We saw and learned a lot about Monterrey. There was a walking portion in our tour that was easy and relax, as well as interesting. Emilio told us all about the old iron foundry that closed in 1986. He answered all our questions. Our driver, Oberlin, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us through San Pedro and told us about the caves. My husband and really enjoyed the day.

The guide was knowledgeable about Monterrey's history. He is a good driver, made the trip short with the entertaining conversations that included all participants. He also took great photos! Totally recommend.

Abrm was a fantastic guide and wonderful conversationalist. The baths are a wonderful respite for anyone looking to relax. Bring a towel.

Great tour of the city of Monterrey. Francisco was my tour guide and was very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. We visited a lot of historical sites as well as the Fundidoro park, and took a lot of good photos

The tour was very nice - Could see the important spots of the city and the guide was very nice - took a lot of pictures and very energetic and professional!

The tour is well-organized, with knowledgeable guides who share fascinating stories and facts about each location. The pace is comfortable, allowing sufficient time to explore and take in the sights without feeling rushed. The transportation provided is comfortable and well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience. The one downside is that the time allocated to exploring Fundidora Park feels too short.

Our tour guide, Abraham, was wonderful! He was informative and friendly, and helped my mother with stairs and doors! We saw so much more than we would have just going alone. Highlights include the new bridge between the parks!

Our guide Abram was really friendly, personal and we had excellent conversations. He drove a nice car for my Mexican lady friend and me and we took our time to take lots of photos. It was a gorgeous day, not too hot, not to chilly and the nature was really strikingly beautiful. Cascades always calm me down, the slow flow of fresh water, so such a beautiful day, also walking around a little village later. I would go again to another nature destination.

Our tour guide was fantastic. Good communication before, during, and after. He did a great job of helping us order food and translating for us while shopping in Santiago, and gave us some good recommendations of what else to do while in town. The waterfall park itself was very underwhelming. There is no hiking, and the agenda says you'll spend 3 hours at this location, but it takes less than 10 minutes to get from the parking lot to the waterfall, and there is nothing else to do except take photos and stand there looking, unless you want to pay extra to do the zipline or bungee, but the bungee jumping was closed (only open on weekends). Then the next hour was supposed to be a catamaran boat ride, which we did not get to do, and no one told us that or explained why or offered anything else instead. The Santiago tour was again underwhelming, but it is a pretty place to walk around for a little bit and take photos, and the ice cream was delicious.
