We were coming to SXM as part of a Disney cruise and wanted to do something apart from the cruise masses (there were 7 ships in port that day!). A day with Capt Sam was just what the doctor ordered. We (four adults, two young kids) went snorkeling (seeing old wrecks, sting ray, tons of fish), sight-seeing, zipping along quickly (which the kids loved too), and generally enjoying all he had to offer. In addition, we had plenty of drinks and tasty rum punch. If we head back to SXM, we'll definitely head back Powerboat Adventures!

This was an amazing private tour with our family of 5. (3 college kids) Sam the boat owner/Captain was awesome, knew all the spots to take us to on the island for snorkeling and swimming. We loved stopping at Pinnel Island for lunch and a quick hike up the hill. Loved-loved-loved this entire experience. It was worth the few extra dollars to do a small private with him and have the flexibility to do whatever we wanted. Great trip.

Very beautiful private tour. Will take you to any Beach you will like. It is nice to not be on a schedule. Sam was great. He catered to all of our needs with rum, punch, snorkeling gear and swimming pad and made sure we went and saw some of the most beautiful spots in St.Martin

This was the best tour we took while cruising the Caribbean. It was easy to book and the Sam, the captain, was very knowledgeable and share information about St. Maarten. We got the chance to snorkel, enjoy some time at a beautiful and clear beach and to see airplanes landing/taking of at Maho Beach. The speed boat was clean and in great condition. The meeting point was easy to find and close to the cruise port. We will definitely call Sam for another tour on our next visit to St Maaten.

Sam is a great guide to the water surrounding Saint Martin & Sint Maarten. Weather wasn't great but we had a great time. Sam's boat is built for open water, so sporty seas are not a problem. A must do when visiting. The Marina is a bit hard to find, but Google Maps will get you there.

We had an awesome time with Sam. He took us to all the great spots around Saint Martin. What a great guy! would defiantly book again.

We were on a Royal Caribbean cruise and I was looking for an excursion that would be fun for our for my family of 6 which included myself, my husband our twin 5-year olds as well as my in-laws who are in there 70s, and didn't want a crowded catamaran. I came across Powerboat Adventures and I am so glad I did! We booked the 1/2 day private tour and had the absolute best time with Captain Sam! He planned the morning around what we knew we wanted to see (Maho Beach) and what we knew the kids would enjoy (calm beach with very little waves). He was very knowledgable about the island which was great as my Father-in-law loves to ask questions. He was great with the kids and had beverages ready for all. This was by far our favorite excursion of the trip! I would do this excursion again and would highly recommend for families, couples, young adults really anyone as Sam caters to your interests, Thank you Captain Sam for an incredible morning of making memories with our family!

We had a wonderful day with Sam exploring St. Maarten. Snorkeling at Creole Rock was definitely a highlight. Sam gave us pointers on best spots to snorkel to and allowed us as much time as we wanted. We then went and spent the rest of our afternoon at a private beach. It was a great day and we really enjoyed our time with Sam.

We had the most amazing time with Sam! We sailed as a family of 8, with ages ranging from 10-62. Incredible snorkeling, wonderful lunch spot, views for days! Sam was kind, knowledgeable and had all the perfect spots mapped out for us. My 3 teens said it was one of the best days they have ever had. The boat was clean and exactly as advertised.

Had a great time with Sam during our trip in St Maarten during a cruise stop. Sam was waiting for us at a marina a short walk from the cruise pier. We went snorkeling and stopped at a secluded beach. Sam was generous to give us some extra time to watch some of the airplanes come in with a low approach at the airport. I would highly recommend a tour with Sam.

Sam took us on a nice safe trip to Anguilla. Highlights were the marine park where we snorkeled. It was a beautiful day.
