Start Your St. Lucia Vacation Like A VIP

The fast track option for arrival and departure was well worth it! From the minute we stepped off the plane to the minute we arrived at the resort was a total VIP experience. When we landed in St. Lucia, we were greeted with a sign and a smile, and we escorted to the screening tent. We passed over 100 people waiting to get screened. Once we passed the temperature check, we were escorted immediately to the medical table where our paperwork was checked and we received our wristbands. We were then escorted to customs and immigration, grabbed our checked luggage, and headed to the Sandals Lounge. We just had enough time to use the restroom and grab a drink when our driver arrived. We had a very luxurious and comfortable BMW awaiting us. Prior to arrival, I had requested some rum punch instead of champagne and loved it for the ride. I don't get carsick, so I really enjoyed the ride. Our driver was great, and we enjoyed talking to him about the island. When we reached the resort, he took us directly to the entrance and we started our vacation.

On the way back, we also had a luxurious ride back to the airport. Once again, we had a fast track person that got us speedily through all the aspects. The airport was crazy, seriously crazy, and the fast track departure service saved us so much time. Once we were through security, we were escorted to the departure lounge. It was nice to have somewhere to sit, have a drink, and something to eat before we boarded our plane.

When we come back to St. Lucia in the future, I will not hesitate to book the round trip fast track and private transfer again.

Only way to transfer

A++++ service. We purchased round trip transfer & customs fast track service. Once we exited the terminal our customs guide was there to guide us. We skipped all lines, grabbed our bags, and our driver was standing by at the Sandals Lounge. 1hr later we were at the resort. Others from our flight did not arrive till almost 2hrs later with the complimentary bus transfer. Pickup at the end of the trip was equally as easy. Our drivers stopped at several overlooks for scenic photos and were exceptional drivers. Highly recommend their services!!!

Great first class service

We used them at private transfer from airport to La Toc instead of shuttle. This was our anniversary so ask them to decorate car for wife had balloons, champagne wife surprise after long flights with delays just what was needed. The took us to resort drop us at lobby for our check in. We also used them to take us shopping much better service than having resort get us a taxi. Driver wait all day for us to shop, eat and have a few drinks kept in contact if we needed anything took us back to resort. At end of vacation they took us back to airport only complaint not with them but with resort were not allowed on grounds for pick us can only drop off tourists spending good money at resorts seems can of selfish on resort. Tour company doesn’t make rules just follows them. Will definitely used again for all our needs when we return
