Experience one of the world's newest extreme sports—flyboarding—in, on and above the waters off Puerto Vallarta. Flyboarding combines the excitement of skiing with the pure thrill of flying. Simply step into the Flyboard's secure foot bindings and set off straight into the air, in circles or even skimming the surface of the sea propelled by water-powered gear. Your 40-minute water sport excursion includes both an orientation and plenty of time to practice. It's easier than it looks, though an instructor will be on hand to assist (and snap pics) throughout.
What to Expect
Check in at a marina in Puerto Vallarta for your Flyboard adventure. Receive a 10-minute safety briefing from an experienced instructor who orients you to the equipment, which uses the thrust of a jetpack to propel the connected Flyboard deck through the water and up into the air. It sounds extreme, but don’t worry, you’ll get the hang of it even as a first-timer.

Ride a Jet Ski out into the Pacific Ocean, place your feet in the bindings of the Flyboard, and then zip around for 30 minutes of adrenaline-packed action. Nearly 400 pounds of lift send you slashing through the water or flying high above. Your instructor will be right there to help as needed while a photographer captures your daredevil antics (pictures are available for purchase after the tour).

Then, Aquaman-meets-Iron-Man, it’s time to step off the board, slow down your heart rate and return to the marina.

I hate to give a one star, because the instructor was great and flyboarding was lots of fun. Even if you are in a group they make you stand on a floater, so no one has access to cameras (unless you bring some waterproof device...More

Vallarta Adventures has issues with the photo service on this one

No my sister only got to watch because there was no one after me and they drop you off on this little floating mat which they call a dock but is really like a air bed size but feels like a dock. So it wouldn’t house 6 ppl.
