Very good service. You can book online or buy a ticket at the pier. Nothing special about the boat ( apart from the views) but nothing wrong with it either, although only 4 toilets and they were a bit of a mess by the end. Slightly disorganised in getting your luggage off the boat, but this is also due to the other passengers. Free shuttle direct to our hotel ( in Phuket town) included in the price as well.

The 5:00am pick up from our hotel was so worth it to be the first on James Bond Island. Our guide Yaya and boat crew were absolutely fantastic, always providing food and drinks, helping guests on and off the boat, nothing was too much trouble. A very smoothly run excursion from start to finish back at our hotel.

The staff at the kiosk arranged our travel arrangements for our return trip home a week later which we had not arranged yet,speed boat to Phuket and taxi to airport excellent staff very helpful. The fast tranfer very professional staff and very fast journey and comfortable. Very pleased hence 5 stars

What an amazing experience!!! Where do i start??? From the minute we arrived at john grays shop after being picked up, we we greeted immediately from one of the funniest and most pleasant Thai men i have met. He spoke amazing English and had a great sense of humour. They were very organised and we was on the boat in no time. The food was spectacular and all the staff were so friendly. We also had a great sense of being safe on this trip. They were so clean and our safety was paramount and briefings given in several different languages. The experience in the water was second to none and they gave us more than enough time to see everything we wanted and more!!! They gave us information and pointed many things out with their trained eyes that we would never have seen alone. Snakes, spiders, bats, monkey, shrimps….. this have made My girlfriends 40th birthday something she will never forget and for that i will be grateful forever. By far the safest, most informative, and pleasant trip i have done abroad, not just in thailand but every country ive been to. A day later and im still overwhelmed by it. I highly recommend these guys

This was a brilliant experience to see all the islands via speedboat with the right amount of time on islands to explore go swimming and snorkelling. Mr Tu and his crew were very informative and gave us full breakdown of travel between islands safety on and off boat also provided lunch water and fresh fruit. Unfortunately our pick up was 20/30 mins late and when you get to pier it is a cattle market but they are relatively well organised getting you on boats and travel to and from hotel and issue you with a wrist band for ID. Unless you have a couple of idiots one who threw his band away because it was itching his wee wrist whilst swimming and threw it away in the water 🤷‍♂️(French) I hope you got made to pay your 100 baht fine even though you argued the toss and again a couple of people that don’t return to meeting point and make own way to boat whilst everyone stands in baking sun waiting on you then when challenged kid on no speak English (Chinese) Well worth a visit and would recommend it to anyone I take my hat off to Thai guides who have to deal with some of these idiots who are just downright rude and ignorant and at end of trip can’t get away quick enough so they don’t have to tip for a great service.

A little to much for one day, very little time each place. Beautiful destinations though, I would recommend taking either the pools or tiger temple in one day trip. Also feels a little silly, that there is an additional fee for entering the tiger tempel, since its under construction so you can't! It also wasnt possible to walk the mountain because of bad weather when arriving to the tiger temple, but that not the guides fault ofcourse, she recommended to go there early morning instead.

I had a great time on this trip. It was more than I expected. The guide showed us many local plantations on the way to Khao Sok. He was very kind and funny. We really liked the food. These were home-cooking dishes ❤️ The group was small, just 4 people including us. The jungle hiking was good, but the highlight of our trip was the lake. It was amazing!!! Both views and sounds of the jungle. If you want to pick between jungle and lake, I would recommend choosing the lake :)

This boat is absolutely infested with roaches.. crawling in between the seats, floors, our bags, everywhere. It makes for a long 2 hours when you’re having to swat roaches off of you the entire time.

Can't rate this highly enough. The crew were professional and friendly and literally couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast and lunch was included and unlimited with non stop snacks (fresh watermelon, pineapple slices, cookies) on board. Also free unlimited served drinks whilst onboard (bottled water but also coca cola, sprite etc). Provided snorkeling kit including flippers and nothing at all was too much trouble. My fiancée and I have between us traveled a lot and done many excursions and this one by far has been the best. No hidden costs, no taking you to explicit tourist traps (in fact they pointed out what ones were and where to go if you wanted to not get ripped off / quieter area if desired). I went with a crutch due to a knee injury and they couldn't haven't accommodated me more if I asked (and I didn't have to even mention it). The crew are amazing and we couldn't have asked for more. If you do one excursion in Phuket, do it with this company. (We did Phi Phi and have no regrets, but the captain said the James Bond island is his favourite).

Loved our time around the islands, our guide Roberto was very knowledgeable and we had a good laugh with him all day, provided meals and snacks were great better then we expected- private photography group come along and take photos throughout the day that can be purchased as a package at the end of the day, great time swimming and snorkelling around the islands with staff keeping an eye on everyone.

This is the best tour you can do around Krabi! Experience Thai happiness as you float through the mangroves. The positive vibe of the guides made our day perfect. We would love to come back again!

We took the tour on Aug 31st and it was only me and my boyfriend. We are so grateful they did not cancel the tour and were still able to get us through the whole experience. Our tour guide picked us up at our hotel and drove us through a lot of local farming fields and always making sure to provide great local facts. The raft house hotel was better than what I was expecting. There is only a ceiling fan but this was enough as it was not hot during the night. All food was exceptionally great and abundant. Cheow lake is such a beautiful lake and it is worth visiting.

The bus started from Lomprayah office in downtown Hua Hin. We were told to report 15 mins prior to departure which was scheduled for 0845. Our luggage was tagged for Koh Phanang with orange tags and the others were tagged with different colors depending on where you are alighting. The bus took us to Chumphon jetty where we alighted and waited for the ferry. The journey to Chumphon took about 3.5 hours. The bus was comfortable BUT the toilet was extremely stinky and the smell permeated the whole bus. While waiting at the jetty we bought lunch of which there was a wide variety of Thai and western type of food. Then when our boat was ready, we boarded and our luggage was kept separately. The Catamaran ferry was fast, GPS clocked it at 49 kmph, and we reached Koh Phangan after dropping off people at 2 islands at 1600h.

This was an awesome day from start to finish. Staff were amazing, and so was everything we saw and did. Excellent food on board. Can't wait to go again

This was just such an awful experience. We boarded at Railay and got off at Phuket. It was hot which is expected, but no breeze as no air can flow through the sealed windows. Think squished shoulder to shoulder with others and sweat from strangers everywhere. can’t see out, even though we asked to sit up front where my husband can see so he didn’t get sick, reception told us that would be ok, but at second stop we all as to sit down the back next to the motors with black smoke and fumes all we could breathe in. No view you just sit looking at the people opposite you who seem equally uncomfortable. I would not do it again that is certain
