    Good Bike Tour
Richie was a great tour guide, he made sure everyone was safe. I saw parts of Nassau that most people don't see. We got to tour the art museum, rum factory, winery queen Ann's staircase, and the rum and wine tasting was included.

    Experience Historical Nassau
Really enjoyed our time learning about Downtown Nassau's historic sites with Don! It was just the two of us, so it was great having him to ourselves, especially since I needed several breaks during the tour. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. We were able to see and learn about everything listed on the tour's itinerary and yet didn't feel rushed. Highly recommend this tour!

    Great bike tour of Nassau
We were the only couple signed up for this particular trip. We had a wonderful guide. Saw all the sights and going by bike was a great way to see Nassau. Highly recommended.

    Great way to explore
The tour is what you make it. Can be informative, can be fun Can get drunk lol. Bikes where fun The guide was great, sites to see where good too. I would not recommend for little ones as the roads are sketchy during busy hours. I would book again!

See More on a Bike Tour
This tour was the high point of our stay on Nassau. It was just my brother and me on the tour. Richie was a fantastic guide; he added a lot of personality to his sightseeing narrative. You could tell it was not a memorized speech. He also took a lot of pictures for us; it was nice not to have to do the dreaded selfie. We ended up visiting many attractions that we would have never seen on our own. The streets are tight and at times you are on a busy road, therefore, you do need to know how to ride a bike pretty well. We stopped for ice cream and chocolate, super yummy. We also stopped at the Rum Distillery. There is a very short tour and then you can buy a rum drink, also super yummy. There is an opportunity to stop at the Fish Fry to eat. We pedaled past this area, but we chose not to stop. Our tour would have been the full 4 hours, but because we chose to skip eating, we were done in 3 hours. The woman signing us in at the beginning of the tour does ask if you are on the cruise ship. They make sure you will be back in time. I would recommend this tour. The bikes were easy to manage, and the stops were very informative. Richie is a delightful guide and very accommodating.

For experienced and confident riders only!
First off, I would only recommend this bicycle tour for experienced and confident riders, those who have the ability to cycle near traffic, to frequently stop and start riding and to navigate tight spaces. Although the pace was slow, a number of riders in my group demonstrated difficulty with the ride, one being injured (smashed elbow into a wall on a tight blind curve) and another experiencing a flat tire (the tour leader "Richie" had no resources to address either issue - perhaps a first aid kit and tire repair supplies should be brought along by the leader, as they were on a previous day's bike tour with another company on Grand Bahama Island?). Additionally, some introductory bicycle signal instruction may have been beneficial for the safety of the group. I felt confident in my own abilities, but spent the majority of the tour concerned about the safety of the other riders. That being said, Richie did a nice job with providing information about the various places we visited and he did his best in trying to cater to the wishes of the group.

Super friendly and a fun excursion. Streets are busy but they try very hard to make it a good experience. Try the chocolate at the shop. It was wonderful

    Exciting escape from the resort
Had an amazing time seeing downtown Nassau with our pedicab guide, Richie! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the sites we visited. Our favorite stops were the Queen's Staircase and the National Art Museum. Zipping through Nassau traffic was exciting!

Personal tour of history, art, and food
My family ended up being the only guests on the tour and enjoyed the personal bike tour. It was nice to get farther into the city and avoid the crowds. Our guide, Don, was knowledgeable and funny! I personally enjoyed the stop at the art museum for some a.c. and culture.

    All around town.
My husband and I really enjoyed the bike tour. Richie was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and took us to many enjoyable spots around the island. I recommend going with a guide who knows the streets and their way around the town.

Our guide, Charles, did a great job narrating the trip. The use of earpieces helped ensure everyone heard what he was saying. The pace was great and the price was right. I highly recommend this if you're interested in getting some cultural and historical background along with the sights.

We took a walking tour of Nassau during our vacation in the Bahamas. Our tour guide, Charles, was very knowledgeable and more than happy to show us the sights. He was extremely professional, sharing his life experience and knowledge of the city and the nation, and we could not be happier with our experience. We highly recommend booking a tour with Dilly Dally tours.

The place was easy to find and Ritchie is a kind, smart young man who knows the city well and is very courteous, reassuring and was constantly checking with us to make sure we were doing well. He was non stop looking out for our safety from incoming traffic and bumps/potholes we were navigating. He has a great sense of humor and evident depth of thinking.
However, we are more history curious people and felt his presentation lacked substance. I wish he had given us more historical background for the city as well as referenced the different buildings’ history. Personally we are not interested in wine and chocolate tasting or purchasing, we chose to skip , wished we heard more about the history of that neighborhood. I loved that he pointed to several of the local plants and trees, and shared with us a bit about his family and local culture! Maybe we should have picked a historical tour of Nassau, if that existed.

I didn't like the options that Royal Caribbean offered for the port excursion so I went to Trip Advisor and found the Dilly Dally Walking Tour. The tour was very informative and we got to see a lot of unique places. The tour guide was funny and accommodating - it was raining and they offered everyone on the tour a poncho plus they provided us with water. It is a lot of walking but it's a great way to explore a new city if you are unfamiliar with the Bahamas.

My husband and I took this tour while in port during our cruise. Charles made it interesting and fun. However, I am giving it three stars for the following reasons. First, when my husband didn’t want a picture in front of the steps, Charles said to me, “How long has he (my husband) been your problem?” Although I replied 40 years as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, I found the question insulting (I don’t think that was Charles’s intent). Second, the tour was rushed, even though it ended an hour early because we didn’t stop at the art museum as it was closed on Monday, our tour day. Charles did not allow much time for pictures throughout the tour or sampling different types of rum at the rum distillery. My husband wanted to try some but felt rushed to keep moving, most likely because others didn’t want to partake. Lastly, when the tour ended, Charles requested a gratuity three times. We’ve traveled extensively; it is considered rude in many countries to ask for a gratuity once, let alone three times. If someone asks for a gratuity, we don’t give one. Overall, the tour was informative and average compared to others we’ve taken elsewhere.

Charles was very knowledgeable and provided lots of interesting information about Nassau and the surrounding islands. On top of that he was very kind and accommodating of our family which included our 8- and 10-year old kids.
The tour took place at a leisurely pace but it can get quite warm. We were provided with water bottles before the start of our tour which was very much appreciated. Also be aware that the tour covers some uneven terrain, small hills, and the Queen’s Staircase so keep that in mind if you have any mobility restrictions.
We were in Nassau for only a few hours as we were traveling on a cruise. We chose this tour because we wanted to avoid the spring breakers at the beaches and we enjoy getting to know a little more about new places from locals. Plus, we didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a crowded activity that would only last an hour or two. This tour fit that criteria. Our kids probably would’ve chosen something else but my husband and I really enjoyed it.

Charles, our tour guide, was exceptional! He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and showed care as some participants were a bit slower. Wonderfully paced tour, covered a lot of interesting places that we would not have experienced without his guidance. Don't miss it!!

This tour has a little bit of everything: history, culture, local customs, and appreciation of the city at large. The walking time is rated at 3 hours, but really the walking is less when stops are included.
The stop at the rum refinery/house, was fun, as well as the scenic walk to get there. I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting a casual and paced tour, as they won't be rushed through all the highlights.

This was my first visit to Nassau and I was excited to visit the downtown area. Thanks to my guide Charles, I had a wonderful, informative experience. Charles lead me to all of the downtown highlights and provided historical narrative the entire way and answered all of my questions. We traveled from Queen's steps to the Parliament building to the Straw Market and many stops in between, If you want to see historical Nassau up close and personal, I highly recommend Dilly Dally Tours. Fairly priced with a great experience. Thanks Charles!
