! I said this is crazy. What if I hadn’t listened to my gut? I would have been left there not knowing what to do. Where I was sitting, the guide would never have found me. That is what I’m still in shock about to this very day. Lost in Mexico and do not speak Spanish! They left three (3) people!!! That could have been me! I have nightmares about it!

We got on another boat to take us downtown. Fortunately I found a shaded area on this boat.

When we arrived downtown at the pier, the disorganized guide told those who were going on the golf carts to line up. I chose not to drive golf carts on a busy street. I have enough with daily rush hour. The guide said those who were not going on the golf carts could go to a building with orange and green colors behind the white building we were facing and they would have restrooms, free water and tastings for us. We searched and searched. One place we found did let us taste a few tequilas for sale. No restroom or free water. They wanted $10 for water. So we found a restaurant and ordered margaritas to hold us over until it was time to re-board.

We were told to be back at the pier at 4:00 p.m. When we arrived, the guide was scrambling, scratching his head and on the phone. I asked, “Where is the boat?” He said he was calling to find out because he didn’t know why it wasn’t there. I told him this was the worst experience ever for what was suppose to be “thrilling!”

Finally the boat arrived! Our 3rd boat on this horrific experience! It was a covered boat, which is what we should have experienced from the beginning!

Once we boarded the final boat, I asked were they going to provide any safety instructions. The disorganized guide said “no.” I then asked where were the lifejackets in case of emergency. He pointed them out to me.

Then the music began. Finally, there was a bar. The guide began pouring a bottle of what looked like tequila in folks mouth. Everyone seemed to be having a good time after the horrible day we had experienced.

One of the guys on the boat began dancing with the tourists. Then he asked me to dance, which I did. He pulled me close. He got an erection. He then informed me that he was horny and wanted sex. I told him I was old enough to be his mother. He said he didn’t care. I sat down. Due to no safety instructions and I knew folks would get drunk, I elected not to drink so I could stay situationally aware in the event something happened. Some of the guests were drunk and falling down, still the guide poured more alcohol in their mouths.

I was elated to finally return back to the marina from wince this horrific experience began.

The Viator’s website states this excursion is “thrilling!” There was absolutely nothing thrilling about this so called “party boat!” More like a “thriller from a horror movie!”

What a horror movie you lived. I do not know what you gain from writing this way, but if you do it for attention, then you have it from everybody which is going to be reading and from us. Im sure took hours to write everything in detail and we appreciate your comment. We have this tour twice on the platform with different name and believe me that if all the customer lived this horror movie like you did, we would have closed the tour by now. We thank you

They max out seating and exaggerate this trip that it includes parasailing, peoples statues beneath the water through snorkeling, isla mujeres time to explore, open bar and buffet on Isla mujeres for an amazing price!!

EVERYBODY on out tour were pissed!! They try to upgrade charge u for a better boat, adults only and a golf cart tour on Isla mujeres. So here is my families honest review and probably everybody else on our boat and other people we spoke to on other boats they owned!!

    PROS:
    Buffet was pretty good
    Boat employees are great
    CONS:
Open bar was beer and juices and primarily pushed on return back to Cancun not on way over.
Snorkeling was a joke!, we dropped anchor so far from statues, which werent true statues we were told but 2 hand sculptures. Most passengers couldnt even make it to statues before exhaustion. No time to snorkel because were rushed back to boat and people needed help back because they had anchored so far away!! Waste and we all agreed.
Paid $30 to port of Isla Mujeres and had to be back on boat in 25 minutes so ur stuck at port gift shop because anything else would be short on time.
We then go to other side of island for Buffett. Only good thing. We opted for golf cart tour. Complete waste as it did a circle which lasted 30 minutes truly because its a gimmick and every boat coming in makes it a quick turn around. Everybody was pissed. We saw a lighthouse and really about it. Then we wait 2.5 hrs for boat to pick us up because their off shuttling other passengers around on other trips and they got caught by weather.
IF THEY HAD SAID THIS TRIP GETS U TO ISLA MUJERES AMD OPEN BAR AND WILL PICK UP 4 HRS LATER U WOULD BE ABLE TO EXPLORE ISLAND. Its a big scam and pumping music and encouraging drinking doesnt make up for every guest being pissed and most never tipped the poor guys who have nothing to do with this disorganized pump out passenger qty and profits!! This all true and it ruined anymore excursions we will do with these companies. Every pax on boat said same thing!!

We do not have control of the vendors who are there selling their upgrades. You have every right to say NO, because you already have your purchased package. About snorkeling, you and all the passengers have to SWIM, the anchors of the Catamaran cannot be thrown in low places this would cause the boat to get stuck. I remind you that you snorkel the OPEN SEA and we do not have control of the ocean currents either, please be more intelligent and think that the sea is not something we can tell it, you know what sea ...... today do not have currents because this passenger does not swim well and brings the statues close for him to see them, this is not a POOL. Everything else, that you list, sorry are things that are not included in the tour and if you bought them because you decided to do so. All the other passengers as you say so far you are the only one writing. Please and out of respect next time, when you have a disagreement, do it directly with the captain, I am more than sure that they would have helped you in what you need

*Likely to sell out: Based on Viator’s booking data and information from the provider from the past 30 days, it seems likely this experience will sell out through Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
