Just returned from a week long trip to Nassau and Shanell and her team at Richie’s Transportation Services were beyond fantastic! Prior to our arrival, I’d been communicating with her about our plans and what we’d like to do while on the island. She set up tours and transportation for us for our whole vacation, arrival to departure. She adjusted as we changed our plans and was always in constant contact making sure we were safe and comfortable. She found authentic food and experiences for us that made our trip. We also met her sister and brother who were also very friendly. When we met her at the airport, the first thing she said was, “I’m not a taxi driver” and boy was she right. It felt like she was part of our family and helped us feel at home on Nassau. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone considering a trip to Nassau. Shanell was very helpful and responsive with booking our group on a great boat tour She met us just outside the cruise teminal and walkied us directly to the boat, then was there upon our return She was easy to communicate with and reliable on our day in port I would reccommend her services to anyone travelling in Nassau!

It was a private tour in taxi. She was super nice. Took pictures of us and let us experience amazing places on our last day. The bat cave was very interesting. She dropped us off at Rose beach for about an hour as a part of our tour. We snorkeled there.

Shanell was very knowledgeable. The cave and love beach were beautiful but 4 hours wasn’t enough to enjoy the beaches. Will definitely go back!

What can two first-timers who live in New York City say about their very first cruise to the Bahamas? Three words: Shanell is HILARIOUS!!! Yes, our very courteous, professional, and safe driver was patiently awaiting our arrival at the port in Nassau. Although it was a cloudy and at times some showers, Shanell made sure our day trip to Atlantis would be an enjoyable one. Not only did she share a brief history on the island, my wife and I couldn't stop laughing at her jokes. She is so quick that I tried t keep up with her jokes. She even said, "If you think I'm funny, you should meet my brother." I wish we did. Finally, we asked her where was the BEST spot close to the port where we could taste for the FIRST time some Bahamian Conch (pronounced "Konk") and she knew exactly what spot would serve the BEST. She said, "You see the purple house. That's the one. The one next to it has no clue how to cook." We took her recommendations and I "gotta tell ya Mon" she was 100% correct. This spot was SLAMMIN GOOD. We order the Conch fritters (the dip sauce was tasty too) and I can't wait to find a spot in New York City. Shanell was an excellent driver! We scheduled round trip pickup to/from the airport and the Warwick. Not only did she pick us up as planned, she came a few minutes early and gave us a tour of different landmarks and brief history about the Bahamas on the way back to the airport! She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable on our ride. I highly recommend this company! I will be returning to Nassau and I will be using this service again.

We had plans to only use transportation to get to Ardastra Gardens and then do our own thing afterwards. It was so hot at the gardens, we decided to see if we could get our driver to take us around for a tour of the places we wanted to see. This was my second time in Nassau but my friend's first time. Shanell was great! She took us to all of the places we wanted to go - John Watling's Rum Distillery, Fort Charlotte, Queen's Staircase, Cable Beach for an hour, and back to the pier. She was so much fun and gave us a lot of information about the island. I highly recommend her for her services. She was great!

My husband and I rode with Jamaal Richardson from Ritchie’s transportation and it was unforgettable! He made us laugh the whole tour. He’s very knowledgeable about his country and it’s history and made us feel at home. I would definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone visiting.
