Bikes and Bites: Taco Bicycle Tour in Puerto Vallarta
USD 59.00
Overview
Taste your way through Puerto Vallarta’s distinctive cuisine on a 3-hour foodie bike tour that explores the best tacos in town. Join a local guide and a small group, then pedal through the neighborhoods of Cinco de Diciembre, downtown, and Old Town, stopping along the way for sightseeing and snacks. This 3-hour culinary bike tour covers roughly 4.5 miles (7.2 km.) of terrain and includes tastings of tacos and artisanal ice cream, and it’s limited to six people for a fun, personal experience.
What to Expect

This 3.5 hour adventure begins a block before Puerto Vallarta’s landmark boardwalk, the Malecon. The friendly guide will get you fitted with a specialized bike, helmet, and tour itinerary. From there, cruise 4.5 miles (7.2 km.) through Puerto Vallarta's downtown as well as the neighborhoods of Cinco de Diciembre and Old Town.

Stop to see the majestic Church of Guadalupe, the vibrant town plaza, the recently renovated Los Muertos Pier - a local fish market, historic cemetery, and the iconic boardwalk, the Malecon. Along the way, you will visit a series of local restaurants and stands to taste some of the region’s most popular dishes, including chilaquiles, carne asada, carnitas, barbacoa, homemade ice cream, and more, while meeting the people and families that carry on Mexico's proud culinary heritage.

Yes, just a short taxi ride. Uber is dirt cheap and very quick and reliable.
