We reserved this excursion for Jan 06, 2025. Our pick up time was at 1:30 pm. They never came to pick us up. I gave them slack, I thought they’d be late since they have other people to pick up, but I was starting to get worried. I called them a total of 10 times and 40 mins later, I finally got a response. They told me the booking went through, but they had no availability. They didn’t send me a text, email, or call… NOTHING. Not sure if this is a scam, but I wouldn’t risk it. Luckily, I’m receiving a refund, but not everyone else will be lucky, beware.

Andres and Fernando were our driver and guide. I wouldn't have had it any other way! They were awesome, Fernando speaks at least 6 different languages, and taught us a lot, and Andres was the best driver I've had in Mexico! Not to mention the Mayan city of Tulum, Coba, and a swim in a Cenote, we're amazing! 10/10 I'm doing another trip with them, next time I'm here!

this place is over rated, their show is worth only for $30 to $40. they keep selling ticket more than the capacity. you will not even have a space to stand. domestic drinks are printed in the ticket but very hard to get from them. they only serve the vip pass tickets. show was very basic, the space for performance was very tiny. looks like a amateur show. incase of an emergency guests can't exit this place.. try other clubs in the city.

The trip was absolutely amazing, highly recommend to anyone traveling in that area! The guides were awesome and very informative and knowledgeable!

Mario Washington a great guido. The triple was well planned. Our Kids learned a lot about the Mayan People and Chichen Itza. But the highlight for them was visiting the Chukum cenote. We highly recommend a tour with Mario!

This was an incredible experience. My guide Danny was full of positive energy and professionalism. The cave was only discovered in 2008 very recently so the inside of the cave is truly natural, super well preserved. I really liked how little external things were inside the cave, basically just a line guiding the path. You feel like you’re one of the first to explore it. The best part is that the tours are basically private since each group must be a certain distance apart. I thought this was a public cave that was going to be crowded with people like other tours I’ve done. This is totally worth the money because of the private experience. The gear is really good. Personally didn’t need wet suit but really appreciated the helmets with lights attached. They take safety very seriously so you’re in good hands. Note: you can’t take your phone or cameras inside but they’ll have a professional photographer taking photos you can purchase after. It’s expensive so you’ll want to pose well and get good opportunities for the photographer to capture your moments.

Víctor, Luna, and Jimmy were all wonderful on this tour. They were professional, informational, and kept the atmosphere up with their humor. The food at the lunch stop was delicious. I had a wonderful time on this tour and cannot recommend it enough. It was less priced at around $80 plus the $30 fee for Chichén Itzá and $4 rental of the life vest. Very fun time, i highly suggest you do it.

We did the Rio Secreto Plus Tour with Zip Lines, Bicycle Ride and the Rio Secreto aswell as Lunch. The Guide was very good, he made sure to explain everything in several languages. We loved the tour and would recommend it! We felt very safe. Only deficit: the prices for pictures is extremely high, be prepared.

We had an amazing time in the caves. The service at the place was impeccable, the cave exploring was one of the best, and at the end we had some tequila shots

This was second time on this tour. Everything went great they picked us up at our hotel and we went to the cave. The staff at the cave was so helpful and friendly. The cave was spectacular and so fun to float in parts. The buffet lunch was delicious.

We had so much fun on the tour we did...quadbiking, ziplines and then a swim in a cenote. CJ was the most patient understanding and informative guide ever...thank you for an amazing time!

We got the gold pass as it got us seats and an elevated view. We'll I'd say save your money as there were no seats availible which was a disappointment. It was very hot up there and rammed! The bar service was ok, the drinks were ok. XXX Beer and some no-name tequilla. We left there as it was so hot and rammed and went to the main level to go get the sliders and fries that were included in the ticket. It was hard to get to the area to get your burger as it was again rammed. The shows were really good, was it worth what we paid? I don't think so. I've been there, seen it, and likely would not go there again! Not impressed we paid extra and didn't get to utilize whatever paid extra for.

This tour was so incredibly fun. The staff could not be any nicer. They were so amazing, super funny, very welcoming and made you feel so safe. The zip lining was so much fun and the cenote was beautiful; the food was great as well. We had the best tour guide. He and his crew were beyond great!!
