We ended up meeting Misael coincidentally as we were waiting to enter the Kahlo Blue House. He offered us a local tour around Coyoacan and promised that it wouldn't take more than three to four hours. Once we exited the Kahlo museum he was there waiting for us. We drove around

We have been blessed to travel all over the world and I must say this has been by far one of our best tours. We were on a time crunch, last day in the city and we were fortunate to run into them. Misael and Juan were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Felt like

This experience was very disappointing and unpleasant. The guide started the tour in different order than advertised and then rushed us at every location. Within the package we had five locations to visit in 6-8 hr length (9am-5pm). In the end we only went to three locations.

Response from paseosolmedo, Propietario at Xochimilco, Coyoacán and Frida Kahlo
Responded 23 Jan. 2020
The Olmedo promenade staff was on the lookout for their service throughout the tour, the tour was changed for a demonstration in the University city, it was necessary to modify the itinerary, access to the Frida Kahlo museum was reserved at 1 in the afternoon so you must arrive with 20 minutes in advance this is a very visited place and that is why they were rushed, after the entrance to the museum everything went with cal6, they were picked up at the assigned point at 9:00 am agreed time the day before, the service was finished at 4:40 pm, we were aware of the situation of the times that was why we had to change the guide during the tour, so that you were not affected with the tour, the new person I did not speak English but I did it with Google translator, we are very sorry for your experience and we are working on that.
