One of the best experiences I've had while visiting SLU. Our driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were provided with snacks and he helped us capture our memories. I'll definitely visit again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an amazing experience! Our tour guide Roland did a great job taking us to the Sulphur springs and waterfalls, teaching us about St. Lucia, and taking all our pictures at the different sites. This tour is one for the books!

Our personal guide was awesome !! Spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable about the island history. Keep in mind it’s about 2 hours from the cruise ship but worth it.

Springs was great when we got there it wasn’t many ppl but by the time we got to the third hot spring pool a wave of ppl came all at once. We got lucky to have enjoyed it before all .. book early time slot. The waterfall was refreshing a bit cool but not too crazy. The waterfall isn’t big just a little small thing to refresh from the spring n take a photo or two. Out driver was great unfortunately forgot his name lol

We had a great time and we’re sure it was because of our tour guide Jozet. She shared all her knowledge of the beautiful St Lucia with warmth and joy. We stopped for plenty of photo opps including one with a boa constrictor (the best pics ever). Jozet loves the mud experience and made it so much more fun with her black mud designs on me. It was a great day and we will be back next year and hope to meet Jozet again for another adventure.

Absolutely awful. I booked an excursion for the Sulphur Springs & Mud Bath. My ticket said to arrive at 9:30am Ship Time/10:30am Local Time. My ship didn’t change their clocks for this port so I put the Castries local time on my phone to make sure I arrived on time. We arrived outside at 9:30am ship time (my phone said it was 10:30am in Castries) & our driver was nowhere to be seen. Around 11:30am local the company texted me they can’t wait for me any longer, I have no data as I’m outside my country. I see this text around 5:30pm ship time once I reconnected to the wifi. They refused to give me a refund claiming I never showed up. I will never book with them again. The agent I communicated with was extremely rude, blamed me for everything, essentially accused me of being an idiot for not being able to read or follow instructions & was very unprofessional. I have all our communication in writing & will be filing a dispute with my credit card. This is really sad considering I see so many positive reviews on here.

It was my 1st time traveling to St Lucia after a long rough year. I arrive at the airport weary and tired and get outside walk about 20 feet and see a kind face with a sign with my name on it. It was going to be a 90-minute drive to my hotel, so I was hoping for someone good. Miguel did not disappoint. He was a great welcome to St Lucia!! Miguel drove me up the East Coast and let me stop for some needed rum punch and look- out point photos overlooking a fishing village. All the while, he was sharing historical knowledge about the island and the various places I should see. We even stopped for some local créole bread and salt fish from the side of the road. It was hot from the oven & the salt fish was seasoned just right. By the time we got to my beautiful resort after dark (lit up with Xmas lights), I felt like I had already been emersed into St Lucian culture. I highly recommend this company - I am so happy I reserved my round trip airport transport with FRAM Tours!!

The trip was amazing, explored the island with an excellent guide, (Prince). Excellent value for money with a lot of sites included. Local cooked lunch included, also fantastic.

The experience was great! Our guide Roland gave us the most amazing tour, full of great sights and very friendly. The personal touch to the tour made the difference! Loved it! The communication was great and the service upon our arrival was excellent.

Brent was a great tour guide. Very personable and knowledgeable about the island. Only downside was Fidel providing incorrect pick up information. He messaged at 7am day of that the pick up would be 11am. I booked a 10am pick up. I tried confirming at 8:30am and didn’t get a response until Brent was in the lobby waiting at 10am. We had to rush to get ready, left without eating and the drive was 2 hours from our hotel. Definitely not how I wanted to start the tour but Brent redeemed the experience.

We had a wonderful trip today (9th November) with this company and especially Roland our guide. He picked us up from the ship early with a sign clearly shown, and for the full trip he was very knowledgeable and great to have! The mud baths are a wonderful experience and the waterfall is fantastic too, so refreshing!! Roland then took us to a local place for lunch on the beachfront which again was perfect for trying the local food! I would highly recommend to use this company for anyone unsure on what to do, they are reliable and superb!!!! I spoke with them all via WhatsApp and had every question answered too upfront!

Excellent, professional service to both a scheduled tour and then a last minute need to a tour without transportation. Highly recommend this group for their professionalism and communication.

One of the most fun experiences!! And our tour guide Joe was EXCEPTIONAL! Highly recommend requesting him if you can. We had a private tour experience the whole way, he was extremely knowledgeable and even did fun island trivia with us so we could learn a ton about Saint Lucia and feel like we were soaking in the culture, he has snacks and drinks for us, took pictures the whole time for us (that were really impressive as if he was a professional photographer!), and made everything completely custom with what we wanted to do. We did the mud bath but also the waterfall and rum tasting and stopped at scenic viewpoints along the way. We had options for other things too but he was so accommodating to our preferences. What a tour!! Joe you are the best!!
