Hi, We are very sorry for your disappointment... According with the weather, the fly and specially the lending are very technical, a wave and a gust in the wrong moment can make a little complicate turning on a ruff lend! we are on the bissness for a long time and this do not happen everyday, as you can see on the others comments! The captain is doing his Jobe for more them ten years and hi is very professional speaking four languages fluently!!! Sorry again and hope to see you in the future to prove this right!!!
