      Excellent rum tasting tour
Florence did a great job of making our tour interesting. We had a great time tasting rum and seeing St. Pierre and the depaz destilleret.

      Virgin Voyages Club Med excursion
My wife and I booked a club med excursion through Virgin voyages. Couldn’t ask for a better beach excursion. The club med Buffett blew past my expectations. Now Considering a standalone trip to Club Med.

This is our third visit to Martinique. If you are deciding what tour to take, this is good if you have already toured the northern part of the island. Rose was our guide and did a great job of meeting us at the port. Four people did not show. Luckily, the policy is to wait 10 minutes. We were told to meet 10-15 minutes before the start time of 9:00. So given that we waited 20-25 minutes. Once we were on the road Rose gave us a great narration on the history of Martinique. Our first stop was a cute rum distillery. We then stopped in a village to shop at a market. To Rose’s surprise it was closed due to a special event. I feel the tour company should have known this and planned an alternative stop. Rose was great at rolling with the changes. We then stopped at the slave memorial. Our final stop was a beach town. It’s super cute. We were only there for about one hour, so we decided to walk around the town instead of swimming at the beach. There are no chairs or umbrellas to rent here so keep that in mind if you plan on staying on the beach. It was about an hour drive back to the ship. I wish the stops were closer together. Most of the 5 hour tour was spent on the bus driving.

      Fantastic Guide and fantastic Tour
This was a great tour! Lots of history and a drive-through the rainforest to a pretty waterfall. My guide Manuel was stellar! He was engaging and enthusiastic. He really went above and beyond for us.

      A perfect day in Martinique
Florence picked us up at the Cruise dock in Martinique for an air conditioned bus tour from the cruise port to the Club Med on the Southern side of the island. As a historian her thoroughly entertaining and informative tour of the island’s culture and history was remarkable. She remained accessible to us for entire delightful afternoon we spent at the resort. The day pass at Club Med was a treat. With a lovely beach and pool and the run of the resort. Being a French resort we were treated to the absolute best lunch of our entire vacation.

      Awesome tour guide!
Florence was our guide on the day trip to Club Med, in Southern Martinique. Although the drive from the cruise terminal to the Club was very long, she kept us entertained with rich stories of Martinique’s history and culture and she had a great laid back sense of humor that made the time pass quickly. She was very kind and helpful and made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout the day. I would love to return to Martinique one day to explore some of the other fascinating places she talked about during this tour! 5-stars, do recommend!

      Organization could be improved
Manuel is an enthusiastic and kind guide. Our stop at the library was my favorite. I do wish that the company could call ahead and reserve seats for the patrons. We wasted some time going to a restaurant that was not prepared to serve us and had to return later.

Very beautiful hike with two 9.20 km routes and another half.
Go with people used to hiking (steep terrain)
Don't forget your hats and caps, leave early the heat is boring,
You will be able to discover two reliefs, the mangrove, and many other things about Martinique.
    To do, I highly recommend

Hike marked easy on the backpacker's guide: false. Rather average difficulty. The small trail takes 2h30 instead of 1h30. And without stopping and walking at a good pace.
