          The best Tour!!!
We made one day jungle tour and was amazing! We visit the tiger cave, hot springs and emerald pool also the launch was included. The girl guide is so sweet and she speaks perfectly English and she explained everything very well. If you go to Krabi this must be seen. Thank you so much for the awesome adventure!!!!

Vip tour to the jungle and mountains
The tour to the Emerald pool and tiger cave temple was well organised. Me and my boyfriend got a "vip" tour with an own driver and guide because the groupsize was 16 (only 14 people can fit in a minivan). The guide in our tour was very professional and spoke good english. She had some interesting info about the rainforests surrounding the hot springs and the Emerald pool. The view at the top of the tiger cave temple was breathtaking. In addition, the lunch at a local thai restaurant was delicious. To sum it up, this tour was worth of taking :)

          Perfect Adventurous Day
Let me start by saying that Nat is an awesome guide so I hope you get the pleasure of hanging out with her for the day. She is knowledgeable, helpful and very positive. We had a wonderful time going to the emerald pool, the hot stream and the tiger temple (no tigers there but some very excitable monkeys there that you would do well to steer clear of). The lunch provided to us was plentiful and delicious local fare at a nice outdoor restaurant. The trip up to the tiger temple best suits healthy, physically active people. Nat and Chamini (our wonderful and safe driver) will give you plenty of water, if you take this tour you will quickly see why that’s important. Wear comfortable shoes, quick drying clothes and get ready for a lovely time. 10/10 would recommend (and would also recommend some sunscreen).

Our tour guide Nat was our favorite tour guide of all the tours we went on while staying in Krabi and we realized after the fact we forgot to tip her 🤦🏻‍♀️😭 She was excellent and super knowledgeable of all the tour stops!!!

We got lucky and the crowds seem to be coming in, as we were leaving the hot springs as well as the Emerald Pool, so both places were super pleasant and not crowded at all. After those stops we stopped for lunch which was excellent and more than we could all eat! After lunch, we made it to the top of Tiger Cave Temple (barely we are 52 but in pretty good shape). The stairs are extremely steep and high. Luckily 90% of the stairs are shaded by trees. It takes about 45 minutes to climb up as you will need to take lots of breaks. Coming down can be done in 30 min and relatively easy if you come down stepping side ways. I would not recommend taking children at all unless High School (14 years) or older. They will rent the woman for 20 bots a sarong to cover knees and/or shoulders right at bottom of Temple for Temple grounds. You don’t have to wear sarong while hiking stairs just at top and bottom of stairs. There are swarms of monkeys from about the 300-600 step mark and they are very aggressive! They jumped out of nowhere on a girls back in front of me and then jumped on another guy and grabbed his water bottle. Do not wear a backpack or they will immediately jump on you and try and get into it. Also make sure your water bottle is hidden deep in your pocket or they will jump on you to grab your water bottle too. While the temple stairs are very difficult to climb the only part of it I didn’t enjoy were the aggressive monkeys. They completely freaked me out! The top of temple is worth it though and absolutely amazing!!!

I should also note this tour company has a great driver and very nice air conditioned vans.

Perfect day tour. We were picked up at 8 in the morning in our hotel, and first went to the hot springs in an air conditioned minibus. Driver was very experienced and we felt safe the entire trip.
Practically nobody was at the hot springs when we arrived so we got start our day with a refreshing bath, all the while the guide told us about the geothermic phenomena behind the springs. There is a waterfall, and also a larger basin that you can bathe in. Then we went to the Emerald pool, the blue pool, and the crystal pool, which was a unique experience. Photos don't add upp, since the pools are breathtaking.

We then had lunch and were asked of any dietary restrictions, which we had none. We were served very generous portions of stir fried chicken, panko chicken, vegetables, fruit, and perhaps the best Thom ka Gai soup I've had in Krabi. Truly delicious.
There are a few shops in the restaurant area and our guide gave us a tip that the prices here are much lower than in Krabi town or ao nang. This proved to be true so we stocked up on gifts to relatives and other items

We then went to the tiger cave temple and toured the area. A truly fascinating experience, as there are a chinese pagoda as well as a Thai pagoda and several monks of the faiths keeping about the area. You can get your fortune told here as well as pray for blessings for yourself, family, or friends. A word of advice is that on this time of the day it can get quite hot, so you might want to bring sunscreen and/or shades. This is also a perfect place to pick up unique souvenirs such as amulets and so on. Just remember you cannot bring out Buddhas out of Thailand.

Nick, our host and guide for the day was expertly knowledgeable and accommodating during the tour and told us many fascinating facts and stories about the places we visited but also about Thailand and S E Asia aswell. He was very attentive and kind, and asked us if we needed water or use any facilities. A truly unforgettable experience, and thank you Nick for making us feel like VIP guests in your country.

The tour guide spoke good English so was easy to understand, well organised with enough time at each location and was provided with water after to keep hydrated. The buffet lunch was nice with multiple dishes. Would recommend taking trainers for the steps up tiger cave temple

1st class trip with clear communication of pick up time at hotel to timings for each location. The bus has air con and water supplied with plenty of space for couples and baggage. Amm was very experienced with each location giving tips and information about each stop, the whole day felt like a vip trip as we were ahead of other guides and had sufficient time to enjoy privately before the masses visiting. The food at the emerald pool was very nice and accommodating for all dietary needs and supplied more on request.
Thanks for such a lovely experience.

Excellent Trip and would recommend anyone to do this. Tiger cave can be done 10/15 mins some people walk to top of viewing point over a 1000 steps in baking heat need to be fit with good shoes.

The pools are lovely blue pool is stunning and you get over an hour to swim in emerald pool which is beautiful and are then taken for a buffet lunch which is really good.

The waterfall and hot springs are the highlight of tour and the heat in the pools is like a hot jacuzzi. You can sit on waterfall or in deep pools or even go into the large pool at the bottom which is a lot cooler.

Bit of walking on this tour but would recommend it 10/10 we had a couple of idiots on our tour who made the guides life very difficult not listening to instructions or times to be back at bus I don’t know how she kept her cool but she was amazing.

Fatin was our guide and was amazing 👏👏

Excellent value away from 830-4 pick up and drop off at hotel👍

Nice trip, got to see a lot, but also walked a lot. We started by bathing in the hot springs in the jungle, lovely and ended by slipping into a normal temperature similar lake, which now felt cold. At the Emerald Pool you have to walk approx. mine. 1.8 km and if you want to go all the way to the blue pool, add 1200 meters on top. Emerold pool is a lovely place to swim together with the very same small fish. Nice local lunch and there was enough. Tiger cave The temple is a physical challenge if you want to go all the way up to the big golden Budha 1280 steps up, it results in wet t-shirts. The guide could have told more about the places and the area along the way.

We did a Hot Springs Waterfall and Emerald Pool with KRABI Thepphanom Jungle Trip on December 26/23. The luncheon at end of the tour was totally disorganized. All tour groups (many) where herded in a line like cattle. A lady at front of the table yelled to us to keep moving. At one point I left a small space to the the person beside me. She yelled, “move ma’am”! The food was cold and environment was chaotic. Our drive back was like the driver was in a race, passing on corners. I have come to Thailand to see the beauty in the country.

I did enjoy the hot springs and the emerald pool.

We have read your message. I think you are reviewing the wrong company. My company's name is Krabi Jungle Tour, not Thepphanom tour. Our food was not a buffet. We prepare for customers in sets. I assume you are not our customer. Please delete your review on Krabi Jungle Tour. Best regards, Krabi Jungle Tour.

The team was on time, they are very kind the Guide speaks perfect English and brought us just before the tourist crowd.
Source of hot water in the jungle 1st step, possible to shower and change. Then magnificent emerald pool the color is hypnotic. We were able to swim in Crystal pool or water and transparent and the fish bathe around us.
We had good food at the restaurant outside the pool site. It was very good.
And last step the tiger temple provide good shoes and if you do not have a good physical condition I advise you not. Watch out for the monkeys they rip food out of their hands.
It took me 25 minutes and 1237 steps to get to the top, on the path there 2-3 toilet and to the top of the drinking water fountain.

Our last guided tour of our Thai adventure and a good one to finish on. We were collected bang on time directly from our villa and after collecting another family en route we arrived at the Hot Springs in just over an hour. AB our guide was great - friendly, welcoming and kept a good schedule throughout the day helping take photos of our family at both the springs and Emerald Pool.

The Springs were very relaxing and we arrived before it got too busy. From there we continued on to the Emerald Pool. It’s a good walk to go all the way to the Blue Pool at the top but manageable and always beautiful surroundings to look at. We had plenty of time for a nice cooling swim at the Emerald Pool followed by one of our best tour lunches in the restaurant 👌

Another 45 minutes later and we arrived at the Tiger Cave Temple. Be prepared for a challenging ascent to the top (1,260 steps, over 300 vertical metres) with plenty of water however the view on the summit is worth it with panoramics across Krabi. The steps are very steep in places and with three humidity it can be tough but give it a go. The monkeys are very entertaining to watch.

Overall a great family experience and thanks to AB and our minivan driver for a great final tour 🙏

Punctual hotel pickup, Friendly tour guides who were dedicated and did everything to make us as comfortable as possible.

Nice, cozy mini van with AC, always small water bottles for refreshment, the food was delicious and you could reorder as much as you wanted.

We were also very well informed about you culture and places and the schedule was planned so that you were there at the tourist place before everyone else.
